Too bad... seem like nice people with a great idea but just not in touch with how to produce and sell a quality product. If your purchase, be prepared to be dissatisfied. Here's one reason why:
The pictures of the products they display are not anything like their end product, then they give reasons like "We are a small company offering a marketplace for independent artists to sell their artwork. The artists who use our marketplace retain complete control over their artwork, which grants them the freedom to decide what to upload as well as the products offered for their designs including the colors."
Look at the picture... the shirt I ordered from their site is on the left. The one I got is on the right.
The T shirt prints advertised on their website are nowhere near the quality of what you will receive. What I received was akin to a bootleg/reject quality T shirt. Over print and clashing white border (That was not clear in the photos shown on the site). False advertising

I ordered two shirts. Shortly thereafter they sent an email saying that one of the shirts couldn't be made. They gave no reason for this and refunded only the shirt, not the shipping. As for the other shirt I haven't received it yet, nor do I have any hopes to see it ever. The only artists supported by this site are the scam artists that run it.

It was our second month uploading designs for TeePublic. Our designs are selling well. Our paycheck for the next billing is $200 and it should arrive in a week from now. And guess what? TeePublic removed our account without any explanation why! And we cannot get the credits for the designs that we sold. THIS WEBSITE IS TOTALLY A SCAM!
I ordered a sticker on the first of last month. The tracking information said that the tracking number was invalid. I ordered from Marietta OH, and the tracking information on the email they sent said my sticker was out for delivery in Columbus OH. I contacted customer support and they got back to me right away. I told them about my situation and they confirmed my address and reshipped my item. This shipment didn't take as long as the other but that same item also went Columbus, even after I confirmed my address!

I ordered 4 shirts for my sons birthday. I received one of the 4 shirts. I've emailed for days and the only response I've received is, sorry send a picture. I can not find a phone number to call and speak to anyone.

So I just ordered about $200 worth of sweatshirts from this website on 2/24 without doing an internet background check on them. I got an email on 2/27/20 stating that my shirts had shipped. When I clicked the tracking number, UPS said it wasn't a valid tracking number. That struck me as odd because any other tracking number I get from any other company never gave me that message before. I noticed the email had in small print 'it can take up to 48 hours for shipping information to be received' or something to that effect and that was, again, weird.
So now my spidey senses start tingling and I hit up good ol' Google and asked the know-it-all was Teepublic a legit website and I ended up here, in a sea of negative comments. I have not had a bad experience with them yet but based on the reviews, rough sailing ahead. I'm going to bummed if $200 went to waste.
I say all that to get to this point. I've been noticing a trend of websites ripping people the $#*! off. I almost gave Flight Club, which I always thought was a reputable company, $800 until I read the reviews. Would anybody be interested in starting a class-action lawsuit against Teepublic. I know there has to be a case to be had against them if enough people are willing to sign up for it. It pisses me off seeing all these negative reviews knowing I'm about to be in the same boat while some $#*! is getting rich off of it. $#*! that. Hit them where it hurts and make other companies take notice and think twice about cheating us.
Not sure if replies can be made to this but if you think class action is the way hit the 'helpful' button.
This company is a Bogus company I guessing. Ordered 10 days ago and order status is still showing order received. Yea took the money and respond only by email if you get a response. Just received a kids t-shirt. The shirt is one of the poorest quality I have ever seen. The screen print is good, but with a spot where the dye hasn't taken properly.
Delivery - ordered on 2 February, tracking started on the 10th from Nevada, and I received it in Melbourne Australia on 27. Really? Why did it take so long by Priority International Airmail.
Two stars because I got the product. This is far from a recommendation.
Ordered several things from this site, a hoodie $50, about 8 shirts at $15 a shirt. All but 1 shirt the print completely washed off in ONE WASH. You literally can get better shirts at WalMart. There is 0 accountability. Such a waste of money! They NEVER responded to my refund inquiry either. It's a SCAM!

Boarding independent artist is great it's a company actually pays them a decent portion of each T-shirt sold. I have no idea how that works, but I'm very disappointed with the quality of the T-shirt. It is literally the cheapest Dennis T-shirt I've ever purchased. After just one wash it started to develop a little bubbles and beans a fabric on it that looks like a sweater that needs to be shaved. It's a shame because the artist work is so phenomenal it would've been a classic T-shirt
I have had the complete opposite experience of Teepublic customer service. I ordered hoodie for my daughter but sent for the wrong size ( my fault). I emailed and they replied pretty quickly and sorted my prob out immediately and free of charge. The items do take a while to get to UK but I expected that. Would def use again.
Let me start by saying I love the concept of TeePublic and its great they support artists.
That being said the actual company is horrible! I would rate them zero if it allowed! They never answer their phone, and it takes them up to 5 days to reply to email. When they do respond, it's only with another question or request to you the customer!
I purchased 5 tee's on 12/******* and paid the $30 expedited shipping to have them before Christmas. Of course they arrived after, which wasnt the big issue.
The issue was they sent the wrong size of one of the shirts. So I emailed them letting them know this. They responded 4 days later asking for a picture, so I sent a clear pic of the tag showing the wrong size. They email me back in another 4 days saying they now need pics of it laying flat with a tape measure across the chest to show the size! Are you freaking kidding me!
Then I washed the shirts on cold and tumble dry no heat. They came out destroyed with horrible quality. I sent in pics twice and they keep asking me for more!
I finally had it with them and told them to keep their crappy shirts and my money as I would be leaving this review to hopefully spread word not to waste your money with these people!

Paid for items on December 1st. Today is Friday January 3rd. Nothing in todays mail meaning Monday Jan 6th will be earliest I MIGHT receive what I paid for. The UPS station it was being shipped from is 8 hours drive from my house and these were Christmas presents. Do not get tempted to buy from this site.

Ordered a funny shirt for the father in law for Xmas. Was super thrilled to see the shirt actually arrived a day before expected. Was instantly disappointed when I opened the package and found that the shirt I ordered is not what I received. I sent an email for a possible exchange. I received a reply from Andrei, who said they would take care of it and "this one's on us!" Firstly... What the hell does that mean? And secondly, that's great. How do we do this?
So, I request the exchange, and ask what is needed of me to do said exchange. I received no reply. Sent a second message, no reply. I sent a third message today threatening to file a dispute through my bank. We'll see what happens. Won't be ordering from them again.
I never received a package I ordered and have been writing in for weeks trying to get a refund but they never respond! Crappy service. Crappy company. Look elsewhere.
When you pay for 3-5 day shipping, you expect your item to ship promptly. No, they wait until 3-5 days before Christmas to ship so you get it Christmas Eve.
That's not how businesses work. Will not purchase again and that's a shame because their designers do fantastic work. If you are a designer, look elsewhere, because this company doesn't have your best interest in mind when it comes to customer service and satisfaction.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
