They sent me a men's XL as a substitution for a women's XL and thought that would be just fine. They were shocked I was upset and wanted the shirt I ordered. I will never purchase from this company again
My ladies t shirt took a month to get here. The large is roughly the size of a child's XL or a Ladies Small. Lesson learned. It's snug on my 13 year old daughter, who wears ladies small. Would love to see a picture of how tiny their small is.
It took several weeks to get, I received the wrong item, I emailed several people for several weeks and the people either sent me to someone else or my email was never acknowledged. Finally, after threatening to get authorities involved, I received an email saying I would get my correct item mailed within 3-5 weeks. Ridiculous that I spent so much time tracking down my items, the company, and my money. I love my phone case but would NEVER use teespring again! I suggest no one uses this horrible company

Similar issue with sizing. They are so off on the small size. Wish I would have read reviews first - never would have ordered from them. Let me return the first time but when i received the replacement they were still so small - 2 XX was similar to a large at best - I asked how I can return and get a refund. They said they don't do that and you only get one chance to return something. Beware before you buy!
I ordered and received a t-shirt. The sizing is by inches wide so I ordered a little bigger size than I wear. When I received it I could barely sausage-cram myself into it. I measured it and it is 20" wide when it is supposed to be 24.75". I emailed the company and they said I could return it. Great. No problem. But they ended the email with "its important you order the correct size so please take a look at our sizing chart." I had done that before I ordered; it does no good when they send a shirt that doesn't match their size chart.
I AGREE WITH THE PREVIOUS CUSTOMER RE SHIPPING - I TRIED TEESPRING IN APRIL WITH THE FIRST ORDER AND WROTE A REVIEW - VERY BAD COMPANY. I THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE - ON APRIL 25 THE EMAIL STATED THE SHIRT WAS PRINTED - ON MAY 1 IT STATED IT WOULD BE DELIVERED ON TUES 5-2 - THE NEXT ONE STATED 5-3 - NOTHING YET - I EMAIL THE USUAL EMAIL GOT A CASE NO. AND IT SHOWS THE SHIRT IS STILL IN KENTUCY WAITING TO GO THE POST OFFICE. I DONT UNDERSTAND EITHER WHY THE SHIPPING TAKES SO LONG - THE OTHER COMPANIES I HAVE PURCHASED ITEMS FROM IS USUALLY 5-7 DAYS FROM THE TIME U PLACE THE ORDER - I LEARNED FROM LESSON - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. After waiting for 3 weeks to receive my order I contacted the company. They said the t-shirt I ordered was no longer available, (I already paid for it) Instead of a refund they said I could gave a store credit. After I sent them exactly what I wanted, they said they needed more information, but that was all the information I could supply. Still have not heard back. TrendyTeeShop is a much better company to deal with.
I don't know if they could have used any thinner material on the long-sleeve t-shirt I ordered. Washed it initially, only to find out that it looked wrinkled, especially where the silk screening was applied (because of the pathetic thinness). Also, there really were no sleeve cuffs, like they just folded in a small amount of the material in and sewed it. If this is a typical product offered, I will not be doing business with them again. I'd be embarrassed if I was wearing a this shirt as a representation of company quality.

I ordered a mug and a tshirt for my boyfriend for his birthday! Total came to $51 so I didnt confirm payment as thats crazy for a mug and a tshirt. 2 days later I receive an email saying the items are on their way even though I didnt confirm payment! Then I get charged two lots of $32! :( then the package gets delivered and the the tshirt isnt even there and the mug only has half of the printed pattern on it! :( it was a birthday gift and I'm very mad about the whole situation! :( DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!
I ordered a sweatshirt for St Patty day and because I did not pay extra to get it in 4 days I will not get it until after. I ordered it over 2 weeks before. It took a week and a half to be printed!
Ordered a shirt last November and was told it would arrive in February. When I contacted them in March because my shirt hadn't arrived I was told that they're not responsible to ensure the package arrives and I was refused a refund. These people are criminals and deserve to be in jail. THEY JUST STEAL MONEY AND EVERYONE IS OKAY WITH IT! CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT WILL SOON BE UNDERWAY! PIECES OF HUMAN GARBAGE.

"Customer Service" is a joke. They never responded to the online submission I sent them regarding a missing payout. The phone number is just a recording saying to email them.
I requested payouts from my campaigns on Feb 28th and March 2nd. As of today, March 15th, neither of my payouts have been deposited into my PayPal account. On March 9th I emailed the address the automated recording phone number gave me. Got a response that someone from the Payouts team will look into and get back to me. Haven't heard a word from them, not sure if they exist.
They do reply to this seller support email quickly, guess that earns them 1 star. But every email says the same thing... "I've followed up with my team and someone will get back to you shortly" Does it really take 6 days too look into something when you have an irate customer.
They are quick to take your money but sure don't want to give any of it back! Discontinued my business with them and going somewhere else.
I ordered my shirt February 24th. I was told that I would receive it between March 7-10th. They changed my area code on the shipping and I was not notified. I watched the tracking on my package go from leaving their location of Kentucky, to "York PA *******" and it came back with "insufficient address". Well yes, that is because my zip code is *******. I specifically put that in my shipping information. They changed it anyway. So I contacted them. They claimed to have fixed my address and were going to ship it back out as soon as it came back to their facility. Well, three days later, it goes right back to "York PA *******", but it still isn't arriving at my address. Finally, I check today, and its BACK IN KENTUCKY AGAIN. They $#*!ing changed the zip code again. I working to resolve this for the THIRD TIME through this AWFUL company. I feel as though I'm working with online customer service from China! I would NEVER recommended this awful company to anyone.
It takes so long for just a simple t-shirt to get here. I've sent them 5 emails and every time they respond with the same thing, that it's still printing somehow. They told me in 5-7 days it would be printed and shipped and it's been 9 days and it's still printing. And on top of that they don't keep you updated very well. The last time I got an email from them, without having to email them first, was when I got my reciept. So delievery and contact service is absolutely terrible.

I ordered a baseball themed shirt for a friend and had it mailed to her home. Shirt #1 was the wrong position player on it. I wanted a catcher and it had an outfielder on it. Order 2nd shirt this one had a catcher on it, but the wrong saying. My friend gave both shirts to me, and I contacted TeeSpring. Was told that I ordered wrong shirt both times, Hello, I know the difference between catcher and outfielder.
I returned both shirts at my expense priority mail delivery confirmation. With a letter and picture of what I wanted.
TeeSpring sent me email stating that when they received my returns they would process correctly. Checked status, and they had received my package two days earlier. I emailed delivery confirmation to them.
I was then told that I had sent only one shirt, not both. I requested that they look at shipping receipt and the weight was for two shirts. Now I have been informed that my order is printing. (One of the shirts).
That's ok. I have another month before it's to late to report to PayPal, which I plan on doing.
Buyer beware. Document everything.
