After 3 days my shirt was shipped to a sorting facility in sacramento. 70 miles away. Now 27 days after check was cashed. Ups has it in Connecticut 3000 miles away. According to "the tracker" ups doesnt have anymore. Was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago. Now its at the postal facility. I just cant keep up with this package...
I ordered several shirts from TeePublic.com for Christmas gifts. My initial order returned me to the main page and showed that the order was not placed, so I continued to shop and then placed the order again (a larger order this time). Later, I actually received both orders! I contacted TeePublic.com expecting them to say I would have to eat the first order, but after e-mailing them, I was contacted back within 60 seconds to say I would be getting a full-refund for the first order! Amazing customer service-wow! I love my second order and the shirts are SO SOFT with great graphics. These will be wonderful gifts. I will definitely come back.
This shopping experience was great. The shirt is good quality and is the size that I ordered, the art is terrific and the print is well done, and it arrived in Toronto Canada in mere days! I'm a very happy customer.
I was driving home one day and noticed this beautiful house with a beautiful banner displayed in the front. It was a "In this house, we believe in..." banner. I loved it so much, I stopped and knocked on the door and asked where they got it. Of course they said "teepublic.com"
So I rushed home and checked out the website. They have tons of products with messages to match your preferences! I purchased the banner and it already shipped! I was able to email with customer service as well about my order and they were absolutely amazing to work with! I will most definitely be revisiting teepublic.com! Through them, the world will hear me loud and clear where I stand with my beliefs, and without attacking others with my beliefs!

I literally received the shirt the same day I ordered it without using expedited shipping. It was the wrong color and when I contacted customer service they quickly sent me a shirt in the correct color and said I can keep the other one. I wish more companies treated their customers like this.

From the moment I placed the order, customer service has been amazing! I read some reviews and saw a few that said the shirts run small so I ordered a size larger. Please note that they are true to size and they were too big! I set up an exchange and they sent me the right size and allowed me to keep the larger size and encouraged me to keep, reuse or donate! I ordered two tee shirts and when I got the confirmation email I noticed one shirt was the wrong size. It was a Saturday night so I was worried about getting this resolved. I sent an email explaining my mistake and within hours it was fixed! On a weekend! Wonderful communication and customer service! TeePublic is THE place for cool tee shirts!
No good way to contact them. 48 hour wait for them to respond to email, then another 48 hours + and have not had any response yet. Tried the chat didn't work. They make a mistake on the order and then such a waist of time, the order could have arrived for christmas if they had phone service!
In the past I have purchased a few items from this site and although they have some very interesting designs I will not be back. I am tired of clicking on something I am interested in, such as a face mask showing $8.00 as a price, then clicking on it to order and finding the price is in fact $15.00.
The Price, Quality, and Customer Service was simply perfection. I ordered shirts that were to big and TeePublic graciously started an order with no problems. I can't wait to get my new ones! The original ones I received. I absolutely loved!
I ordered a t-shirt that was completely different from the one shown on the website when I opened the bag it came in i was so hurt i never took it out the bag it was so poor quality. And customer service wont say yes or no to a refund. A real bait and switch now i have to fight for a refund!
I was totally impressed with TeePublic and their handling of my order! I accidentally ordered the wrong sweatshirt and they sent me the right one at no extra cost to me! I will happily wear both items and sing their praises!
I love my TeePublic t-shirt. Especially since it's an artist designed item. My daughter in law is an artist! But it ran small & I reached out for an exchange. With in the hour my exchange was completed. I even get to donate the tee that didn't fit. Win-Win!
Let me start off by saying they messed up my order. Sent one shirt in the wrong color and another one I didn't even order. The silver lining of this is that the customer service was outstanding! I sent them a email and they responded within a day and corrected the order! I didn't have to send anything back or even deal with waiting on a refund! They told me to keep the wrong shirt and they sent me the missing shirt for free!
I ordered a face mask for a 70th birthday. The mask I ordered was supposed to say "Vintage 1950, The man, the myth, the Legend." The face mask I received has a picture of a car on it with the "Drifter" How is that a 70th birthday gift. I am currently fighting with Tee Public to make good on my order. Please do not support this site. A total waste of your time and money. It is too bad because supposedly they support local artists.

I ordered several specialty face masks from TeePublic, each having different themes to give as presents for my child's teachers. The order came in rather promptly (within 2 weeks of order). When i opened up the shipment, 5 of the 7 masks were correct but 2 of them were not the masks that I ordered. I was worried that this would be a problem and a hassle trying to get the correct masks to be sent to me. However, I immediately sent an email to the company's customer service, for which they responded within a couple of hours that they had received my issue and would make it right. THe very next day I received notification that they had shipped out the correct masks and I received these within a couple of days. I appreciated the great customer service, quick response time and I will definitely order again from TeePublic! Also, the masks turned out really good as far as appearance and quality.
My college-age granddaughter was wearing a Keep on Truckin' shirt. I wanted to show her the ones we wore in the late 60's. I found exactly what I was looking for on TeePublic. She loves it, but it's a bit small... my mistake. I requested an exchange. Imagine my surprise when I received an email from TeePublic saying that the larger shirt was on the way... no charge, and I could keep the smaller shirt and donate it. Great shirt, great service!
Let me start by saying I am a longtime customer of TeePublic. I recently bought 3 shirts that were supposed to be "Tri-blend extra soft" for $22 each. While I loved the graphics of the shirts, the fit and feel of the shirts were extremely poor. The shirt was paper thin and the neck was huge. When I reached out to customer service via feedback and customer portal, I got nothing. Extremely unlikely I use this website again, despite the awesome designs.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
