I ordered a shirt for an event 3 weeks before the scheduled event. Its been 23 days since I placed my order and it is still "processing". I have emailed several times to ask for a refund or to find out when, if ever, my item will ship. Same generic response every time, which gives no actual answers. I have asked for a refund. No answer. I will be filling a claim with my card as a fradulent charge shortly. Avoid at all costs!
