Not only did they "magically lose" my store, but the store still exists! So what do i do? Ask for help as a seller of course! Wait; theres no easy access help! I had to dig for it. Its buried in the normal help email. Thats right you have to email the contact us, like a customer, to as a seller get the seller help email.
Lost yet? GETS WORSE. As I said I can't access my store at all, and they can't see it, yet the urls to purchase work fine! AMAZINGGGG. And you know what I got as an answer? "Are you sure its this account?" IDK IS IT THE ONLY ACCOUNT I HAVE ON HERE WITH THE EMAIL, PASSWORD, AND DETAILS WRITTEN IN MY PHONE! And best part is after that- they just didn't send a follow up or even say they would look into it.
Funny thing is if people can still buy... then where does the money for the things I created go? On top of that the samples I ordered are HOT GARBAGE. After a cold wash and a low heat cycle the designs on half came off and the other half were mostly fine.

The company refused to credit my account. I eventually accepted their offer to reprint my entire order and mail it without additional charge. Keep in mind, my order had never arrived and I had paid for it plus their high shipping costs in full months earlier. They said when the original order which was stuck in shipping status arrived, I could keep it for the trouble. I agreed. However it (the original) never arrived. It is still stuck in shipping status. So I got no added benefit for my months of troubles. I asked for my money back 3 times. Their offer to reprint my full order was also bogus. They only reprinted one of the two items, the coffee mug. They never game me a second shirt that I thought they were going to reprint. Why would they not be clear? The customer service lady acted as though she was doing me some big huge favor by reprinting both items. I never wouldve agreed to this deal if she had been upfront that they were going to spend another week or two to print a coffee mug I never got and then ship it. Thats what I paid them to do months before. So if you enjoy begging and pleading a company for a refund after missing 2 deadlines and refusing to give your money back and to wait months for them to make a deal to get you what you only what you ordered - as if its a favor to you - go ahead and order from them. I will not.

My order status had been stuck at shipped for weeks - since early October. The estimated delivery date when I orginally ordered it was Nov 3rd. I contacted Teespring November 15 asking for a refund because the order status had been stuck for weeks. Clearly they verified it. But they refused to refund me. They said I needed to wait 3 more weeks and get back to them. No. I think Ill dispute the charge with my bank instead. Screw them

Ordered a tee in my usual size (xl) i would say its closer to a medium. Im not a huge guy and its completely unwearable.

I have ordered two T-shirts and a mug from the Classical Numismatics online shop which were printed on demand by teespring. Unfortunately, even though I ordered both T-shirts in a size M, they varied in size and overall were a bad fit for me. For some reason the distance from shoulder to shoulder was less than the measurement from underarm to underarm which they provide online.
Additionally, one of the T-shirts didn't even remotely resemble the colour it was depicted as online. The mug arrived later (I had to pay 13€ for shipping as they apparently were not able to ship the whole order in one box...) and the print quality was not good at all, especially when it comes to finer lines and lettering.
Of course I contacted customer support and was required to provide photos of my products as evidence, however in their answer it was merely stated that the correct colour had been delivered and that a variety of brands is used to ensure availability. I think this was supposed to somehow explain the differences in size and colour. Even though I remained friendly throughout the entire conversation, I was denied a replacement or a refund. Not even for a single item.
I feel like other potential costumers should really think it through before placing an order. If you order the wrong size (and measurements on the website weren't entirely accurate in my case) or aren't happy with the colour or print quality, there is a good chance you will not see your money back - and prices are pretty steep as is in my opinion. I paid over 100€ for some T-shirts I cannot wear and a mug I don't really enjoy looking at...

After teesprings reaction to my review, I reached out to them once again. They offered to refund or replace the items I was not satisfied with and said that I could even keep the original order. This is the customer experience I had originally hoped for and I am happy that everything is finally resolved. The only drop of bitterness remaining is that it took several emails and this review to get to this point...
