Find someone else

I ordered a shirt and paid for immediate printing and rushed delivery. The website says "receive your order in 2-5 business days". I got a confirmation email stating I will receive my order within that time. Well that date has past and still no shirt. I got a new email saying it will arrive by saturday (that is 7 business days) I kindly emailed them saying it's no big deal but if they could refund the rush printing and shipping charges I'd greatly appreciate it. They would not. Even with photo proof of the confirmation, and receipt of rushed shipping charges.

Scam!

I ordered a shirt from them last week. It kicked back saying my card was Declined and to reenter it, which should have been a red flag! But I tried again. To have my card decline... again...
So several hours later, THREE purchases of the same shirt were processed at $32 a pop. I emailed them to get a reply saying "you have to wait to get the shirts to send them back and get a refund."
I was furious and sent them another email saying if I didn't get my money back I was contacting the attorney general. Still no response or refund...

UNACCEPTABLE

I ACCIDENTALLY ORDERED TWO SHIRTS ($40 APIECE). I REALIZED IT AND TRIED TO CANCEL TWICE, ONCE AT LEAST A WEEK BEFORE THE CAMPAIGN DEADLINE. ALL EFFORTS TO REACH OUT TO THEM ARE IGNORED. TERRIBLE COMPANY.

I ordered a custom T & when it arrived it was the wrong size & type. After emailing them, they gave me a full refund including shipping because the shirt couldn't be returned ( it was no longer being printed) so they couldn't re-sell it. Am very happy with the customer service. My only complaint is that they don't have a customer service phone number to call!

Good experience

I bought a tee shirt and had a good experience. T-shirt itself was good quality, printing good too. When you order it tells you how long the offer is good for and how long you'll have to wait until the sale is over and the printing of the t-shirt will begin. For me, the sale lasted another 10 days when I put the order in, so I knew it wasn't going to ship for a while. The company kept me informed at each step of the process. I got an email when the sale was over and the printing began. Got an email when they mailed the t-shirt with a tracking number. If you need the t-shirt in a couple of days... this is probably not the venue for you. But if you can wait a couple of weeks it's just fine. Just pay attention to what it says when you're ordering as to how long the sale will continue, because printing and shipping won't happen until after that.

THIS. PLACE. SUCKS!

I ordered a shirt online - design looked ready to go - for a friend as a gift. Two weeks later and it hasn't even shipped yet! The order tracking site says it's "printing." Why are you advertising a shirt that's not printed yet? The shirt will not be here in time for my friend who is LEAVING TOWN. (The shirt was a going away present.) I am seriously annoyed.

OMG. How horrible

The printing was fine, however the TSHIRTS themselves are absolutely horrible see through. I bought 3 long sleeve tshirts. New the sleeves were 6inches short and I have short arms. The body to arm was so disproportionate that I thought it was a joke at first. Absolutely awful!

We had our credit card information stolen and used on this website. Once I checked our credit card account I noticed the unauthorized charge. I immediately tried to contact someone at TEESPRINGS.COM. Guess what!? They are not allowed to talk on the phone to actual customers. It is totally by email only or chat. Once you chat with them and have a problem, you are blocked and not allowed to chat with them again. After 30 days and 90 pages of emails back and forth from numerous fraudulently people at TEESPRINGS.COM I could not seem to get my money back. We proved to them that we did not make the purchase but the only thing they did was keep sending me apologies on an email from yet another person from there. I contacted the fraud department with our credit card company, our local police department and 2 Better Business Bureaus. They are now under investigation by all of these entities. As of today, they have never refunded the first charge. Not only did they let the first charge go thru when I notified them that it was fraudulent but they lied to me. They told me our credit card number had been turned in to their legal department and would red flag should this person try to use it again. That was a lie because several days go, this person did use our credit card number again to place an order and TEESPRING.COM let the charge go thru. I noticed it on our credit card account because I check it daily. I notified our credit card company that it was yet another fraudulent charge and they stopped it. TEESPRING.COM is not a company that anyone should do business with. Good luck to you if you do! I was told in several emails that someone from their company would be given permission - and yes I said GIVEN PERMISSION - to call me regarding the refund. It has been 30 days and no one has called me personally. I never thought they would once I figured out how they do business. IT IS DEFINITELY A BUYER BEWARE with this company. Hopefully the Better Business Bureau will have the same luck contacting them as their customers do. I have also written a letter to the Chamber of Commerce in both the states they do business. They should be shut down immediately!

