Блокируют аккаунты. Отправляла им дизайны, аккаунты сразу блокируют из-за каких-то нарушений! Дизайны мои собственные. Всё рисовала сама! Писала в службу поддержки, но ответа не получила.
Другие аналогичные сайты никогда меня не блокировали.

I created the designs myself. Didn't borrow anything from anyone. I contacted the support service, but did not receive an answer. Sadness.
Other PODs - never blocked me.
My teen bought a tee-shirt for both grandfathers. Both items were custom made to order. She was highly satisfied, they both came at the predetermined time with updates. The quality of the product was high, very soft yet stretchy. You guys made her gift possible, thanks!
Quality fine, speed of delivery fine, sizing way off, ordered medium youth which states generally fits a U. S 13 year old, way too small for a U. K 8 year old, also paid shipping on the order but once it was delivered to the U. K I had to pay an extra £16 to collect from the post office, wont use again, very disappointed

We ordered 3 sweatshirts from TeePublic. Two were great, but the transfer print on one of them seemed a bit faded. I wrote to Customer Service and got a response email from Caroline within just a few hours. She offered to send a replacement sweatshirt (we got it in 2 days) and told us we didn't have to return the first one - she suggested we use it or donate it, which we did. Now my husband has a new sweatshirt, and a homeless veteran will have one, too. Thank you, TeePublic. We will definitely be buying from you again.
I ordered few shirts and one of them happened to have a hole near the seam. I contacted the customer service and they sent me new shirt for free. I really appreciate the fast replies and the staff is super friendly! I will continue ordering shirts from TeePublic <3
I had an account to sell designs on tee public for almost ten years and had very few warnings or issues with thousands of products. Suddenly out of the blue they closed my account with no warning and refused to answer any of my emails afterwards. They also did not pay me for my last month of sales (over 100 dollars). I used to enjoy and appreciate selling designs there but now I think they are corrupt for stealing my last pay check and extremely unprofessional in refusing to even respond to emails or give any kind of explanation.
Trash company. They sold items with my designs on them. And never paid me. Their legal team blocked my emails, and the shady crap doesn't stop there, they don't accept customer service phone calls. Ive contacted my lawyers but it'll cost more than they owe me.
Even with all of the complications caused by USPS delays, their team responded quickly and sent a replacement! I have been ordering from them for many years and will continue to order in the future! Thank you to the Tee Public team!
After my son received a shirt that was too small as a gift, I emailed TeePublic to inquire about an exchange. Not only were they super fast to respond and sent a larger shirt ASAP, they did not even require me to send the first shirt back. They suggested I pass it to another child or donate it to someone who needs clothes. What a wonderful mantra! Will recommend this company to everyone I know.
My first time ordering from TeePublic and would definitely order from them again. I made a mistake on my address to where to send, emailed and got an immediate response and then a confirmation that it had been corrected. Also felt I was dealing with a real person. Please support if you can.
TeePublic gave me GREAT customer service! I easily found my iconic t-shirt on their website and received an email when it was ordered, shipped and delivered, which I consider the hallmark of a great online shopping experience. I realized I needed another size and used the exchange tab in their delivery email to ask about sizes. Within minutes, I received a personal reply from TeePublic that answered my question. I asked for an exchange to a different size and again, within minutes I received a personal reply that said my new item was being shipped and to keep, donate or reuse the original shirt. I can't say enough good things about TeePublic!
I ordered a tee-shirt and was sent the wrong size. Upon contacting Custom Service, then immediately send me the right size and said "no need to return the smaller shirt". They absolutely ROCK. Best custom service I've ever experienced. They have a wonderful website and incredible inventory. Highly recommend TeePublic and will definitely order from them again. 5 Stars.
I ordered 2 stenciled T's and by mistake ordered one in the wrong size. I contacted TeePublic and they not only got back to me in minutes of sending my email they're replacing the T and told me no need to return the initial T. They said to donate it or just pay it forward! How cool is that? I've never been more impressed with a company as I am with this one! Many thanks and kudos!
I'm extremely pleased with TeePublic! T-shirts arrived within days of my order and they look great! I needed a larger size and emailed TeePublic. They responded quickly and processed an exchange for me & I don't have to ship back the originals that were too small. They are a pleasure to work with and responsiveness is terrific! I recently ordered a shirt for my mom. I ordered a large, it looked more like a small. Once my package was scheduled to arrive I got an email from them asking if it's exactly what I wanted. I replied— not complaining as it was my fault for not checking the size chart - that I should have ordered a larger size. With no further questions they sent me a size chart, asked which size I need, and sent it out right away with no charge to me. They even suggested I donate the original one, I love this. Nothing but praise for this awesome company. I will be ordering many more items.
I had a small quality issue with two shirts, of my previous order. I contacted customer service, and inquired what could be done. The response was quick, and quick to the point. The two shirts were replaced, and the customer service team seemed happy to do it. They make you feel important, and take the time to make sure any and all issues are resolved, and that you are satisfied with your product. It's rare nowadays to find a company invested in their customers, and put them first. But, TeePublic does. I applaud them for that, and will not hesitate to buy from them again. A ton of other businesses should take note of how the customer is treated by TeePublic, they could really learn something. Well done.
I contacted TeePublic's customer service to try and exchange a shirt for a larger size. They emailed me the next day saying that I should keep the one I have and they would send me a new shirt, free of charge, with no shipping fee!
I was dumbfounded. What company cares enough to do this? It wasn't their fault that I ordered the wrong size. They just took pity on me and helped me out. Amazing. They essentially gave me the good cheer I needed to make me less of a Scrooge this holiday season. Thanks TeePublic!
I purchased a shirt as gift and didn't realize that they run small.
When I sent an email to exchange it. The person that help me got back to me one, two, three and was so super helpful. The entire experience was great!
So we got 4 shirt each for me and my wife and one came in a size too small and the others didn't fit as my wife was hoping. We contacted them and they answered right away and got right on the changes with no problems. And the shirts I got were great with awesome details and I'm glad they help artist to go what they want to do.
The quality of the shirt is nice but the shipping took almost two weeks after I paid extra money to have it ship in 6 days. How long does it take when you don't pay extra? In the world of two-day shipping, get it together.
When I contacted customer service, he didn't care and did not refund the extra money I spent when it was not delivered on time. So that will be my last order with them. Scam.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
