Placed an order at 730 am on 3/31, funds immediately withdrawn. I sent an email on 4/1 asking about my confirmation email, since I hadn't received one. I received an email the morning of 4/3, telling me my order had already been delivered. I'm not sure why they thought that was my order, buuuut it wasn't.
I finally received MY confirmation email at 8pm on 4/3. Thought everything was groovy.
Until 4/15, and my Lorax Earth Day shirt still said "Printing". I sent an email, requesting a refund, was told that wasn't gonna happen. Okay, fine, I get it, made to order, blah blah blah. I'm thinking I'll probably get it day of, or right after, which sucks, but hey, it's a made to order t-shirt, what can you do?
Except on Earth Day, when it still says "Printing". So I send another email requesting a refund, since I ordered that shirt specifically for Earth Day, was promised that I was ordering it just in time to receive it on Earth Day. They ACTUALLY! Gave me a partial refund of $8.99. Which was cool, okay, I was a tiny bit satisfied with that.
AAANNND! It's now 4/30, and, guess what!? It's still PRINTING! The email says the order will ship in 3 business days, and it takes 3-5 business days to ship. But, their website says it will ship in 6-8 business days. And it's been 19-20 business days since they "processed" my order and began "printing" the t-shirt.
In conclusion, THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.
I will be getting my money back.
The best customer service I've ever had with an online company! Fast response and shipping too! I had an issue with an order being lost in the mail (not their fault), and they did not hesitate to fix the issue by resending the order without any issue! Great company and will order again!

I originally posted about how upset I was about two of my orders being defective and not being able to get a response from the company about sending me a refund or re-print of my Earth Day t-shirts.
However, after commenting on this site a customer service representative reached out to me and MY ISSUE WAS FINALLY RESOLVED! The representative was quick to issue a refund and apologize for the problems I was having in the beginning... I was extremely upset with this order because I have ordered several times from this site and NEVER HAD A PROBLEM, this one order was clearly a fluke and the seller's have since been taken down (clearly printing stolen graphics from the original campaign).
Anyways, I just wanted to let you guys know that Teespring has always been reliable with my orders, and even though this one took a little extra time to get resolved, I was compensated for my order and will continue to shop on this site. If you're having problems getting in touch with customer, try to leave a comment on this site - the email on Teespring's site is hit or miss! Thank you Teespring for all your help with my order! :) :) :)

TeeSpring left me stranded on an island of sadness when the t-shirts I ordered for the March for Science for me and my son, Wilson, did NOT arrive in time for the March (and they STILL have not arrived). Do I need to run across the country to get the t-shirts myself? I expected a Fed Ex box on my front porch! Why would you make such a promise Tom*? I had to scold poor Wilson, whose eyes filled with tears when I told him he wouldn't be able to wear the Lorax shirt to the March, "There's no crying in the March for Science!" TeeSpring sure was quick to charge my credit card, though, so somebody knows how to get the job done, right Sully? But where is the merchandise? I guess you never know what you're gonna get with this company. TeeSpring, we have a problem.
*Obviously, I don't hold Tom responsible, as I'm a BIG fan. Plus I found out after the order failed to arrive that the photo of him in the shirt was photoshopped, so he got duped by this company too.

I ordered a shirt for an event 3 weeks before the scheduled event. Its been 23 days since I placed my order and it is still "processing". I have emailed several times to ask for a refund or to find out when, if ever, my item will ship. Same generic response every time, which gives no actual answers. I have asked for a refund. No answer. I will be filling a claim with my card as a fradulent charge shortly. Avoid at all costs!

I was directed to purchase shirts from this site via an ad I saw for Earth Day Shirts. When placing my order, there was a timer guaranteeing delivery prior to April 22, Earth Day if I ordered within the next 4 hours.
I placed 2 orders, and never got a confirmation email for either of them. When I tried to look up my orders in their system, the system said I had no orders. Funny enough, my credit cards were charged for both of the orders their system couldn't seem to find.
I reached out to customer services and received an initial response stating they could look up my order via additional information if I would provide it. I did so, but at this point as it was after Earth Day and the supposed guaranteed delivery date, I requested that both orders be refunded - I have still not heard back. I will update my review when/if I get a response from customer service.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I know we're in the age of computers, but, trying to get something resolved is a headache. The emailed excuses are robot replies for the most part. No one get back to you in a timely manner, and when they do, its not a clear answer or the question is diverted. I am still waiting on an issue for almost a week now. If I could speak with a LIVE PERSON, Im sure it could be resolved quickly.

