I love the huge selection of T-shirt designs by some very creative and talented designers. Once ordered, I received emails advising of the progress of my order and delivery. Unfortunately I missed the comment that purchasers of this style often buy 1-2 sizes larger than usual, so when my t-shirt arrived it was too small. However I had been sent an email that exchanges would be possible for unworn t-shirts which didn't fit, so I contacted TeePublic about an exchange. Within hours I had received an email to say my replacement item has been ordered - no quibbles, no recriminations, just excellent customer service, thank you!
Contacted TeePublic about a size I picked not fitting over my trunk. Without hesitation they replied that they will send larger size and gift the old. I work for Nordstrom which pride themselves with their return policies. Well TeePublic has them beat in my eyes. Can't wait to make someone's day with a new sweatshirt. You rock!
This was supposed to be presents for my birthday from my fiance that I got to pick out. A bunch of cute anime shirts that looked great. I spent almost $100 and it's been over two weeks... they lost my package somewhere 6 days ago & can't tell me where it is and I won't be able to get any other information until the day after my birthday (which is still 5 days away). This is ridiculous and I would have just found the people online and bought the image myself to print out then this useless, money-grubbing, terrible customer service site.
Shirt is Straight Garbage photo speaks for itself. Just pulled it out of the package and already has lines through it and looks fadded. Sucks cause i have 2 more chicago Bulls championship shirts on the way.

Ordering shirts for Christmas from TeePublic was an unbelievably wonderful experience! We decided to order some shirts for our family right before Christmas, very unexpectedly we received an email saying they were on their way, then a follow up a few days later. All of the shirts were a great quality, very cute and funny. Everyone loved them!
We ordered an incorrect size for one so I inquired about an exchange. Incredibly I got an immediate response on Saturday, I didn't see it until Sunday, because I never thought I would get an answer until Monday, stating they had already processed my replacement!
I just can't say enough, what an unbelievably wonderful customer experience!
I ordered up white long sleeve shirt and was so sad when it arrived without the print showing up … I alerted the shop immediately and not only did they respond QUICKLY they offered me a replacement at no charge! I even got to hang on to the original one!

I'm absolutely livid. First of all, I ordered a large, men's black Tee but received brown. I washed all three in cold water. They shrunk so much that they are now not wearable by any adult. Unbelievable!
I've had this ordered for over 2 weeks now. You have no way of tracking, the tracking number they give you does nothing, they claim something is wrong with my address, I get stuff delivered here almost daily. Won't order from here again!
Having had very mixed experiences buying tshirts online from different organisations, it has been a real pleasure to engage with TeePublic. Apart from the products themselves, on 2 occasions I have had shipping issues which have incurred additional unexpected costs as I am importing to the UK. On both occasions Teepublic have not only refunded the difference, but more importantly they are so responsive, helpful and accommodating. In this day and age, it is not always the case and I've been really impressed. In addition to that the t shirts I've bought have been of really good quality with some excellent individual designs, which is what I'm looking for. I will definitely be back. I've ordered from TeePublic multiple times. On two occasions I've had size or print errors on parts of my orders. Both times customer service has been polite, efficient, and effective. The issue has always been resolved quickly without costing me an extra cent. I'd recommend them to everyone.
Quality product and great customer service. It is always hard determining the fit for a growing 12 year old. The item came as expected but, of course, too small. I contacted customer service through their website. Within 10 minutes I had a response via email with the new size already in process to ship to me... say what? Happy customer, and plan to order from them again.
I bought my son a shirt and After seeing the quality decided to try some myself. I love the t-shirts but didn't know what style would fit best. One of them was to snug. So I contacted Tee public to let them know I made a mistake could anything be done? I'm someone who has anxiety about exchanges, but they were awesome. Helped me with the right style an size. Then told me I could donate the other shirt it's OK. The way they handled my issue is amazing I'm so happy. I found a great place to buy my family's t-shirts from now on. I recently received my first order from TeePublic. I must say that the art work is beautiful and not the "run of the mill" prints usually seen on mass produced items. The staff really went out their way to correct a mistake I made in ordering and stayed in communication with me until the problem was solved. They are GREAT!
After receiving my T in the mail- it was great quality but ran a tad small. I looked up the exchange policy and reached out via email to inquire about the process. Adam was so polite, helpful, and responsive. This alone will have me reordering from this company next time I need something! Great product and even better customer service!
Borderline criminal the quality that this company is putting out. I swear a scanned heat pressed decal at home would produce a better product- after reading the reviews, at least I don't feel so bad in that everyone gets the same result- absolute garbage product delivered months after you order. Wish I would have read these reviews before hand. Someone should shut these a**holes down cause it sounds like they are burning everybody.

I was very excited about my mask order of 7 new masks for my wife and I, as we both work in jobs where we can wear our own and express ourselves. I received the wrong order of masks and contacted support. Within under 24 hours another order with the correct items was put through free of charge. I believe my original email was answered in less then 5 minutes and they told me I dont even have to return the other items. Amazing customer service and I would definitely recommend them to anyone giving you peace of mind if and when you do have an issue it will be handled quickly and professionally.
My T-shirt didn't fit and I was extremely disappointed so I went to their website to request a refund or exchange. Unfortunately they don't do either. So I sent an email about how disappointed I was. I've ordered from a couple of other online retailers and it took several days for me to receive a reply so imagine my surprise when TeePublic replied less than 12 hours later. The gentleman was empathetic and they're sending me the correct size at no additional cost. Color me impressed. I will definitely be buying from them again. Thank you TeePublic.
When there is a delivery error, through no fault of the purchaser and you're promise that a refund has been issued and it never comes, that is customer "service" at it's worst. My first and last time doing business with them. And unresponsive to follow up refund status inquires. Beware if you have an order issue.
I ordered two t-shirts from TeePublic. When they arrived, they were too small. I went on line and re-ordered them both in a larger size. In less than 24 hours, I received a personalized email apologizing for the problem, thanking me for my re-order, and on top of all that, I was told NOT to return the first t-shirts, but to give them to someone or donate them! This is unbelievable customer service in this day and age. Most times it is such a hassle to return, get refunded and re-purchase! Congratulations on having a company that truly cares about its customers! I will certainly spread the word and be back to repurchase. Thank you so very much!
Shirt I ordered arrived but too small. I wrote asking to return for a larger size. They responded almost immediately and new size on the way. Very positive attitude of the customer service rep as well.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
