I wish I would have seen the reviews! I ordered a shirt a month ago and was charged for it and never received it. There is no way to get a hold of anyone to talk to a customer service person. I'm reporting this to the better business bureau. I have emailed teespring and only automated responses come back. Also, I've been on the phone with PayPal for literally 1 hour and they don't see the charge, so this company must have figured out how to fraudulently get money out of PayPal without PayPal having notice of it. All around a terrible scam. Buyer beware!
I ordered a shirt in an XL. Everything I wear is the same size. I got my T-shirt from them a few days ago and it's a medium at best. Beware! They will NOT give you a refund - instead you have to use your own $ to send back the shirt that doesn't fit (and is flimsily made on a good day) and they will send another one out. Which also may not fit. So then you are back at square one. Good luck to all!
I am so underwhelmed by this company it's not funny. First of all, they never disclose shipping rates nor times throughout the purchasing process, They do not show the price until AFTER you pay, then they charge you a per piece shipping charge, and they don't tell you when you are going to receive your items. Now, I receive a message from them indicating that the shipments won't arrive until after I needed them. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!
My T wasn't printed as straight as I'd like so I let them know. That day they replied to my email, remade the shirt, and shipped it within 2 days. They also told me not to return the shirt and donate to someone in need. Fast shipping will buy from them again!

I can't believe I paid 49.99 for this item the screening was very thin and the material also was very thin 1 wash and I'm sure the screening is going to crack... poor qaulity of screening... and the hoody Walmart has thicker hoodies wow what a rip off
I waited 3 1/2 weeks to receive my hoody from the Women's March Oakland. The last week of my wait, all delivery information disappeared from the DHL tracking site. When it finally was delivered, the design was half the required size and printed off-center. I emailed the company and they were very nice and said they'd print another one for me, but they refused expedited delivery. So now it's been 2 weeks and I still haven't gotten the replacement sweatshirt. Once I get my sweatshirt, I won't buy from them again. Delivery is awful and poor quality control.

I had two shirts delivered wrong try to talk to somebody you can talk to anybody to the 800 number if they have no customer service you have to email once you email takes a couple days for them to get back and then you email back then your email goes to the bottom of the list and you had to wait for him to get back to you I paid 399 for each shirt to be shipped and they advertise that you get a discount if you order more than one shirt didn't get the discount now I'm paying $8.65 to send these two shirts back and hopefully I will get the correct ones not a happy experience
Most orders take over a month to deliver. And they will not let you return anything regardless of what the site says. Buy else where! You can also get two shirts for the price of one if you buy somewhere else. Buyer beware!
Ordered a sweatshirt in November. Arrived in December. But after got over 9 charges that I didn't order raging from $30 to $60. Have to go through my entire bank statement from the past three months and cancel my entire credit card. Do not order from this site.
Have not received order it's been a month. Customer service was no help. They said it was my problem to find out where my order is.
We bought a shirt in November 2016 for $27, and subsequently got charged 14 times of between $18 and $52 per charge from December 2016 to February 2017 before we realized we were getting fraudulently charged by Teespring.com. These were all purchases that we did not order, nor did we sign up for any program that would have recurring payments. Called our credit card company and a fraudulent investigation is happening with TeeSpring right now. Be aware of fraudulent charges by this company. Absolutely find a different place to by a shirt.

Ordered sneakers- ad from Facebook - Blue Heeler. Also ordered pillow cover. Never received pillow cover - shoes were not same as advertised- dog picture looked like a mix breed- many emails - mgr agreed to credit half my money back an I keep sneakers I will never wear. No mention of pillowcase. Will contact PayPal. Takes 2 days to get email response from China. I want correct sneakers, my pillowcase OR all my money back. Never will buy from them again. First and last time
I ordered ONE sweatshirt (around $20), but they instead charged me $132.70 and sent me 6 t-shirts. I contacted them multiple times and never got a response so I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Somehow the dispute was denied. I then got an email from Teespring saying they will issue me a "PARTIAL refund" if I send back the shirts. I emailed and said that is completely unacceptable because it is their fault this issue occurred and said a full refund was required. They did not respond. I sent back all of the shirts and sent them tracking information. THEY HAVE NOT ISSUED ME A REFUND AT ALL. I also emailed them an additional FIVE TIMES and have received NO RESPONSE. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY GET AWAY WITH TOTAL SCAMS.
I ordered a "long flowy" women's tshirt, which arrive looking like something that would fit a 5'2" 250 lb person. Nothing wrong with that shape, if it is what is displayed on your website, but the website picture and the actual product were MILES apart. I requested a return/refund and they made me jump through all kinds of hoops, measuring, etc. only to give me a partial refund. In other words, the product they sent me didn't match their image and they made me pay for part of it. Stay away from this company. Not worth the hassle!
Wow do I wish I had seen this site before I ordered my hoodie for the Women's March January 21. I ordered my hoodie on January 15 because they promised it would arrive before January 20. I later learned they didn't even begin to print the sweatshirt until January 17. It finally was on my doorstep when I came home from the March. Why on earth use DHL when you're sending from Kentucky to Virginia, or did they send it from China?
When I asked for a refund and said I was going to send it back they said they will happily give me a store credit. I do not want to buy anything from them ever again. What a rip off.
