I ordered a set of stickers from TeePublic back in January 2022. As of my writing this review, it still has not been delivered and its status on their tracking page reads "Staged for delivery". The package arrived at the destination's town but was never delivered. TeePublic did not provide a USPS tracking code, and so I was unable to track the package in another manner besides TeePublic's proprietary site.
When I contacted TeePublic about the issue, they graciously offered a refund. Which is fine, not ideal but I appreciate taking ownership of the problem. I had a similar set of stickers sent to me personally so I could ensure their arrival. This was in late March. Same "Staged for delivery". Again they offered me a full refund.
I have never had issues in the past with TeePublic's deliveries, and so I'm awfully confused as to why this happened more than once. I going to have to go find another place to get unique stickers and decals.
Got two fabulous T-shirt last year so I thought that I would treat myself and twin sister. Arrived promptly but very disappointed as quality not as good and same size too small for me. Emailed customer services who were amazing and have already received larger size T-shirt free of charge. Brilliant website; wonderful choice, wonderful prices superb customer services. I shall definitely buy again and won't hesitate to recommend TeePublic.
Hi. I recently made my first order with teepublic. Since there seems to be a problem with the mail service, I contacted Teepublic and they treat me very kind and help me all the time. The order arrived at last and I just adore the t shirts I ordered. Thanks once again.
I ordered 10 t-shirts from tee public april 2,2022 for my son who loves the different kinds of vehicles. They arrived sooner than expected and they all looked great. What drew my attention to this site was the quality of the design. I ordered The wrong T-shirt, my fault completely. I was more than willing to accept that, but I reached out and asked if I could exchange it. They were more than willing to help me, and I am so grateful for that. I am a nurse and I have many nurse friends. I will use this company and its great customer service to order more T-shirts especially within the hospital. The quality of the T-shirts was awesome as well I hope to give the T-shirts that I ordered mistakenly to someone who deserve such a great T-shirt design as well as quality…… thank you so much for your customer service

I was scammed. They took my money and I received an email a few days later saying it shipped but never actually did. Never received my stickers. Should've trusted my instincts. This review probably won't even be posted or it will be hidden because this is a joke website.
My husband and I have been ordering from TeePublic for some time, loving their styles as well as being able to support artists. Recently I ordered some horror movie tanks for summer and, having never ordered their tanks, I chose the wrong size. I messaged them and they not only responded quickly, but offered to exchange my items at no cost to me, AND told me not to worry about sending the ones that didn't fit back. I had felt so guilty choosing the wrong size yet they were so kind and told me to reuse or donate the ones I had.
They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Such a wonderful company and I'm a proud returning customer forever!

I purchased 2 shirts and a few amazing stickers. Packages arrived quickly. The shirts were 1 size too small. Needed to exchange for bigger sizes. I reached out to customer service and they replied within 24 hrs and sent me the larger sizes and allowed me to keep the other shirts to use as donations or gifts so that they can be enjoyed by someone. This was a very pleasant experience with this company, I highly recommend and will continue to do business with them in the future!.
I ordered tee shirts for twelve members of family for trip to Acadia NP. We chose design and color. The sizes varied from small to XL, with lots in between. Despite the clear warnings from TeePublic that we should order one or two sizes larger, we ordered what the family specified. When I notified TeePubic of my error and offered corrected sizes, they said "Do not return shirts in error, we will ship corrected sizes at no addditonal cost" How about that for unbelievable service. We will never order shirts from any other company.

Bought 6 Tees with different images. Screen printing was very good, but after first wash the gildan tee went from a 2x to a medium. Could not wear them. Requested a 2nd order with new designs (like theirs) but no reply. Therefore, I rate customer service a 1. Am now buying my own blanks and taking a to a local company to get a better quality product.
I ordered about 15 shirts for my family. It's for my daughter who has MPS, to raise awareness. They came within 6 days! So quick! Definitely will use them again! :)
I ordered some clothing items from Tee Public. I waited and waited for them to arrive. When they did not arrive in a reasonable time and I could no longer access the tracking information, I contacted customer service by email. I received a very prompt response. Within days, I received my items. A few days later, I received a second package of the same items. I blame the shipping service for the delay of the first order and credit Tee Public with fabulous service for the follow-up and quick replacement. Would definitely order from them again! ~ Denise B
I recently bought 7 T-shirts on TeePublic.com. I loved the T-shirts when I received them but unfortunately, I selected the wrong size. I contacted TeePublic customer service via their website with the thought that I would not get a response or resolution which is so very typical after reading reviews of other website companies customer service teams. I was very pleasantly surprised! I received a very professional and personalized response within 24 hours with an apology and order confirmation for new shirts with my correct size and at no charge to me! I also expected to receive instructions on how to mail the original shirts back to TeePublic. I was again pleasantly surprised to find out that I could also keep the original shirts and was suggested to give them to family or friends or donate them or whatever I wanted! Rest assured that if you order from TeePublic.com, that you will receive an awesome product and awesome customer service if you happen to encounter any issues! TeePublic.com is the first website that I will go to when ordering T-shirts in the future!
My shirts came in but were a little too small for me so I contacted their customer support. They responded right away letting me know that one shirt wasnt available in one color and asked what other options I offered to ship back the shirts that were too small... they said I could keep them. I will def purchase more from them... not only great service but great prices. Bonus. They have all different artist in their selections
This was my second order with TeePublic this time I ordered two zip hoodies, two tapestries, a premium t-shirt, a long sleeved sweatshirt and a coffee mug everything was perfect except for one zip hoodie because I ordered the dark gray the text was hard to see. They immediately replaced it with another one and again it was hard to see. They then immediately sent a third replacement this time in a lighter color and now it's perfect. It's because of great product, unique selection and exemplary customer service that makes TeePublic great to do business with. I will look forward to seeing you again TeePublic! Thank you as always!
I spent $90 on some tank tops from Teepublic, after 2 washes a few weeks after getting them, lettering and logos were almost completely gone! On the 3 wash, 90% wash gone. There is a reason on their website they don't "Take returns"! One shirts said "Die first then quit" and had a skull on it, 99% gone after 2 washes, the Job Bones Jones shirt lost 50% of the lettering and logo on 1 wash, haven't worn it since I bought it last year, means I'll have to wash it and letters will be gone! Three my other 2 shirts away that I bought because lettering and logo 100% gone after 2 washes in the washing machine! I'd never buy another shirt from Teepublic ever again, complete waste of money! 0 Stars!

I ordered 2 Tee's for a Red hot chili peppers concert I'm going to in Vegas. The reviews recommended ordering a size up, so I did. Tee's came and was way too snug. I sent an email explaining the situ and was offered an exchange for bigger sizes. I then received an email stating that my replacement Tee's were on the way and that I could keep my original one's, all at no extra cost to me. I was not expecting that! All in all the whole thing took less than a week from my first email to receiving my replacements. Now that's great customer service.
The T-shirt material we purchased was not what we expected at all, we were very disappointed! We purchased the premium T-shirts thinking they would be made of very good quality. Not the case at all. We learned the difference between a premium T-shirt & a Heavyweight T-shirt. This information will be extremely helpful with all of our future orders. This company replaced our order with the quality of material we were looking for, at no charge to us! This was very unexpected & much appreciated! These days you rarely find a company that cares this much! We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND purchasing all items through this website/company! Thanks a lot
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
