Ordered two t shirts, not cheep at all! But still liked them. Took a month to get the first one still waiting for the second one.
The first shirt to arrive was way to small so I contact them to ask for a new size. A week gone by and still getting e mail requesting me to send a picture of the shirt with the measurements or re send them my confirmation e mails.
At that point I don't think I'll ever get a new shirt size and I am getting frustrated with their stupid requests. I buy a Lot on line ( Ninja products, Amazon, Bosse, klipsh which have high ends product and never had any problems whatsoever just great service) so go shop somewhere else you can print these t somewhere with better costumer service.

So finely they agreed to send me a new size after I gave up, which is nice of them but bottom line was not worth it it was to pricey, waited to long for it to arrive and to long to be able to exgange. The T is good quality Burt still not worth it

The quality of the t-shirt is terrible, I even purchased the premium shirt. Very thin rough material. I also waited a long time, but then was ashamed to give as gift. I think they use a third world to create these shirts. Will never buy again from here. Try inkpixi site, much nicer quality of shirt.
I bought one long sleeve shirt, which is poorly made, sleeves don't even match up. Friend of mine liked the shirt... I told him it's not worth the wait and money... took weeks to arrive! He liked the print and wanted one anyways, hard headed dumb $#*!. So I tried ordering him one for Christmas and no luck it's not going through for some reason, mind you, I'm using the same card same address and nothing... lol good for me sucks for him! I'll let him order his own shirt, that way he can see and experience what I mean. You've lost me as a buyer lol and you will soon loose someone else. Lesson learned

I wish there was an option for 0 for service. It's horrendous. Ordered my items at the beginning of November and I STILL haven't received them, even though they were due for delivery between 21st & 23rd December. It's disgusting that it's still not here and has honestly ruined Christmas due to it being a personal Christmas present. I'm extremely unhappy and pissed off. I will NEVER be using them again. £85 for some $#*! service. Couldn't be more unhappy.
I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered. Got three for my daughter for Christmas. The quality is crap. They are super thin and the 3x is the smallest 3x I have ever seen in my life they are not going to fit her and I doubt they will even fit my other daughter who wears a small once they are washed. Disputing the charges on my card and these are going back

The sweatshirt I received was a wrong color and in addition had white letters on white background. There is no Customer Service phone number to call, different people reply to my emails asking the same thing and not providing any solution. It takes 2 to 3 and sometimes four days to receive a reply, which is usually a request to upload a photo, which I already did three times. I would never use this site again
First, and last, time I will ever buy from this site. I will additionally never purchase or support people who sell their wares through Teespring.com due to the horrible shipping time. Who uses DHL other than people who support China? Package has yet to arrive. Order "shipped" December 12,2016. It is December 21,2016 and still being mishandled now by USPS.
Abs olutely no customer service at all! I ordered some shirts off their website have not yet received them and they would pull the money out of my account. I did not ever receive an email confirmation for any of them and when I tried to contact them about the matter they said it's going to take 2 to 5 business days for response. I really wish I had never heard of this company because they are just taking us for our money! If it really was a legitimate company there would be a customer service phone number that you can call and not have an automated system give you the runaround!
Shipping took forever, then got the wrong item. No customer service number to contact them. Everything is in email and takes two days for a response just to get some lame question that takes two more days for them to respond again. Absolutely worst company! I will never buy anything from them again!

I order a cup and a T shirt with gopnik, beside that took them a month to be sent, only the cu arrived! I asked them what happened with my t shirt and they said is lost in Frankfurt, and will print me a new one after another month I receive a cup again and no t shirt, well beside that they don't read or listen to the customer, they are unprofessional and over priced!
I ordered a shirt and sweatshirt with 15% discount I put my card information in and it automatically took me to the thank you for your order page. I had to go into my email to see how much the order was and to make sure I received the discount. Well I did get the discount but they charged me $18.99 for rush delivery which I did not check for this isn't a Christmas gift so I was in no hurry to get it. I contacted customer service right away was told I had to submit a form online. So I did that and the customer service rep argued with me and called me a lair. I will never order anything from this place of business again. Thank you Brittany.
I ordered the America and Hunting T-shirt for a Christmas gift. I never know if sizes run small online (the seem to a lot) so I ordered an XL. Well, these are sized correctly so the shirt was huge! I sent them an email asking to exchange for a L. I got a response the next day that a L was being printed and shipped next day and that I didn't need to return the XL. I am very happy with the service and the make of the shirt. It's a comfy Hanes shirt and looks exactly like the picture shown.
Ordered my sisters sweaters for christmas and they are super thin and the lettering looks like it will flake off after the first wash/dry! Way over priced and look like I spent maybe $10 on them instead of $85! Never order from them!

Ordered their limited time Surfing Christmas "sweater" for my fiancé, the design was cute but the quality of print was very faint. It's came as a thin sweat shirt rather than a thick warm sweater. Will not buy from them again. It's also took a long time to arrive since I ordered it.
So I caught a "pending" charge on my card from teespring, for something I never ordered, and promptly called my bank to cancel the charge, and teespring to let them know they were dealing with a fraudulent order - -

They charged me $500 for one t-shirt and 1 hoodie, which, judging by how they are marked on the site, should have been around $70. The phone number leads to an automated message that tells you to email them and hangs up. I emailed them, automated message telling me it will be at least 2 business days before I get a response. Even their twitter is negligent. They are useless thieves, and judging by the other reviews, I'd you do get their products, they suck anyway. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
I bought the massage therapist mug and it looks horrible. The message is on one side of the mug where no one can see it. It should have been in the middle or put the message on both sides of the mug. I WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
