From ease of ordering to picking the correct size this company is awesome! They have a great, large selection of quality products. Their helpful " tips " and accurate sizing made this purchase easy. I received the 4 tee-shirts fast and they all fit, not to mention they're just what I was looking for. Quality products at reasonable prices. So glad I stumbled across this site. My first time ordering from TeePublic was great. The items showed up quickly and they were of great quality. However, when I washed them they shrunk past the expected level. I got in touch with the customer support team and they fixed the problem right away. They couldn't have been more helpful or friendlier!
They offer no refund or exchange unless the item is defective. Their reasoning is the item is custom made which is just not true. Items are ordered on line from a catalog and not custom made in any way. The reason I want to return is the item is cheaply made.

I hadn't heard of this site (tee public) before, but googled looking for some place to make us custom matching tees for our upcoming trip to Disney. Found a nice selection of designs, given I wanted a more obscure character. Ordered, based on both the advice on the site and our usual sizes. Well, every one was a bit small. So, I understood everything could be exchanged. Well, they mean it! They not only took my new order, but put a rush on the shipping, hearing that I needed the shirts for an upcoming trip. AND, they don't want the too small shirts sent back. Zero charge. Amazing customer service. Seriously! I honestly cannot believe how easy they made this. I will totally order from them again if I need more custom t-shirts.
I was looking for a specific t-shirt design that seemed to only be on TeePublic, so I put in my order. I'm never sure about sizes, as every place seems to be slightly different. The site boasted an excellent return policy, though.
I got my purchase delivered, and sure enough, it was slightly too small. I contacted customer support and I was quickly greeted with a polite and easy exchange with absolutely zero hassle! I haven't had such a high level of customer service before. The shirt itself is of good quality, there are many more unique designs I want to get and TeePublic were exceptionally easy to deal with, so I have no problem giving them a 5 star review.
I have waited too long for the shipments to arrive. I asked to Cancel the shipments for the shirts and I don't get any responses. I in good faith ordered T-Shirts. Lesson learned. I will not order shirts again from these guys. I have added my phone number to every request for assistance. And not assistance is given. Don't waste your time. Find someone local.
I ordered a flag for my daughter's college signing day! The flag was never delivered and there is no contact number. Emails have never been returned yet! STAY AWAY!
Ordered the wrong size sweatshirt. Contacted the company and issue was taken care of immediately! Customer service was incredible!
Bought a a t-shirt it was the wrong size snd the CS people did a great job fixing the issue. They are professional and took care of it in one day. I would highly recommend this company.

So, I received my order in an envelope that honestly looked like promotional junk mail. They were okay quality, but I've received better from other places. I honestly don't think I'll order from here again.
I ordered 6 stickers as a gift for someone, and after the package was lost, I contacted support@teepublic.com. They eventually responded and reshipped my order, but I have yet to get it. I'm disappointed that I had to find a different gift for my friend, instead of the one that I wanted to give them.
The title of the review Explains It All I have purchased three t-shirts from teepublic and also pay for expedited shipping I received half of my order within a week and a half from New York come to find out that the rest of my order was supposed to be shipped from a third-party seller which I have never received and I'm going on 5 weeks now I keep on getting bogus emails from the company from their animated response saying that my order is coming and it's on time I should be patient where it's already been four weeks got correspondences pictures here too so here everybody enjoy I hope you go to a different company cuz this company is getting worse and worse and worse here's prove everybody. I got pictures Below guys if you want to look at the date that I have made my purchase and the excuses that I keep on getting this is unbelievable I also have a screenshot of FedEx Express showing that the third-party seller has already made a label on the 2nd of March and then on the 4th of March cancelled my order what kind of glitch was that I don't understand therefore I urge you people please use different company teepublic is starting to lose its Trust there's another screenshot of a FedEx delivery shows that on the 4th I received my package from New York but I never receive a package from Florida there is not even a package pending with any delivery service for me still they just wish that I will forget about the $20 I guess $20 is that important to a company that makes hundreds of thousands of dollars
I bought a 50€ hoodie and got the order confirmation, later they sent me an email saying the product isn't in stock. When I asked for a refund, no reply! Don't waste your money.
I cannot express how highly I recommend TeePublic. I had an issue with sizing of a t. Shirt and so emailed them. I had a friendly, honest and prompt email back. They sorted out my issue with integrity and speed.
The emails from staff were to friendly and efficient.

I bought from them a couple years ago. The quality was terrible. The images cracked after one washing.
I didn't realize it was the same company and ordered again. Poor quality image again. Doesn't match the crisp image shown on website.
It really is a shame. They have some great tshirt designs but their quality is bottom of the barrel. Truly surprised at how many good ratings they have. Not been my experience at all. Highly recommend you look elsewhere. Never again for me with TeePublic. Look at the example of what is on their website compared to the two pix of what I received. Awaiting a response from them
My debit card got hacked through using this site. Regardless of quality of product (which I do not know yet) this company is not worth using.
I ordered a sweatshirt for my husbands birthday & it never came. I paid $72 that included $20 to expedite & never received the package. I reached out to TeePublic several times & they were non responsive. Needless to say I will never order from them again
TeePublic's customer service is excellent - Vlad and Andreea were very quick to reply to my queries and were friendly and helpful. The t-shirts have great designs - love them.
I ordered the wrong and worried about exchanging the sweater and getting a better size. OMG the customer service team was so wonderful. They responded quickly and handled it so great. Thank you so much TeePublic! I'll def be using you guys again soon.
If I could give them a zero I would. Will not communicate, won't give me a tracking number that works, won't give me my product. So sad I ever opted to do business with these people. Will be calling better business bureau immediately
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
