Booked many times but now a 24 + hr cancellation is just a no. They take your money. No phone call even allowed. Car broke down 2 days prior cant get there. Nope, took my money. Quit golf now a year ago now they own this. Just go local. Never use again.
What good is it to send out Prom Codes when they are no longer accepted toward hot deals. Ex: Tee Off is offering a promo code 18THHOLE to use on any Hot Deal. Most of the courses if not all will not take it now. What good is it? Why even be a member? Mike Ditri
I always book my tee times with teeoff never had a problem, that's why I gave them 5 stars. This week I booked and the discount code did not work, I booked it anyway. Come to find out the greens were being punched, and had to play the front twice. I called teeoff about the discount, the lady that answered my call was totally clueless. She ask me to hold twice about the discount code. I got tired of waiting, so I just hung up. Great company with very poor service Wally
I have used TeeOff because they typically had green fees at good courses without the fees by GolfNow. I used the parameters to book a local tee time for a course I have done before, but the site booked me at a course with the same name 400 miles away, even though I specified Cypress Texas. I lost the green fees for 2 people because GolfNow/TeeOff does not honor cancellations. The representative told me he would give me an $85 credit for the 2 green fees, which I could use any time Mon-Thursday. When I looked at my account, I have the credit, which gives me 85 points. This means I have to spend 15 more points(dollars) to get to 100 points, which will entitle me to a 10 dollar discount on the next round booked. If you think you can get a good deal here, my advice would be to call the course. They will in a lot of cases give you the same or a better deal. There is no real advantage to this service.
Wow, just recently was attempting to make a tee time for my foursome. I accidentally booked the wrong course and immediately tried to cancel my reservation somI could book the correct one. GolfNow sent an email that my Cancellation request was being "reviewed". So, I made the reservation for the course we wanted, but none of my so-called "promo codes" that they've been sending worked. Oh well, just booked it anyway cause I was in a hurry. So then, a couple hours later I get an email from their "customer support member"- He states that no, they will not credit me For the original reservation, even though I made the correct reservation immediately after discovering my mistake. He gave me a list of $20 "promo codes", instead of an outright credit- This is ridiculous, as well as bad business but abuse it turns out the promo codes can now only be used Monday thru Thursday, after 12 noon- what a joke and welcome to the new GolfNow management!
#@#$&! I hope NBC Sports is listening...
I don't know if anyone else has had this problem, but it seems to happen all the time lately. Just today I tried to book twice on GolfNow and 4 times on TeeOff (owned by GolfNow). I see a tee time, immediately try to book it, and in the maybe 5 seconds it takes, I click "book" and a message comes up saying it can't be processed. I go back to the menu, and the tee time is gone. Within about 4 minutes I tried 6 different dates between the two sites, and the same thing happened. The second I try to book, it disappears. This has happened numerous times in the last few months. I find it a little hard to believe that someone else just happened to try to book the same ones within the same couple minutes I did. It's like they're doing a "bait and switch" kind of thing. I'm just DONE!
I booked a tee time with tee off and the next day I hurt my back. Tried to cancel and they said they won't refund unless the course closes because of weather. What a rip off. They stole 150$ from me. Corp theft is what that is. Do yourself a favour and stay away from TeeOff

We tried to book a golf course and we kept getting a error code and then we got a notice from our credit card company that there was some fraudulent charges on our credit card. We went online to see that we had 8 pending charges for the golf course that we were unable to get on to as we kept getting the booking error. We also had 4 transactions on a different credit card but they were reversed right away.
We called Tee Off and they didn't show any of these transactions and then we found out that the golf course we wanted to book only allow you to book 7 days in advance... so why even show them if you are unable to book them, what a waste of time when you are on vacation. Not only that, but we had to contact our credit card company as they put a hold on our credit cards due to the fraudulent activity. We never had problem with Tee Off.com in the past till they were bought and run from GolfNow.
I used to be able to find a half dozen courses around the Salt Lake City area on any given day through teeoff. Now I'm lucky to find one with no discounted prices. What's the point in that? What happened to the courses? What happened to the discounted tee times.
