This site was easy to work with and I got a nice discount for it being the first time using it. That helps when I'm trying to send flowers to my employees for their birthday, because we're all working remotely.

First time using this service. Regret doing so. I ordered flowers for my mother who is in a nursing home for rehab. I paid for flex delivery dates. Didn't care when they arrived as long as it was by Valentine's Day. I ordered them early morning 2/12/2021. $80 total for flowers, balloon and candy. No flowers were ever delivered. No email or call notifying me there was a delay or even an issue with the delivery. Just decided to take and keep my money. I am so angry. They offered me $23 back. The thought, gesture, gift... RUINED. You can't put a price on that. Don't use this service. Based on the previous reviews this is their norm and customary way of conducting business. What a rip
I have been waiting more than 24 hours to have this corrected. I ordered and paid for YELLOW tulips and pink were delivered. I spoke with someone from Teleflora yesterday morning and they said they would call me back after they speak to the florist. Still NO response. Very disappointed. Order *******
I would give these deadbeat clowns zero stars if I could. I placed an order for flowers two months before Valentine's day and they decided to cancel the order on me the day of the delivery at 2pm. Absolutely, inexcusable! I am not happy, would not recommend the service and would implore anyone to avoid this service like the plague. I would say that they did offer me a more 'beautiful bouquet' for an additional $50USD (I am in Canada). I refused based solely on principle. Using this service again is like putting out a fire with gasoline - NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!
I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentines and what I ordered and what she actually got was very disappointing. The flowers didn't even compare to what I thought I was getting. Huge disappointment especially on the amount of money spent on them.
With Teleflora I know the product will always be what I ordered. On time delivery, fresh, the never deviate from the original order. The florists they deal with are top notch.

They will sell you one thing and then send something much cheaper claiming some flowers may not be available in certain areas. This is bait and switch through and through! Don't waste you're money! I ordered a beautiful lily/rose bouquet for my mother who was just paralyzed and got a bouquet of a few roses and a bunch of carnations and daisies for nearly $100! I will never recommend or order from this company again!
Seems like everything I needed to know was already on the site, which made things simple for ordering. If when the order arrives, if it is as nice and no problems, this will truly be a company I will recommend to family and friends
I ordered a plant for my daughter in laws new salon. I picked this out specifically because of its sleek modern black planter with moss and river rocks. It was delivered in a CHEAP clay pot with NO mulch. Normally I would not go out of my way to write a review. But the response from Teleflora via email after I let them know I was dissatisfied was— Due to the unavailability of some items they substituted for similar style/theme/color.
Ordered flowers for my anniversary. I paid for delivery by 1pm. By 3pm, it had still not arrived. I called an they said they would refund the early delivery fee, but could not tell me when it would arrive. I asked to cancel the order, and I would stop at a flower shop myself. They said they would contact the florist. Well, guess what... 2 days later, some flowers arrive. Not even the arrangement I ordered. I called and they refused to refund me. DO NOT USE THEM!
I love that teleflora caters to all walks of life and include financing options such as Klarna, and the ability to use Fingerhut credit. The only thing I did not like was the $23.00 processing fee-- that seemed pretty steep to me, but I applied a 20% off coupon, which helped a little. I have used them various times, the quality of their arrangements is great.
I had made an order on a Sunday for two days later delivery. The morning of delivery I get a text message saying un able to deliver call us, so I call and I was told they found another shop to deliver and to ignore the text, 3 p.m. hits no delivery yet so as i was getting worried I called to confirm, than they tell me delivery was from 11 to 7 pm and guarantee delivery, 4 p.m. I get another text un able to deliver so i call back and tell me the shop they said that could deliver now cant. Than they try and say well we can deliver a different bouquet tomorrow just not what you ordered. I than said I just want a refund and to cancel and the girls says ill put in to cancel the order and hangs up. Horrible customer service, and try to just give the apologies automated response instead of trying and making it right. I will never use them again. Birthday surprise was ruined. Go else where if your trying to spend a lot of money on quality flowers for your special someone.
Easy to order and the site was easy to navigate. Just waiting on the delivery to see how smooth it goes during these challenging times.
What a disappointment, not only did the bouquet not match the description or picture but i clearly received the standard and not premium for which i paid... carnations and roses no lilies.

I understand a florist might not always have the same flowers as the purchased bouquet you pictured, but what I ordered looked nothing like what I purchased. I am extremely disappointed! I ordered a tree arrangement.
I ordered a Deck the Halls tree to be delivered. What they delivered didn't look anything like the picture at all. It had no Christmas bulbs, or little bows and it wasn't even in the shape of a tree. I paid almost $100 for an arrangement I specifically ordered to look like a tree. I was so disappointed. When I called I was hoping they could deliver what I actually ordered but the only thing they offered was a 30% discount.

Finally feeling confidence with a florist. Tried twice previously with other cheaper florists stating delivery confirmationonly to findout NOT DELIVERED! These where delivered as promised & beautiful arrangement. THANK YOU it is much appreciated after previous disappointments with others.
Answer: Since December I have been trying to use my floral Groupon I purchased. 3 different transactions have happened since then to try and use the Groupon and their company NEVER delivered any of the flowers. 3 different birthdays I missed and they even transferred me to a supervisor who then charged my account $90 when the order was only $25 after using my $40 Groupon... And after the $90 charge, STILL no flower delivery. I had to get my money back from Groupon because I am never using this company again. I think 3 different times for 3 different occasions is a good enough try to fix the issue I had. I've had hours of phone conversations with this company and it still hasn't ben fixed. Now they charged my account again WITH an uncharge and no delivery. BUYER BEWARE! This company is garbage
Answer: My experience with customer service was very good. They understood my complaint about the horrible mess the florist had sent. They offered me a new arrangement to be delivered or a partial refund. I am accepting a partial refund. My complaint about telefloral is the Florist they used. A totally incompetent floral business and should never be used again.
Answer: I was giving a Groupon and decided to give Teleflora a chance, I've heard of the name before so I THOUGHT it was a reliable company. WRONG on so many levels, the worse experience I've had with their customer service representatives.
