Teespring while it makes an effort to advertise on Facebook. But the fail to deliver. I ordered a couple of T Shirts and Hood sweater on Nov 30th and 1st Dec 2016. To date they have not delivered nor bothered to contact me via email.

Poor customer service

I received a shirt with the word "person's" spelled "preson's" and when I contacted customer service about the error they basically said sorry - that's how it is on the website, your order was processed correctly. I went back to the website and sent them a picture of the product clearly without spelling error. Not to mention, why would they promote a defective product?

My advice is to shop somewhere else.

Ordered a hoodie for my son. He likes the product but too small. My first email requesting exchange had a prompt reply but basically saying could not exchange as custom made and requesting me to measure and send photo.

I replied a week ago saying I have the right to exchange as it is not custom made but made to order and they were still advertising them for sale that day so presumable could print another.

Have heard nothing and it feels as though they are putting up the shutters and ignoring. Wishing I had done a review search beforehand.

If unauthorized are being made, call FTC and consumer protection and report it. You should also get a new credit card and report to the credit card company if you ever have a dispute like this again. Who knows, maybe one day they will be reported on the nightly news!

I placed two orders for single shirts. I first received an email saying they cancelled my order of 12 shirts? I told them thanks and that I didn't order 12, just one. Two days later I got an email saying another order of 12 was printing. They will not cancel it, I did not place it. No customer respect.

Horrible

I ordered 3 items from this place. Noticed right away they were cheap, sized wrong, and cut horrible. Emailed to return said products and got told I can't return them, for they are not a retail store. They said it was a custom order, which is a lie, they have hundreds in stock. I was dissatisfied, period, as a customer I should have the right to return clothes of I'm not happy with them. Almost 100$ they stole from me and I'm left with rags. Horribly unprofessional, rude, tacky, cheap. NEVER got through them. They will steal your money.

I purchased an "ugly Christmas sweater" off the site about 2-3 weeks before Christmas. Minutes after purchasing, I noticed that the shipping date was estimated to go out from December 27-Jan 3rd. Since this would defeat the purpose of purchasing a Christmas sweater only to not have it until after Christmas, I decided to cancel the order. A few days later I got an email noting that the order was being printed, so I contacted customer service. After a few email exchanges, I explained that this was honestly their error as I had canceled my order, and they needed to atone for that.

Disclaimer: I've worked in customer service and have seen it all... what these guys did next was RIGHT.

They decided to refund me (which was fairly noted to be a one time circumstance) instead of saying "tough luck" or simply not replying (which I have experienced from other companies). It may seem simple... but it kept me as a future consumer of this company.

Icing on the cake: the sweater that was printed and shipped reached me before Christmas. I was able to give it to my girlfriend for a Christmas present and she absolutely LOVED IT. Materials great and the print is 100%. Thank you Teespring staff for correcting an unfortunate error, but I will certainly remember it and recommend you to anyone who asks.

I ordered a hoodie from this company and it did not reflect the same brightness in person so I emailed them about it only for them to respond there was nothing they could do as it printed the way it was supposed to which the red on the hoodie looked burgandy instead of bright red which is what was shown on the site. They said they could only offer in store credit which is stupid be caused why would I want to order any thing else after this terrible customer service and my order not looking like their site pics anyways. They said if they printed another one it would look the same as the one I received... Spread the word... DO NOT BUY FROM THESE DUMMIES!

SCAM - Doubled my order
January 10, 2017

I ordered a t-shirt for my daughter for Christmas. A week later I noticed in my email that it said it was ordered again. I did receive both orders but asked them how they fraudulently ordered from my credit card AGAIN. All I would get back via email was to ship one of the shirts back to them paid out of my pocket mind you before they would credit me back. I found it over and over and stated I should not have to pay for something they some how ordered under my credit card. They just said sorry that I would have to ship it back to them for me to get reimbursed. Terrible customer service and no I did not ship the shirt back since I know they probably would never credit me back and I would be out the money for the shirt plus the shipping of it back. Terrible company and I will never buy from them again.

I ordered a shirt on 12/15/16 and received a message saying that the shirt would be delivered between 12/30/16 and 01/04/17. On 01/03/17, I contacted the company to get a realistic delivery date, and told them that I would just cancel the order if they could not do that. Amazingly, the t-shirt shipped the very next day on 01/04/17 from KY. I live in MD, which is about 550 miles from KY, and it then took 6 days to arrive. It sat at a DHL distribution center 35 miles from me for 2 days before it was passed off to the USPS for the actual delivery.

I ordered a hoodie from this company. I received a tracking number which said that everything was delivered. It was not delivered. I sent them an email because you cannot get ANYONE on the phone at any phone numbers listed. I received an email that basically said, "sorry, we can't do anything for you, your claim has been closed". Needless to say I am now out $50.00.

Worst EVER. What idiot there does quality control?
I ordered a Limited Edition Thin Blue Line Mug which wasn't cheap, and the Australian Flag is reversed, it's been printed backwards. The text is correct yet Flag backwards... just like this company!
I wouldn't order an empty box from this place in fear of them stuffing that order up too!

I originally ordered a David Ortiz retirement shirt from Teespring and paid with a Visa card. I was satisfied with my purchase. Suddenly 2 months after my order, I noticed increasingly more expensive random purchases deducted from my account by Teespring without any authorization by me. I quickly called Teespring but their phone is just a sham to get you to give up in frustration and try to email any complaints. They responded to my email complaint by asking me to send back products at my own expense. I then called Visa and they were very helpful. They cancelled my card and sent me a new one. A week later, additional purchases appeared on the new card. I again called Visa and they explained that some fraudulent companies have a method of "rolling over" an old card purchase unto a new card. Unbelievable! Today I had to entirely cancel my account with Visa and apply for a new account. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Very disappointed!

Shirt decal looks nothing like it is advertised! I sent them a picture of what I received and they said they would contact their quality control and send me a new one. Problem will be fixed. The new one they sent me looks exactly like the other one. Not even close to the picture as they showed on their website.

Almost a month since they said they printed and mailed my sweatshirt which was a birthday gift. The ETA keeps changing further and further away. Too bad I spent money on something I'll probably never see. I doubt they actually donated 10% of the proceeds to the cause for the particular design like they stated. First and last time with this nonsense.

They are terrible with customer service and do not back their products. Whatever they happen to send to you is what you are stuck with. I ordered several swestshirts for Christmas gifts and they sent youth sizes instead of adult. When I finally reached somebody the refused to exchange. Their merchandise was worthless to me. Do yoursekf a favor. NEVER buy from this company.

What a horrible experience. I won't waste my time or money on this site again. It took a month to get the tshirt that I ordered. When I attempted to call their customer service I was sent to their website to either email or live chat with someone. No option to actually speak with someone. Their live chat didn't work and it took days before I received a response by email. The response was general and very unhelpful. So frustrating. Well I got the tshirt... finally. It's thin and not the best quality. Disappointed!
