I ordered a t-shirt on April 1st. Their website promised I'd have the shirt by Earth Day... that's tomorrow. I did not receive a conformation for my order until several days after I placed my order. That conformation emails says my order should arrive at the latest by April 15th. On April 16th I emailed their customer service to see why my order still had not even shipped. Their customer service is just an automated response that sounds good. They emailed back saying that they're sorry it's late but it is because they are making sure my product is "perfect" but it should arrive soon. On April 20th, my order's status still had not changed so I emailed again. I got the exact same email so I don't believe anyone is actually looking into my order at all.
I really believe that this whole things is a scam to steal your money and you never get your product. From reading the other reviews, it seems that even if you do get what you ordered, it's horrible quality. I'd avoid them at all cost.
I ordered from this company once, several months ago. Today while grocery shopping with the children this company took over 1200. 00 out of my account. No email or contact in any way. I tried contacting the company yet they are rude and tried to direct me to another company. I have filled fraud charges with my bank and will go further if I am not made whole immediately. BEWARE!

After I received my item that I ordered I noticed that the hoodie was small on me, so I contacted customer service. Jonalyn Emailed me back and helped me through on how to take care of getting a size swap. It was fast responded emails, and fast process with getting a size swap!

Although there stuff looks nice DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered 3 shirts from there and one of them came in the wrong size and when i contacted customer service they made a big issue and refuse to give me a refund. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.

The shirt I received was NOT what I ordered, and I am very unsatisfied. The shirt smelled of chemicals, and looked like it was spray painted. Overall, it looked like a scam and did not reflect the real campaign shirt that was promised. Additionally, I have contacted the customer service and they rerouted me to a "new" site and it was the same site I originally sent in an email. As a result, I just keep getting sent around in circles with NO answer about a refund. Furthermore, the online chat support system does not exist like they say it does.

I ordered a coffee mug with a neat saying on it for my husband. He is difficult to buy for, so I was happy when I found this item. However, it was shipped from the UK to USA, so it took 6 weeks to get it. I joke with my husband and say "I could not find anything suitable in the United States; I had to get you a gift from Europe, you are so hard to buy for!"

Ordered online and the 7 tees arrived with the lettering so small that it is unreadable and then repeated three times on the back of the shirt... I can't believe that someone won't look at the order and email or call us and confirm what was typed on the online order...$75+ worth of shirts going to the Goodwill store - unusable... received an email from customer service offering to re-do and give us a discount - No... just spreading the word that this is not the company to deal with!

Super frustrated that I spent $85 on 3 tshirts for earth day for our family and the quality is absolutely horrible. No one wants to wear them. The screening was horribly done on all three of them, the tshirts are an itchy cotton and there's no phone number or refund available. Do NOT BUY from Teespring!

I ordered some shirts for my daughter and two of them were slim cut and did not fit her. I emailed Jeneffer and she immediately gave me instructions of doing a return. I sent the two shirts back and we just could not seem to find the right replacement. During the entire process, she was very friendly and always responded quickly to my concerns/questions. I will definitely do business with her again. Customer service that Jeneffer provides is few and far between in todays society. I bought 2 shirts from this company and was disappointed in each. The 1st one was a a shirt I bought for the women's march project. It came in with a thin material and was so small it just barely fit me even though I ordered it one size larger than I wear normally so I could wear a long-sleeve shirt under it in case it was cold. Geez! I could barely get it on by itself. It looked nice folded when it was new, but so what If I could not wear it comfortably. The 2nd shirt I ordered came in even smaller and tighter.
Both have material that is so thin you can see my bra through them... altho with them being so tight, that doesn't help either.
If you can get a shirt from them for $10 or less, order up a size and spend the money. If they cost more than that it is a rip-off.
The tag says "made in the USA with foreign components." Does that mean sewn in another country but the design is put on here? Does that mean the fabric is manufactured outside the USA and we are not told where? WHO KNOWS?
I will not buy from them again.

While it might not be a scam this website is bull$#*!. I order t-shirt almost two months ago and it was supposed to be a birthday gift, now it is too late.
First I inquired what is happening with my order and got an answer that I never finished my order. That was strange, I got an email that I made order and I got PayPal log that I paid for that order. After I provided information to them, they refunded me next day without giving any reason or explanation.
I have my money back but no birthday gift...

I ordered a shirt to support my friend's campaign but the shirt I got was a lot smaller than the size marked (2XL). I laid it on top of another 2XL shirt and the size difference was massively different, especially on the sides. The tag on the side claims that it is made from 100% cotton, but there's no way. It feels exactly like my 100% polyester swim shirt, except thinner.
Shirt was kind of pricey and took nearly a month to arrive. I doubt I'll ever order another shirt from them again.
The size chart they provide doesn't reflect the actual size tee I received. I was sent a child size small. I returned it and ordered a medium adult size. Again they mailed the same only slightly larger child size. Can't wear it.
