I ordered a cell phone cover for my iPhone 8 with a custom logo painted on the back. The turn around time was much quicker than expected. The artwork was really exceptional! The problem was I inadvertently ordered for an iPhone 8 Plus, which is much larger than my regular iPhone 8. Needless to say the case which I ordered did not fit my iPhone. Totally, my fault! I reached out to TeePublic Customer Service and explained what I did. Melody from C/S was extremely understanding and helpful, she immediately ordered me a replacement case, with custom art work at NO charge to me! I was shocked! But it gets better, Melody explained that as a courtesy to me, I would not have to return the original case that I incorrectly ordered! All I can say is WOW! In my 70 years I have never experienced such over the top customer service! Thank you TeePublic and thank you Melody!

I had only a shirt size issue with them, their exchange policy had me email them, they responded IMMEDIATELY and took care of it, no questions asked! And was super friendly and professional in their responses.
I am GLAD to write this super positive review for them, they deserve it!
They often have sales, so take advantage when you see them!

I had an issue with the shirt size. For example the women's 2XL was not as big I expected. I was sad cause this shirts quality are awesome. Contacted CS via email, and I was able to get my shirt replaced. I will keep ordering from TeePublic only from now on! Love them.
I could tell right away that my shipment was hung up but was told several times I had to wait the full 10 delivery days. Of course, 10 days later, no shipment and not enough time to re-order/receive the items in time. I wouldn't advise ordering from this site unless you have months to wait, and for sure wouldn't count on them for gift unless you have a solid plan B for when your items don't arrive.
I've worn XL for as long as I've been buying clothes, so I was surprised when my TeePublic order showed up and fit small enough that I couldn't wear them.
I wrote to their customer service to ask about an exchange for the next size up, and their answer was "don't worry about it, we're shipping your whole order in the next size up, for free. Please donate anything you won't wear to a local charity".

I got an email from Teepublic to showcase my fanart. I was skeptical at first when I saw the reviews from designers. But I took a chance since I want to know about passive income experience. My store got approved within a day and searchable. They replied fast when I ask something and gave me some tips. And I even got featured once.
If you have some questions, I recommend to email directly to them (such via Gmail, etc).
I have always loved the products from Teepublic. The variety is amazing, and I love supporting artists. Yesterday an order of t-shirts were stolen from my mailbox. I sent an email, and the Teepublic customer service team responded quickly and resent the order. It was a stressful situation they made much easier!
This company is very quick to respond to emails. I had issues with the items being small for the sizes ordered. They were quick to resolve the issue with the people I gifted them to! I will be ordering all my shirts in the furrier with this company!
Ordered an item on 01/10/18, by 01/20/18 it had not arrived (no movement on tracking). Customer service reconfirmed my address on 01/22/18 and supposedly reshipped the item. Again, by 01/30/18 it had not arrived (again, no movement on the tracking). I reached out to customer service and requested a refund. The reason they gave me for it not arriving was that the postal service must have had some issue, which is total BS. Why do I never have issues with Amazon deliveries then? Their individual seller simply did not ship the item, only selected that they had through the website and they did not address this issue at all.
I will never order from TeePublic again and would advise you to avoid them as well.
I used the size chart. I usually wear an xl comfortably. So I ordered a 2xl. It might fit a 5 year old. I can't exchange because they don't make them larger. I was told I could use a men's T-shirt or try a curvy size but those don't come in the same colors or design. So I'm hosed. I feel fat shamed. Not realistic sizing.
I am really happy with the service. I have bought a few t-shirts, and they have always arrived on time. What's even better is the wide range of designs available!
But there is something which, in my opinion, is really bad, and at the same time one of the most important things to be considered when buying a customized t-shirt, the printing quality. After a few weeks or months, most of my t-shirts' graphics start to decay. One of them had a text that is no longer readable. This is why I wouldn't recommend this website. If not for this, it would be perfect.
I ordered a T-shirt in the size I thought would be correct, however when I received it it was much smaller. So I contacted the company to do a return and exchange. The company responded immediately saying they were sending the new size I requested and that there was no need to return the original shirt. Super easy, and no hassle with this company! I love the shirt I purchased as well.
Great options to support an indie artist I was looking for. The order process was smooth and the communication from order to delivery with tracking was excellent. Best experience I've had ordering a T-shirt online.
One of my tee shirts was too small. I emailed to ask how to exchange saying I need xlarge. Within a few hours I got response saying my request was filled and shipped AND to keep the smaller one for gift or whatever. Customer service doesn't get any better! Great quality too. Will definitely buy in future. My original order arrived within a week of ordering!

I recently ordered a T-shirt as a gift for my husband and I ordered it too large. They were so great in exchanging the shirt. I emailed, they responded the next day and I have a new shirt on the way. So great to work with good humans! I will definitely be ordering more!
I initially purchased the Ugly Pac-Man hoodie as a gift, and when it arrived I found it was perhaps a bit small for a medium. I reached out to initiate an exchange of size and received a response within minutes! Not only that, but Patricia told me to keep the one I'd already received and suggested that I donate it. I thought that was very kind and am impressed with the customer service. Thank you very much! The hoodie is very cute (not ugly) too, and the fleece on the inside is so soft. Good quality!
I ordered approximately 150.00 worth of merchandise, and never received the package. I contacted CS, they shipped a replacement package and it arrived several days later. Today a torn packaged arrived in the mail from the first order. I didn't want to keep it and not have paid for it. I contacted CS and told them that it arrived and I didn't want to be charged again. They told me to just keep the package. It was not there fault on shipping it was post office, but this company made it right all the way around. I will continue to do my business with them. What amazing people, and very helpful and polite.

So I had ordered 2 shirts from TeePublic and was having trouble processing my payment. I reached out for some help and was contacted back SO quickly. They even checked back after I had received my order to make sure it was everything that I was hoping for. Great people working for the company, we will definately order from them again. Plus, the shirts we got were great!
Do not order from this site if you are wanting your order anytime within a week or two. If you don't care when it arrives then aim sure you eventually will get your shirt. They take way too long to communicate and even if you wanted to pay expedited shipping you can't. Appears there are a Blbunch of people sipping Starbucks and get to emails whenever they can.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