Placed an order on April 3rd for a March for Science/Earth Day t-shirt. As of April 25th it's still in their que to be printed. No way of talking to a person as they don't provide a phone number to contact them.
Per their FAQ in the confirmation email for my order:
"When will my order be shipped?
We pride ourselves on our speed. Your order should ship within 3 Days.
After your order ships, it usually takes between 3 - 5 business days to arrive.
How can I add garments to my order?

I sent an email via their "contact us" form on April 19th. Got an automated response that my order was in the production process. As of today, April 25th, according to their website tracking my order is still in processing.
I filled out their email form requesting my order be canceled. I no longer need or want the shirt. I had ordered this shirt to wear to my job on Aprill 22nd as I work in a science museum. I figured almost 3 weeks should have been plenty of lead time for them to get the shirt in my hands.

You can't talk to a human so you have to send an email that nobody will reply to. I sent 2 emails and NEVER got a response! It's just about impossible to get in touch with anybody at this company. Wish I would've read the reviews before ordering from Teespring. I will certainly be sharing my bad experience on to social media. Paying separate shipping charges for each item ordered is absolutely ridiculous! I tried to cancel my order and of course, nobody responds to that email. This company is a complete joke! STAY AWAY!

I ordered 2 t-shirts for Earth day... now passed. When I contacted customer service through their email they gave me a generic answer about inability to cancel orders due to policy. The order has been processing for over 3 weeks and they can't cancel my order because it's currently being processed. When I tried to reply to their email it is returned to me and I am guided back to their onsite email which only allows generic questions. I spent 30 minutes total chatting with customer service online only to have my Earth Day 2017 shirts promised to ship shortly and a 50% refund that should be 100%. They refuse to cancel my order even though the original purchase came with a guarantee in time for the March for Science on Earth Day. My shirts actually say "Earth Day 2017" on them and I won't be able to wear them for the purpose they were purchased. Don't want them anymore and the response is, and I quote, "As advised we can no longer process a cancellation for the order as it already reached the production. I understand your frustration regarding this matter, I'm sorry for any inconvenience that this causes - as a matter of policy, we begin the production process quickly after ordering to ensure fast deliveries." Well, my quick production process sure didn't lead to fast delivery.

I ordered a t-shirt from Teespring and when I got it the print wasn't good. I emailed customer service, they replied right away. Overtime I send an email they responded within the hour. They reordered a t-shirt no problems. GREAT customer service.

Ordered 2 Disney flow vests only to find out the delivery charge per item was £7.99! Funnily enough, they only mentioned the delivery cost AFTER completing the order. I quickly cancelled my order, but low and behold they've taken payment for one of the vests. (I only found this out after I received an email stating they were now printing my vest)... After contacting customer services, I was told that I could not cancel as they had started production.
Frustrated, I thought I'd give the vest top a chance and decided to wait until it had been delivered (as I was told repeatedly there was no way of cancelling). BIG MISTAKE! The fabric quality is the poorest I've seen, it's practically see through and the design looks like a shoddy printing machine has vomited on it. Bitterly disappointed with this company, its products and lack of customer service. DO NOT USE THEM! Find a clothing printing company locally and use them instead!

Ordered a T-shirt and hoodie from the US. T-shirt arrived no problem, the hoodie didn't. Contacted TeeSpring who were very helpful, and sent another one after investigating what happened with no issues at all, and very quickly. 2nd attempt arrived no issues. This is really the most important aspect. Good service is easy when it goes right, but what happens when it goes wrong? Well done TeeSpring, sterling job!

Bought a tee for my sister's birthday. Ordered a 3X - when I opened it to wrap it, it was marked a 3X but the actual size was more like an adult small! No way will she be able to wear it. It was special because she is a ghost hunter and the shirt read: "Never mess with a ghost hunter. We know places where no one will look for you." Made in Honduras, the label reads: Very Important Tee and then DISTRICT, Print was great, color was great, the shirt was just completely wrong sized. Especially not happy because it was a gift.
