Good day, I'm writing this review based on my first time dealing with Teespring. I order a t-shirt to help support a YouTube channel I follow closely. Teespring website is very user friendly. So I place my order got my order confirmation with my tracking info. But during shipping the package got shipped to the wrong country as per the Courier companies tracking site. So I reach out to customer service department at Teesprings and sent a copy of the info from the couriers site. They ask if me to wait about an extra two weeks to see if it my package would arrive to. So I wait as I was asked. After waiting the extra time no package arrived, so I recontacted the customer service agent that I was dealing with and he very professional and courteous. He process a replacement order right away to be printed on the next campaign for their customer. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a supplier. They have a great customer service department and they have a great turnaround on getting order printed and shipped out. This is not a paid review, it is truly based on my personal experience with dealing with Teespring.
Design appeared as on front, is actually printed on the back. Not at all as presented or expected. The entire front of the shirt was blank, what am I suppose to do, where it backwards?
Used size calculator that they tell you which size to buy. Its at least 2 sizes too big. Emailed to for return/refund but no response from them.

Of course they use garbage material that fits like kid sizes that I'm sure they had imported from China for less than 2 cents each. Charging $22 + Shipping for shirts that are on other websites for $16 and FREE Shipping!

So far 8 emails to teespring trying to get my money back. Each response was lengthy, formulaic, and useless. The last one says to wait 60 to 90 days while they "resolve". So I am out a little over $33 and all I wanted to do is support my friend by buying one of his artwork t-shirts. What a humongous hassle!

I have ordered several shirts in the past. They are of great quality and comfortable to wear. The last one I ordered I received a different shirt in my order. Within a couple days and a few emails my problem was solved and the shirt I ordered was being reshipped free of charge without hesitation. I just received my first order with TeeSpring and I am pleased with the weight of the shirt and the printing. I wish I knew beforehand that the size of the shirts were "acurate". Because the prices were so good I tended not to trust the size and thought to expect shrinkage as well, so I order my shirt 2 sizes larger. I definitely didn't need to do that.
The color and graphics were great. Unfortunetly, they run small and the sleeve are pinned down in the underarm area restricting arm movement. I guess I can look at it.

I'm very pleased with the print, the colour & the fit of my T-shirt.

We love the shirts and other items we have purchased from Teespring, they have good products, fast service and great prices.
The Missus and I patiently waited while the shirt & sweatshirt we've wanted came back into print, and we got them quickly and of great quality. As well as our coffee mugs. We will definitely be regular customers of TeeSpring. Thanks again from some very happy customers.
Selection, ordering process, price, product quality the everything is basically completely appropriate. But my main problem is the shipping. Why do the deliveries always stay in the transit department of DHL in Frankfurt for weeks? Are the shipping papers so poorly printed? I do not understand that. There are certainly dozens of t-shirts shipped to Europe / Germany. It should be possible to make a problem-free shipping possible.
In the penultimate order, the original T shirt was lost at DHL. I have easily got a replacement tshirt. Thanks again, to the Suppport department of Teespring. With my current order, the package is now again more than a week in Frankfurt. I'm curious how it goes.

It has been 2 months, and I am still trying to get my money back. I ordered 4 T-shirts, same design, different sizes. Of the 4,3 had problems with the printing [off-horizontal, off center]. The quality of the shirt itself was flimsy--I would never have purchased it if I had seen it in a store.
I explained the problem to "customer service." It took many emails before I could even get the address to which to send the shirts back, and I still haven't gotten a refund. Now I have to provide documentation to my credit card company. It has cost me over $20 so far, just to see the shirts, and hours of frustration.

I placed an order on Jun 27 and was told my estimated delivery time was no later than Jul 3 because I paid for expedited shipping. It's August 3 and I still haven't received anything. Checked my order status and it said it shipped- where did you send it to?

While I wish I could say we had a good experience with Teespring, the quality of their printing is hit and miss. Received two shipments for one order. One arrived correctly and looked great while the other larger portion of our order was sub-par quality. The logo was barely printed on the shirts so you can see the shirt through the logo. Contacted customer service and the only thing they would do is a 25% discount and if we want to order again we can get a discount on our next order. Their website says they guarantee satisfaction and quality but this is not the case. We will not be ordering from Teespring again. The shirts were for our PTA and we do not have unlimited funds to keep reprinting shirts hoping we get the product we want. Very disappointing that the quality and customer service was so bad.

I have order from this company many times. Only once did I have an issue on a printing scale. I contacted the company told thrm what was the issue, sent pictures and they fixed it right away by replacing the item. The correspondence with them was very quick and sincere. I will continue to order from Teespring in the future.
Got my shirt a day early with free shipping; the print is fantastic and high quality. I got the Bella slouchy teen in a medium which is great except for the neckline; I'll probably have to sew it myself. However, the rest of the shirt is fantastic quality. Excited to wear it!
