Ordered a backpack back in the middle of September. I never received it. Tracking showed shipped to DHL e-commerece center. Stayed that way until after the expected arrival date. No show. I email customer service for a refund. They said they would reprint the order and reship. Saw another tracking email... SAME EXACT THING. Shows enroute to DHL e-commerce center. Today is the expected day. STILL NOTHING. Will be asking for refund again. Lets see what they say.
I placed an order on 10/18/17, the next day (Not even 24 hours) I realized that I needed to change something on my order. I am directed to a "customer service" page that allows you to upload designs and request changes or cancellations. I am then emailed hours later only to be told that my order has been sent to production (mind you I am told I wont receive my order until Nov 2 17). I am told that I cannot change my order and that a refund cannot be issued until I receive the order, (A refund at this point, is not even guaranteed). I don't even want the shirts, I am prepared to take my money and my designs somewhere else. My thing is, why even have a customer support page if you cant offer support. Even If the shirts are "direct designed", its still a service from a consumer, and if the customer is not happy, then the company should be willing to all things necessary to help the customer! Teespring needs to work on their policies and customer support. I will NEVER buy from them again, and I will advise everyone I know to not shop there!

Where was I... Oh: The "Nano" line of Hanes tshirts are certainly that, and I was expecting a much sturdier shirt - like the Hanes "Beefy-T" line, or something close. These shirts smack of 1970s t- shirt quality and sheerness, and probably wont make it past next Spring before sprouting holes at the armpit seams. Furthermore, after their first wash (as I, habitually, do BEFORE wearing any new clothing), these shirts now look sullen and faded, not vibrant and crisp like a new garment should (... Yes, even t-shirts!) - dramatically so. They are NOT congruous with the vendor 's (who uses teespring) topic of business, nor his HIGH quality in presentation thereof: motorcycles, and riding them. And, I hope that he, simply, does not know this about products going out "with his name on them", so to speak, as opposed to knowing that "his" product is tragically inferior, and is turning a blind eye (because, it's an MC RIDER product to the world, at the end of the day).
But even WORSE...
PRINT
The printing job on these shirts is criminal - truly. Not only is colorfastness deplorable (as per above AND the print), but consistency in print quality and color is nil. On one shirt, the MC RIDER logo on the back is ALMOST vibrant, with the ink layer thick enough and durable enough to match industry custom, these days; on the other shirts are three variations going from bad to worse, in the condition of the same logo in question: On the black shirt, the graphic is ALREADY broken up with vertical lines, as if it's been worn/washed for the last 10 years. Across all three shirt's backs, and the front printing, you wont find any consistency in the hues nor the color fill of the graphics/letters.
In a line - It's total crap! And, the only thing surpassing this is the drag of sending it all back - something that I just don't want to be bothered with, for 1) the hassle, and 2) to what end - to get just as sh***y replacements - AND I've, now, washed them!
So, caveat emptor, folks...

I got a I love my Grandkids to the Moon and Back T shirt and Hoodie - they are fantastic- I love them both and so do my Grandchildren! I have also had many people comment on how great they are when I am wearing either of them! What a wonderful way of being able to show the world how much my Grandkids mean to me!
The shirt in the picture was the same colors as I ordered, the print is not legible at all. Waste of 30 bucks. 10/10 paid 30 bucks for garbage.

For the same price, it's better than great. The delivery was smooth and fast. The ordering process is straightforward and the offering is plentiful. I designed my own and the product has exceeded my expectation. I'd highly recommend you to check it out!
I had a problem where two shirts I ordered never made it to my mail box. I contacted Teespring as well as my local US Post Office as well as the US Post Office complaint line. The Post Office contacts were worthless.
I contacted Teespring with the information from the Post Office and the young lady I was in contact solve the problem by replacing both shirts. You dont find many companies like Teespring who believe in customer care.
So many of us hurting from Las Vegas sadness. Teespring and Vegas Strong tee-shirts, answered my question right away and weren't matter of fact. Robert displayed such understanding and Kindness! Thank you Robert!
The site is easy to navigate through, but when you say you have 10% or more off on a purchase I dont see much of the difference. The shipping cost pretty much just took over my percentage off. Its expensive to order from this site. Yea the designs are cool and I have ordered plenty of shirts and even a phone case. But I have found other funny designs elsewhere that are much less $ and for free shipping. Something that this site might want to consider.
Love the concept but would be better if Union Made shirts were offered. We should support USA union workers.

*Update - In reply to Teespring's reply, My product was NOT delayed in transit. Last night I was told by Teespring, "there was a production delay from the campaign you ordered from". This news comes 10 days AFTER I was to have received my product. Poor form, Teespring. (16 Sep 12:43The campaign has ended and your order is now being printed!)

It's been over a week since the promised date of delivery and I've heard no news about the delivery whatsoever. I spent quite a lot on a jacket and all I got was disappointment.

I placed my order the end of July, paid them, the beginning of September I contacted them and told them I had not received my order they told me I didn't have an order... I sent them copies of my receipt and they said they had no record of my order but would fill it any way... a month later my order showed up VERY POOR QUALITY. I asked for my money back they denied it. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS!

Until now I ordered 3 t-shirts from Ozzy Man and a Breaking Bad one. The quality is pretty good, arrived a few days faster than expected.
I chatted with a person online and was told I could position the lettering and design above it any way I wanted. What she didn't tell me was that the top of the design would be cut off! This shirt was a lower neckline and I wanted the design to sit right below the neckline on my chest. It was ruined because they cut off the top of the design. The material is too thin and was much smaller than the roomy look on the model. I even ordered a size larger to make sure it was roomy enough but it was not. I would have to go up two sizes and It still would not look like it did on the model. Very disappointed. Hoping I can stretch it while damp and hang on a rack to dry.