Sizing all wrong!

I ordered a T-Shirt and it ran small but I could stretch it enough to wear it. So when I ordered a hoodie, I ordered it a size larger. A 2x fits like an xl and is so tight I can't even put it on! Contacted customer service twice with NO response! Now I'm out $40 for something that can't even be worn! I will never order from them again!

After buying some t-shirts as the seller heavily advertised that the profits would go to charity, found it might be a scam.

Contacted Teespring to tell them and they confirmed none of the money went to charity, but they wouldn't be doing anything about it and the scammer is still at it.

Bad enough it happens to me, but to know this and still let it carry on makes them just as guilty as the people scamming.

As other reviewers have noted, their quality control is quite atrocious. If they mess up a project, they won't send out replacements until each person contacts them directly but you don't know who ordered so it's a mess and people just end up with poorly printed shirts. On top of that, when the people did reach out for replacements, they received the same incorrectly reprinted shirts and had to do it all over again. I spent a lot of time trying to make sure they wouldn't mess up the 2nd campaign. They got the borders right but printed everything crooked and to far to one side. I would not recommend using this company. Spend a bit more and go with someone like Apliiq.com. They actually take time to make sure things are done right.

Ordered a shirt as a birthday gift in mid September. Knew it would arrive late but thought it was worth waiting for. The shirt was supposed to be printed in two colors to punctuate the humor of the statement. Unfortunately, it was printed in only one color and the joke was completely lost. Contacted Customer Service, received an apology and after sending photographic proof they agreed to reprint. The reprint came mid October and it was still wrong. Contacted Customer Service again and requested a reprint and a refund due to the incredibly poor quality control on the print job. Was informed that they could only do one remedy option so they chose refund. I guess a basic two color print job it above the skill level of their production staff. Also the printing is of questionable quality. The ink is rather thin and feels a bit like plastic wrap. I doubt it would have held up very long even if printed correctly.

It's a shame since the artwork and humor were good. Will not do business with them again.

I have ordered three times from this company, 8 items... never a problem. Quality is as expected. Even the custom design I uploaded a picture of my husbands bird and they put it on a hat and shirt and I bought other stock items with Parrot's on them and they are beautiful. He loves them! Thank you Teespring!

TOTAL RIP OFF!

They tried ripping me off, The only thing that saved me was I used my PayPal credit to pay for it. Ordered three shirts after hitting the submit button shipping cost tripled, after sending three emails first email they responded it was shipped and should arrive the next day and a week later nothing, the next two emails they never responded at all! Thankfully PAY PAL got my money back. TOTAL SCAM RIP OFF! Total P. O. S'S... DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM BOTTONLINE! I Imade a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and I think I'll contact the state attorneys office as well. People like this need to be behind bars, bottom line!

Sizing is way off

My friend got me a t shirt for a birthday gift. It was a women's medium but fit like an extra small. I had to re gift it to a friend that would fit her. Months later I came across another shirt I found on a Facebook blog. I wanted to give them one more chance. I ordered a woman's large. Three weeks went by so not too bad when it came to waiting, however it fit me like a small rather than large. I'm upset that I wasted over $35 for a t shirt that won't fit me ever. I commented on their Facebook blog and they not only deleted my comment but blocked me from liking their page. I didn't even try calling them, because of the lack of customer service.

TOTAL SCAM

They scammed me and stole six hundred dollars. They're not even sorry. Well. Ladies and gentlemen, they are TEESPRING.COM!

They found and hired me as a graphic designer, approved some first test projects and then... simply disappeared without any reason. I was scammed by Chris Daft (VP of trust and safety, Teespring). That was absolutely unexpected. He and his company just ignore me and I don't know what's wrong with them. I'M DONE WITH IT.

Special thanks to Global Head of Community - Bridget Sauer, who thinks ignoring people is absolutely normal thing in this company.

Please think twice before dealing with cheap people.
