Ordered 7 shirts, got charged right away, then after many many emails was told three weren't going to be made because of copyright? Issues. Was finally credited for these three shirts. I received three shirts, they were just fine. However I'm still waiting on one which says it's been printing for two weeks. Never ordered this many from this company, but I won't again. Not happy or satisfied, and still waiting on one item.
Though the brands sold may be good, the T-shirts that are sold must be seconds; they are not good quality and are not soft like a good t-shirt! Very disappointed!

$100 for four shirts with deformed collars. One of that has the back of the collar folding under. All of them have seams in the collar where there shouldn't be any. About 2-3" from the seams that run across the top of the shoulders on either side there's one that's just hanging out. If there were two it would make since. Three shirts have it on the same side and the forth on the opposite side. If you were above me looking down at the top of my head the seam would be at the 5 o'clock or 7 o'clock position. The fact that the shirts didn't all come from the same country means this is either an intended flaw or a manufacturer screwed up a batch of their product and sold them super cheap to whoever could use them.

I ordered a shirt from TeeSpring and when it arrived, the sizing ran large. I emailed their customer service and requested returning the large shirt for a smaller size - I was told since each shirt is custom printed they do not have excess shirts readily available so I cannot return it, however, they offered to reprint and ship me a new size entirely FREE!
I thought this was very generous, especially becuase I was the one at fault for ordering the wrong size. Customer service responded to my email within the half hour and in the next few days my shirt was printed and shipped off to me!
I would order again - now I can use the large shirt as a sleep shirt. Very soft material and quality service. Thank you!
On this particular issue, I ordered two t shirts and paid extra for expedited shipping. Today, September 6th was the last day of shipping within the requested fast track window. I proceeded to track the package only to find on the partner shipping agency site that TeeSpring failed to include the full mailing address. This resulted in both DHL and USPS reclassifying the purchase as undeliverable. To add to my frustrations TeeSpring doesnt have a direct customer service line the only line of resolution is via email if you encounter an issue. Once you email them it takes 24 hours for a reply of any kind. Making it clear that TeeSpring doesn't offer a fast resolution(s) to their customers and as a result, TEESPRING has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS. I wanted to give the company a second chance but this is a super inconvenience and for the price, TeeSpring seems to be a hassle company that I will/would avoid in the future.

Teespring has a really unique offering as it sells designs which are sent in from people all over the world. Each "campaign" only runs for so long before being discontinued, so you want to get what you like while it's there. There's a little bit of everything to choose from and the products themselves are good quality. It is a little expensive at around $20 for a tank top, but the designs are awesome and I've always found it to be worth the money.
When I placed the order, there was no way of knowing when would I receive the order until I got the confirmation email (AKA after I had paid). Because I was traveling at the time, i had to cancel, canceled which would have been nice except that the dashboard would not show the complete order, just part of it. TeeSpring started printing the leftover, even though I had canceled the order. After interacting TWICE with their customer experience service, the only solution that they gave me was to mark it as "Return to sender whenever I could". They could do essentially EVERYTHING to the order except not send it. Horrible user experience, horrible buyer experience, and horrible customer service. I will never buy on TeeSpring.

For the high price paid for a "flowy tank", I was disappointed by the thinness of the fabric and the quality of stitching. While it was soft and fit as expected, there were already loose threads around the neck stitching when I received it from the mail.

I actually just re-ordered a "Paratrooper" t-shirt that I bought last year. I really got good wear but I wanted to be prepared with the same design in case they stop printing it. I would say that the true sign of quality product is for the customer to repeat their business. I have now ordered 5 shirts from TeeSpring and am perfectly satisfied
I love my boys wil be boys shirt even though I did order the wrong size but I feel like even the XS may have been to big judging by the size of my flowy tank. The printing quality was okay on the first one but when i got my sports shirt I was disappointed the shirt felt really thin and cheep and like it will get holes easy and the printing feels like it wasn't thick enough and like it will peel after 2 or three washes. Same with delivery I got the first one a day before my quote time and the second one yesterday which was right in the eta window I have one more that needs to be delivered but it should get here in no time.
I was excited to revive my order today. However upon opening it it was completely incorrect and in my opinion borderline inappropriate. I was expecting a sticker that would honor the service and show support of law enforcement. I received what appears to be either a transformer or reaper coming from hell. WTF
