I ordered several t-shirts for a friend in Pittsburgh (I live
in Michigan). In 2019 I could not visit, to deliver gifts in person. At the last minute, I found two more cute shirts for my friend. I ordered quickly hoping they would get there in time for Christmas. I got an e-mail stating the package was "undeliverable". When I looked at the details and noticed the computer had auto-filled the wrong state in my friend's address, I had not noticed this when I ordered. When I communicated with the customer service rep. They fixed the address, and speedily shipped the shirts to my friend. They were the hit of her workplace, advocating Social Distancing by the Grinch. She works at a Children's hospital lab and worked on Christmas Day, it made their day. THANKS!
I've dealt with many online vendors but I have never experienced the level of promptness & willingness to resolve an issue, than I have when dealing with TeePublic. I've had the occasion to e-mail them twice and both times have received a response within 10 minutes from an actual human, not an automated system. Both of my issues involved a third party shipper, not TeePublic itself yet they still refunded my shipping costs. They are simply an outstanding e-tailer & I can recommend them wholeheartedly.
Let me just say that I am already a satisfied customer. I have purchased Tees from TeePublic in the past and had every intention of doing so in the future. Happened to see a shirt that I knew one of my grandchildren would love but with limited knowledge of female sizes I asked the females in the family what size? They were wrong. Contacted the company via email to make a size exchange. Immediately received notification that the size I requested was on the way and keep the smaller shirt to give to share the happiness. A stand up company with a great selection and reasonable prices. I'm all in!
I ordered a t-shirt from this company. The size of the shirt did not work out for us. I followed the instructions to exchange the shirt for a different size. Much to my surprise (and delight), I received a reply within minutes of emailing TeePublic. Not only did TeePublic address my concern regarding the size, but they also stated that they would send me a new shirt in the new size that I requested at no additional cost to me. Then they told me that I may keep the original shirt and re-purpose it or donate it to a worthy charity. Wow! That's better than Amazon. Additionally, I received multiple follow-up emails from TeePublic to ensure that I was satisfied with their service. Needless to say, I am very satisfied. The quality of the shirt, the uber-friendly and courteous customer service and the expedited service all adds up to a FIVE STAR service experience. Thank you to Brandon, Nick and Ingrid. You folks are awesome. I look forward to making future purchases from TeePublic and referring my family and friends as well.

I bought a T shirt that was too small and wished to return it. Instead I was told that I could keep the original and they would send another shirt as well. My emails were also answered immediately and they even provided a name.
I bought an avatar shirt from teepublic, and when it came I was a little disappointed by the quality of text. So I emailed the customer service representative and they emailed back almost immediately. They then sent me a new shirt without the flaws. I definitely will order from them again.
I randomly learned of TeePublic last year and am so glad that I did. I appreciate their support of independent artists and they provide quality products (particularly their expansion to double-pleaded face masks post-COVID) to display that art. I've ordered from them several times without issue, and when my latest order was lost in transit by USPS, their quickly-responsive customer service team re-shipped it to me free of charge, a pleasant surprise which I was not expecting. Nothing but high praise for TeePublic and their team.
I am Mrs Sumankaran UK customer ordered a t shirt for my son, not fitted so I mailed them to for an exchange. Without any questions they said they will send a new one and no need to return the original one, told me to give it to somebody or donate that to someone

I've had to email republic customer care about a couple of miner issues- all shipping relating. First time was just before Christmas, Dec 24 so I expected not to get a response for at least a couple of days. They emailed me back on Dec. 26th stating they had fixed my error and let me know I can reach out if I had any other issues or questions.
The next issue was I was having trouble with the tracking as every time o tried to track it it would tell me a different eta but the shipping from location hadn't changed. So after about 3 days past original arrival date I contacted the customer care service again and they instructed me to wait at least 10 more days as sometimes the shipping can take a while. And if I didn't get it within those 10 days I should contact them again. Lo and behold the next day I got the package!
I was really pleased with how teepublic customer care reps handled my situation and how prompt they were with their emails!
I recently bought a t-shirt as a gift for my girlfriend. It looks great and is very comfortable but unfortunately didn't fit quite right. The guys at TeePublic responded to our return request immediately and within hours a new t-shirt was on the way. Thank you for the great customer service!
All i can say is i have never had quicker, more courteous and effective customer service than I did with TeePublic. The people are what sets them apart. Hhigly recommended.
I don't think I've ever encountered such good customer service. I ordered a t-shirt as a Christmas present, but it didn't arrive on time, as promised (however, I believe this wasn't their fault and had more to do with enormous quantities of stuff being ordered online, and subsequently being delivered, due to Covid restrictions/fears limiting the amount of high street shopping people were doing before Christmas). I emailed TeePublic and they apologised and said they'd send another asap - no quibbles. It arrived within days! A week or so later, I received the original one, too! However, by this point, I'd discovered that I'd ordered the wrong size. So I emailed again, asking if I could send the t-shirts back and get an exchange for another size. TeePublic said no problem, what size do you want? And then told me I needn't send back the other two t-shirts! So I basically got 3 for the price of one, as well as a lot of kind and efficient replies to my emails. I'll definitely use this company again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.
Best service ever. There was a mixup in my orders and two extra T-shirts were delivered. I asked T public how the extra delivery could be returned with no charge. They told me to just keep all of the T-shirts and they refunded the money I paid for the first order. Unbelievable!
I ordered a bunch of t shirts and stickers for Christmas presents. They were good quality fabric, not the thin shabby stuff I have seen elsewhere. The decals all held up well for washing so far, my youngest has worn his a lot since Christmas. I did have one where the seem popped. I got a super fast response and new shirt shipped out ASAP. I could not be happier with these transactions. I am glad to be supporting small business people as well.

Just found this site before the holidays, I'm truly loving the selection, prices and support. They stand behind what they sell, and if it's not on time, they apologize, even when I didn't complain. I've only ordered T shirts so far and they run small, so their suggestion to order larger is wise. Probably 2 sizes larger is better. Not sure if that is all artists and items or just T shirts. All I can say is they make it right! In today's world of impersonal internet, speedy service is rare! 5 stars for sure! Debbie Calverley
Ordered three dope T's from them and one of them had a defect. I submitted the contact form and added photos like they asked. Jumped in the shower. By the time I was out of the shower, a new order had been placed for a replacement at no charge! 5 stars!
I ordered a series of classic Hollywood icons on various colored t-shirts. All the t-shirts were quite stunning and exactly what was represented online. They are beautiful images reproduced on t-shirts with high quality. I am so pleased with my order!
My order got lost over the Christmas period. It was not TeePublic fault, but that of the postal services. Tho TeePublic took full responsibility and dispatched another order without delay, after being notified of the non-delivery. Thanks for the GRAND service. I will use TeePublic again and again! Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
