This company really does go above and beyond when it comes to customer satisfaction! My first order didn't go as planned (I got the wrong size), thankfully TeePublic made the return process really easy and their response time is astonishing!
My large item was too small... I offered to send back to swap... company said I could keep original and they sent a larger size... How many companies, especially these days, would/could offer this kind of service... Tee has gone to a more slender pair of shoulders... Designs are unique, rare and original...
Bought moto shirts for my husband's birthday. Unfortunately they were a bit too snug so I had to reorder the larger size. TeePublic responded immediately and didn't ask for the smaller items to be returned. Can't beat that. Thanks TeePublic!
I'm truly thrilled with the awesome (and unexpected) customer service I experienced. My tshirt was too small (my fault for not measuring a shirt that I already own and comparing it to the guide they have listed.) I wrote to customer service who, in turn, answered promptly via email. They exchanged my shirt for another size and because these shirts went on sale a day or two after I originally ordered mine, they refunded me a bit of money as well. Truly happy with this merchant and will order more shirts from them in the future.
I had problems with my orders (it wasn't Teepublic's responsibility at all) and their customer service took care of everything, have been so great, kind, nice and smart... The choice of items is huge, it's impossible not te be tempted... so do not resist: be sure you would be helped in case of need by them. Thank you so much!
Great products and customer service. I bought a mug which broke very quickly in the dishwasher, and when I let TeePublic know they didn't hesitate to send a new one for free. Will definitely continue to give them my business.

I've ordered from teepublic in the past and have always been satisfied with their quality. This year a couple of my shirts looked a little smaller than I expected so I reached out to customer service. They responded quickly snd said they processed the exchange for a larger size AND I could go ahead and keep the original items without sending them back! Above and beyond! Greatest customer service!
Ordered a tee shirt back in May along with a few ladies. They received theirs very quickly but mid July I was still waiting, I figured being from Canada it was stuck at customs. I emailed the company told them what happened. No problem they sent me another one in record time! My only complaint is they are very small fitting. My second order I ordered bigger and it fits fine. Still haven't received my first tee I'm thinking it stuck at customs Thanks for great customer service

TeePublic is a crappy company that doesn't deliver it's product and the customer service is atrocious. I have sent 3 messages for my over $130 worth of product that after 3 weeks I still haven't received. Please heed this warning and do not do business with these people. They had NO problem taking my money however.

Tee public has all the cool shirts i want and enough size and style options to make it worth my while. I was looking on etsy first but most sellers didn't have women's sizes so i switched to teepublic. I got my order ready. It's declining my 3 debit cards and 1 debit card. They are all fine lol. I got scared and looked up if the site was a scam to get my account info. Looks like it's just some kind of glitch.
In addition to having awesome, unique, quality products, TeePublic has pretty amazing customer service. I needed to exchange a shirt for a different size, and the team was beyond helpful in getting my new order out the door in record time and making the whole process entirely hassle free. Having kind, appreciative and helpful people on the other side is a breath of fresh air. I will be purchasing from them again, for sure!
I've ordered from Tee Public several times now and have been satisfied with my orders most of the time. My last order didn't quite fit, and they sent replacements out free of charge! I'll just donate the ones that didn't fit. Another thing I love about the site is you can find pretty much anything you want printed on a tee. I've purchased anything from band tees, cat tees, funny tees, etc. Also, the tees are a great price when they run their sales.
I found the largest selection of artistic, unique t-shirts for teenagers on this site. The designs are beautifully done, although the t-shirts are fairly lightweight. Shipping is not fast; however, they are worth waiting for. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size, despite a very explicit size guide. I learned you cannot get a refund, only an exchange if the sizing is wrong. I requested an exchange, and was surprised to receive an e-mail a couple of days later telling me to keep the too-small t-shirts and donate them to someone, that the new shirts were on their way. Very impressive customer service! This kind of treatment is so rare today. Refreshing! And... my grandson loves the design!
As with any online clothes order, a customer has concern about fit. We ordered 2 shirts and were excited when they arrived, but unfortunately, they were a bit small for us. I contacted TeePublic customer service and they were TERRIFIC! They quickly agreed to an exchange and immediately shipped out the replacement shirt. High integrity and concern with customer satisfaction are valuable traits in today's world--I highly recommend TeePublic, who have exhibited both characteristics.
First of all, I haven't seen a better selection of great, varied graphics anywhere. And believe me, I've looked. Equally impressive is the customer service. I had an issue with fit after I received my two tees. Customer service responded quickly and greatly exceeded my expectations. The concern was addressed and corrected right away, at no expense at all to me. I'll definitely be back for future purchases. (The fact that my purchase also supports independent artists is a real pluss for me too.)

I ordered a shirt that had a faulty print that peeled off after the first wash. After filing a quick and easy report with their customer service, a replacement was shipped out. I was surprised by two things when I got the replacement: the quickness in which it got to me, and the color of the shirt! After another report to customer service, a replacement of the replacement was shipped my way. Third try was in fact a charm.
Throughout the process I never felt ignored or taken advantage of. TeePublic's customer service reps are top notch, their products are pretty great too. I would recommend them to anyone, anywhere; 100%.
I must say the prints are beautiful! Nice graphics! I work at a school and hope to be going back soon so I bought many of their masks. The mask itself is not good! Doesn't hug your face. Doesn't hug under your chin, your cheeks or around your nose. I'm sorry to say I had ordered some for co workers but feel bad that I'm not sure if I should give them to my co-works and that I spent WAY too much money on them. They are so cute but fit like junk.
I have just received my order of three t-shirts from TeePublic and they are awesome! Comfortable and great quality fabric, rich colours, excellent design and exactly what I hoped for in purchasing these gifts for family. Quick shipping and very helpful and friendly staff when I had questions about my order. Shopping online can sometimes be uncertain and disappointing but not with TeePublic. They deliver on what they promise. And the designs are some of the best around - funny, pithy and oh so cool! Five stars!
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