This used to be a great resource. It's worthless now
Teeoff used to be the best. Great deals and so easy to use. Now their website is tough to navigate, customer service is moronic and probably overseas and the deals are not so much. Someone please put them out of their misery.
I booked a tee time 2 hrs from my house and checked the refund policy because there may be a weather issue. I went to the course and played 3 holes. The course closed due to bad weather. The course said to call tee off and request a refund and the course would verify they were closed. I called tee off and told them and was asked if I played any holes. I said 3 they they proceeded to tell me i would only get a credit and not a refund. After telling them i did not want a credit they came back and refunded me a prorated rate charging me for 3 holes. What cheap jerks they are. This is not the first issue I have had with them. I will never book through them again. If I could give them a zero rating I would.
I booked a tee time with tee off. Com. On the day, I was supposed to play it was raining I calledtee off. Com and they said they would credit me for another play. When it came time to use it again, they said it expired. I bet my money didn't expire. I will never use these people again and I don't recommend them.
TeeOff will only refund your money if the course is unplayable. For any other reason, say... a pandemic, they will give you the least usable "promo" codes.
Poor customer service.
Do NOT waste your money on this course. Not only is this course in terrible shape(tee boxes, fairways and multiple greens) but the staff working there was very rude and unprofessional and will not/did not accommodate any of questions I had for them. They were simple solutions and I had made multiple suggestions but they did not care for my recommendations. Their golf carts are also barely making it 18 holes without dying. We even spoke with the manager of the course (Kai Coleman) who seemed less then interested to help us out in any way possible. This course is not worth the $33 I paid to play and I will not be returning here. Very disappointing. Spend your money elsewhere.
We had a very bad experience with teeoff.com
We bought tee time for TPC stadium course. After a couple of hours, they changed our tee time by an hour and to a different course.
When I called teeoff.com to find out why, I received a non-answer response. They tried to make a lot of excuses and even blamed me for their mistakes.
Stay away from teeoff.com. Either book directly with the course or golfnow.com - way better.
I have been unable to use the gift card. The website does not work properly and their customer service line is ALWAYS ringing a busy signal. Feels like a scam! I've called many times. Local golf shop that uses tee off golf requires booking through them however it doesn't work. Very frustrating!
Your refund policy is garbage. How can you not at least offer a credit? It's also misleading how you advertise, as if you're the primary way to book a tee time, and that there are limited times available. Poor policy, poor operation, poor results. Thanks for ruining my vacation.
I inadvertently clicked the wrong tee time box when making a reservation. Upon confirmation, I realized the time was two hours later than I wanted. I immediately called the toll free number to correct the tee time. The teeoff agent told me that he would correct the issue, and would do so without cancellation penalty. He then made the corrected tee time, but charged me $2.00 for the cancellation and did not apply my promo code, because I had used it in the first (erroneous) reservation. Bottom line: I paid full price plus $2.00 for hitting the wrong tee time box. Be very careful when making reservations using teeoff.com.
This is a shameful rip off operation, the PGA should be ashamed for letting this outfit use their name. I made a tee time about a week in advance. The morning of my tee time lightning and rain was in the area. Called the course to cancel, they removed my tee time but warned to call TeeOff as well for refund. Found this little annoying but I did call nevertheless. TeeOff was not willing to refund my booking (even the weather was clearly not allowing play) because my cancellation request was within 24 hrs of the tee time.
Ridiculous scam artist operation. Their quoted rates might look good but this kind of business moral is just disgusting. Will never use them ever again, no matter how good of a rate they are quoting.
Bad weather. Course doesn't care if you go out in the rain, they will not shut down even if the greens are floating away. TeeOFF NO customer service will sucker you in on a promo code so they can't honor ANYTHING they state in their "options". OH and if you sign in as a GUEST your screwed too. CLOSE THIS SITE DOWN! DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Answer: I got an email confirm within a minute of booking...
Answer: Cost us nothing. And didn't even get charge the vat at the course that it said I would get charged...

Hi Philip - Sorry to hear about your experience. Can you please let us know the e-mail that you booked with, so we can look into this for you? Thanks.
