I Ordered 2 Hoddie's from TeePublic, and I actually read what it said on there Website!
They are independent Artist getting Payed for coming up, and making logos after your design.
And the Artist gets payed part of the sale that was made.
I also read, it would take some time (in my case 2 weeks) to get the Hoddie's, because each Order is individually made.

My Hoodies are so Cute, you know the kind of Hoodie you wear until People think you don't have a different one.
The size is just as Ordered, and I love that it has a logo that is unique to me!
I WILL order from TeePublic again, no doubt!
Please, support them, they have great Artists.
And yes, it takes some Time to get your Order but you are helping someone else make a living.

I bought a shirt and when it got here it was a little on the small size, so I would suggest you glowing up a size or two. I emailed customer service and they were quick to fix my issue. Great service
I recently ordered a t shirt about a month ago and did not receive the t shirt but turns out that I thought I had placed this order but I had mistakenly placed my order with a firm that doesn't exist. I reached out to TeePublic staff for assistance with working this out. They were simply fantastic to deal with and was really impressed with the polite, patient and very helpful assistance. I ordered the Anthony Falci Poster and Coffee travel cup and I could not believe the high quality of the products. Coffee Cup beautiful But the poster was so beautifully done. The Artist may have nodded towards Andy Warhol and it is so worthy of the best framing and is a real piece of Art in its own right. In this day and age it probably should be wall paper.

I was looking for a particular shirt and found it in teepublic.com. I was surprise with the low ratings but I like the shirt and it supports artist so I figured what the hell! I originally made a mistake in the order... which wasn't really clear how to correct it. I sent a message by email sure enough in24 they contacted me ask me for what I wanted to correct and took care of it promptly! Got my product way faster than originally schedule. SOLID EBUSSINESS! Will definitely buy from them again!
Unfortunately the sizing was wrong for my granddaughters tshirt. TeePublic were very helpful in fixing this making the correction a very easy process. I am very pleased with their whole attitude regarding customer service and love the designs of the product.
I purchased a shirt in the wrong size. Everything was good with the shirt. Good quality and graphics were good. However, I am a full figured women and the size I ordered was to tight. So. I contacted the company and ask for an exchange and was ready to send the shirt back. Had it wrapped and everything.
I received an email stating that a new shirt was on it's way and It was suggested to donate the shirt that I ordered in the wrong size.no charge. I was shocked. Really. Not many companies do this, I think it's called paying it forward. Which I will give it to another "old Lady" lol.

I don't write many reviews, but just HAD to share the great experience we had buying two recent Birthday gifts.
The artists did such a great job on the childlike "I Turned Three in Quarantine" and the retro "I Turned 21 in Quarantine" designs. Each one was high quality cotton: one toddler large perfect to size, and one mens long sleeve.
Printing was not thick and rubbery like an iron-on, but solid and washed well inside out.
Shipping was prompt even in the midst of Pandemic, and customer service was sweet.
So glad we got these, they will be tucked away as keepsakes and added light to an otherwise dark time.

I used this company to purchase a shirt for my mother for mothers day, when we received the shirt it appeared that i had gotten the wrong size. I contacted the company to request an exchange. Originally I had tried to follow the instructions on the website but I was missing info. When i emailed the company they asked for my info to locate the order and they sent me a new one in the correct size right away. I even asked how to return the original shirt and they didn't ask for it back they told me to pass it on to someone who could use it.
I recently placed an order from here and just received it recently. Unfortunately, the shirt was a little tighter than expected. Since there is pandemic going on right now. I figured an exchange for a larger size would be problematic. However, TeePublic was nice enough to ship out the correct size and told me to keep the first shirt all within the same day. I will certainly will be shopping here again. :) Great customer service indeed
I received my tank top order and unfortunately it was too small for hubby. The folks at TeePublic told me to donate, gift or give away the wrong sized one and they'd ship me a new one! Thank you for your awesome customer service! I gave the other one to my son!
I ordered a t-shirt I'd fallen in love with online, in a size I knew might be wrong as it was a man's Small (out of stock in red in women's Medium), and received it in 3 or 4 days. It looked even better than it had on line and the fabric was high quality and comfortable but as I'd feared it was a bit too small. So I asked their exchange service about getting one a size larger and they wrote back within 5 minutes to say they'd send the larger size and I could keep the smaller one and give it to somebody! The replacement arrived in 3 days, and my slender god-daughter will get the smaller one. (Someone should contact Trevor S and tell him that given his glowing review he should have clicked on 5 stars rather than 1--see if he can correct that.)
Love these T's and hoodies, so super comfie, soft and look cool. So good as I'm currently working half of the time at home and half of the time in the office as an essential worker in New Zealand. The customer service team have been great with keeping me informed of the progress of my latest order which has been much appreciated! :)

Borderline criminal the quality that this company is putting out. I swear a scanned heat pressed decal at home would produce a better product- after reading the reviews, at least I don't feel so bad in that everyone gets the same result- absolute garbage product delivered months after you order. Wish I would have read these reviews before hand. Someone should shut these a**holes down cause it sounds like they are burning everybody.

Every experience I've had with company has been good! I set up my item to ship in a few days and added 20 to the shipping price. Unfortunately, with the way the world is right now, my items couldn't be shipped that fast. So I contacted customer service. They refunded the 20 dollars and sent me some kind words and explained the situation. Every email I get from them is very warm and nice! This is a really great company, that allows artists to showcase their work. If you have any questions or problems with your order, it will be answered and fixed. Very very satisfied! Best customer service I've had in a very long time.

I had never dealt with this company and their customer service has exceeded my expectations. The t-shirt I ordered for my daughter was too small and not the colour I was expecting, so I requested a larger size in a different colour. They immediately responded to confirm that they'd sent a replacement and that I could donate/re-gift the one I had to save me having to go to a post office. In the current climate, this was so much appreciated. What exceptional customer service!

Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
