Ordered my item 25 days ago and it still hasn't arrived. From America to Australia I expected a short-medium wait, especially when I paid a decent amount for shipping. Let's hope my order is right or they see this and explain something.
Would give 1 star but giving 2 for the benefit of the doubt that the shirts are ok.
I ordered two t-shirts for myself and one for my 12 yo daughter. My t-shirts were exactly as described and of good quality. Nothing wrong with my daughter's tee either except that 'Small' really was 'X-tra Small'. TeePublic offered to exchange it and shipped a size 'Medium' for free! THAT'S customer service! Thanks! I'll be happy to buy from TeePublic again.
P.S. Shipping will probably be faster once the corona pandemic is over ;)
Products take much longer to arrive than promised. I received a product that looked different that what I ordered. They asked for pictures and when provided was told that the ‘art department said it looked fine'. No returns or replacement, but they offered me a 15% coupon only good on full price merchandise. Avoid this company!
It's not often that you see a company go far and beyond to make the customer happy. I ordered some T-shirts that were not only hilarious by design but affordable and good quality. I would recommend checking out TeePublic website for great Christmas gift ideas.
I love this product. Changed my mind about the size after arrival and was issued an exchange efficiently and with excellent customer service. Staff were so polite and considerate. Will definitely consider buying from TeePublic again. Only downside is that additional costs were added on at the checkout, making the item more expensive than I had expected. Was worth it, nonetheless.
Am so impressed with the communication and excellent customer service. A really helpful team that sorted out my issue with no extra cost to myself. The tee shirt is great and I'll definitely be ordering from this company again.
I ordered a couple of shirts but one ended up being a little small. I wasn't sure if they would be able to do anything since it was a custom order. They responded within an hour and shipped out a new size. Easiest company I've ever worked with and their t-shirts are awesome
Poor quality T-shirts and if you order a group of products like a mug, a T-shirt, and a sticker from the same soccer team in Peru they'll send you the T-shirt but don't send you the mug or the sticker and when you complain their response is to pick something else out that's not available anymore...:, no mention of giving me my money back so I give them one star and buyer beware review
After 3 weeks of sending emails to *******@teepublic.com and *******@teepublic.com, as suggested by the guy from Teepublic who wrote here, I did not get a single answer from them.
My outstanding artist earnings still have not been paid, despite what is written in the terms of their Services Agreement. Is therefore TeePublic a scam?

My Teepublic account has been suspended for violation of the terms. I acknowledge that a few of my designs might have been questionable because of some reference to existing copyrighted works. Nothing stolen in any case, just slight references, and the majority of my designs were totally original. However, I have always followed Teepublic instructions and never reuploaded those few designs that they noticed me had to remove.
The point is that, after the account suspension, they have not paid my outstanding artist earnings: about 250$. This despite what is written in item 8, section 3 of their terms and conditions on the termination of the Services Agreement. How come?
"8.2 TeePublic may give notice of termination of this Services Agreement to you in writing at any time.
8.3 After notice of termination in the manner described in either clause 8.1 or 8.2, you authorize us to complete any transactions in progress in relation to your products, which we will do on the terms of this Services Agreement. Termination of this Services Agreement will take effect once these transactions have been completed."
I have only good things to say! Got a t-shirt, it's beautiful, lovely fabric too, but too small. They're letting me reorder for size, no extra charge at all. I couldn't be happier and I highly recommend TeePublic!
It's over 30 days and still haven't received my order. DHL Global says my order has been delayed and never any updates -can't speak with anyone at Teepublic chat-if you can find a time when they are available
I appreciate the selection and supporting independent artists, but just because you're indie doesn't mean you can't ship something in a timely manner. I don't want or expect AmazonPrime. But 19 days without a shipping confirmation is unprofessional.
On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 2-3 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply (5-10 days for domestic)
It's been 18 days since order. Still has not even left facilities. Not to mention will use DHL delivery which will be an additional 2 weeks.

Horrible for business
While browsing Youtube, I came across an amazing "Cage Fighter 2.0" shirt that one of my favorite youtubers was wearing. Knowing I just had to have it, i was luckily able to find it here online. I got one for My girlfriend and I, and while mines fit perfectly hers was a little on the small side. I contacted customer support via email requesting an exchange and by the next day they responded and were more than happy to help me get a better size for her. I was really impressed by the speed of their response, and how hassle free they made the experience! I am already looking for more shirts to buy! 10/10 would recommend for any special tees you may see.
I ordered 12 shirts for Christmas presents and they came in about 10 days. There are an EXCESSIVE number of interesting designs, fabric colors and styles available, it's remarkable. They pay the contributing artists well, which is important to me. Really good printing on high quality Canvas brand shirts. The cloth is soft and the cuts are very nice. One was accidentally ordered in an incorrect size, and they replaced it promptly at no charge, and let me keep the wrong one, even though it was my mistake! Cannot recommend this company enough!
I was super excited to order my kids Among Us sweatshirts. Yes, due to COVID it took a little bit longer to arrive, but that is to be expected. The sweatshirts arrived and they were beyond small. My daughter who's almost 9 weighs less than 50 pounds and a child large was too small for her. My 11 year old son generally wears a large.
Highly suggest sizing up a lot! Also, they have a no refund policy even for items that are not the same size/ measurements as the sizes listed.

The breadth of the different image and size options is what brought me to Tee Public. How they perfectly handled a size problem will definitely keep me coming back. Simply amazing customer service! Communication was prompt throughout the entire order and shipping process. You should use these guys!
I recently placed an order with this company, TeePublic (by Design ******* a. K. a. Nooch Burger Designs of New York), for 4 items, and 1 item is still missing, and they don't have any phone numbers to contact anyone live. This is horrible customer service, and I am not pleased at all! They need to just send me my missing item, and I won't deal with them anymore. Buyers Beware! I have already submitted multiple complaints with companies such as The Better Business Bureau and PissedConsumer.com, etc. and I will also be contacting my attorney too, if they have not resolved my order issue in a timely manner!
After being on there for 5 yrs making good money. My account was shut down and with held my commissions. After a month, still no responses from my emails. Thief's... If your an artist, look somewhere else
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
