Horrible customer service. My daughter paid $100 for a gift card. I went to use it and it's only good on the bargain times they offer. They are limited, and not the best times. They have our cash and it should be able to be used like cash. They could care less that I was unhappy never use again
Can only use the gift card on a crappy time that they pick. Usually one tee time available per day and it's late in the afternoon. Have had the gift card for a year and I don't see myself ever using it.
I don't believe the service is bad at all. However when i book something and the course greens have been plugged or one of the holes is totally under construction, it should be shared before i commit. It could be that the courses don't share this info with the site.
I have almost 5 grand in gift cards in my account that they refuse to unlock. They want information from 3 years ago regarding the gift cards. They had no problem taking them when I loaded them into my account, but years later they want more information? Complete ripoff. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES!

Made a tee-time through them which they deducted from my credit card for the whole amount. Due to the pandemic unfortunately i had to cancel a few people in my foresome did not feel comfortable golfing in the county which has had a rise in virus cases. Instead of crediting my card back they gave me a credit which in turn expires in 90 days. When calling to see why this was the case and to have them credit my card back they said there policy was no refunds and award a credit. I`ve had used tee time in the past and never had them deduct the whole amount usually just a small charge to hold reservation. They said some courses are different which was never made aware to me. Rude customer service. I would never recommend this company to anybody.
I always book my tee times with teeoff never had a problem, that's why I gave them 5 stars. This week I booked and the discount code did not work, I booked it anyway. Come to find out the greens were being punched, and had to play the front twice. I called teeoff about the discount, the lady that answered my call was totally clueless. She ask me to hold twice about the discount code. I got tired of waiting, so I just hung up. Great company with very poor service Wally
I inadvertently clicked the wrong tee time box when making a reservation. Upon confirmation, I realized the time was two hours later than I wanted. I immediately called the toll free number to correct the tee time. The teeoff agent told me that he would correct the issue, and would do so without cancellation penalty. He then made the corrected tee time, but charged me $2.00 for the cancellation and did not apply my promo code, because I had used it in the first (erroneous) reservation. Bottom line: I paid full price plus $2.00 for hitting the wrong tee time box. Be very careful when making reservations using teeoff.com.
I was a little worried as all the reviews on here were damning... but I did a bit of homework and booked anyway...
If you read them, they are virtually all from people who booked wrongly or wanted to amend or cancel.
I just played golf today and have just booked again for 2 days time...
Instead of 180usd per person per round we just paid 90... so a not insignificant saving on our holiday golf... so saved 180usd on 2 rounds... fabulous
I also emailed tee off before booking to ask a question, got a prompt and courteous reply...
Cannot fault them in my experience
Allowed me to book a golf round at a closed course. Took a $10 "deposit", really a fee, despite that they say there are no fees. Tried to get my fee back. They tried to call the course to confirm it was closed, and surprise, no one was there. They asked that I call back again the following day when the course was open so they could confirm it was closed. I'd already wasted time getting to a closed course and calling them once to get my refund and they still wanted me to waste further time. I explained this to the agent and he just told me I needed to call back the next day. What a terrible experience. Avoid this site!
Just as bad as golfnow.com. Why does the person setting up the tee time have to pay $2 to $3 extra per person up front. I set up the tee times for my group and it cost me between $8 and $12 extra on the spot. So I either have to bug everyone else for $2 each or just pay extra for the "privilege" of finding and making the tee times.
Took me an hour to book a tee time and I had to enter my information multiple times. I finally gave up and they charged my account. Tried to cancel and they told me it was non-refundable. What a scam! They wasted my time and money and they will waste yours!
No notice to Deal Pass customers of this change. Credits on Teeoff.com are no longer on the website. They say they are working on it. No more 25% off for Deal Pass customers and 20% off coupons do not work. Golf Now rates are much higher. Purchase of Teeoff.com just reduces/eliminates competition for the online golf reservations. Good timing with Covid-19 causing financial difficulties for many.
I made the mistake of paying for a year membership. I signed up when they had a promotion for free golf balls if you joined. Never got the golf balls, the customer service is seriously lacking, and the codes are garbage. I first started using TeeOff at the end of 2019 or early 2020, right before they merged, and they were pretty good. I did a trial membership and I was treated well when I had to cancel for weather. I finally decided a few months ago to sign up for a full year. I never got my promotional golf balls and when I asked about them, I never got a response back. I live in a very rainy and thunderstormy area and canceling for weather is always a headache; the customer service agents are terrible. Poor service, difficult to understand, and unfortunately completely inept. I'm so disappointed, I'd cancel my membership early if it wasn't prepaid. I might still try. Worst purchase I've ever made. Do yourself a favor and use the free membership or book through the courses directly. There are absolutely zero perks to paying for a membership.
I called in to change my password and afterwords made a tee time with the agent... That was a great experience. I went to the site and logged in to find that I had quite a few rewards available so I called back and received the rudest customer service rep I had ever encountered. They made me feel bad about calling back trying to save $10 bucks. I tried to explain I didn't know I had so many rewards and never used them in the past and the booking agent didn't let me know they where available... The customer service rep lectured me and said that it's not their policy to make changes. Being a loyal customer should count for something but not with TeeOff they just Teed me off! I will not be back!
I've been receiving emails with coupons from this website for the last year and have tried repeatedly to use their booking and coupons with no success. I have spoken with the customer service folks to ask what i'm doing wrong and, although nice enough, were not able to help. I thought maybe it was just my lack of understanding on how their program worked and then my wife looked up reviews for Teeoff and realized that it wasn't me afterall, but it is the company and their policies and misleading advertising. I'm unsubscribing and removing from their mailing list. They have been a total waste of time.
To use the gift card, you have to slide a button on the site and then 98% of the tee times go away. Usually only offering 1 time per day. My father spent $1000 on E-Gift cards for my wife and I - BAIT & SWITCH. Called and spoke to supervisor Natalie and she said my father should have read the details more closely.
It was nowhere in the FAQ or anywhere on the site that the $50 (total of $150 off) would be released on 4 month chunks. My understanding by reading everything was that they'd all be available to me at the time of purchase.
I live in the Northeast so I'm probably unlikely to utilize the promo code that is good from January through April 30th, unless I get out for a round in early April (At which point the courses aren't in any good shape anyways)
I received a gift card to this website 10 months ago. I have attempted to use the card on six different occasions. I have been unable to use the card based on extremely limited course options and even more restrictive available teetimes through the site. The program appears to be designed to confuse the customer and offer only the least desirable teetimes at courses that are unpopular. Many of the times shown are simply listed for the home course, at a cost that is higher than that which is offered by the course itself. Again you can not use A gift card purchased from the site for the the majority of times listed on the site and buying directly from the site is more expensive than buying through another means.
Teeoff sent me a 30% off coupon and charged me $40 each after the gave me the discount. Then I show up at the course and the regular rate that day was $35. I asked to cancel so I can pay the $35 and they said you already played. I hadn't played yet. Then I asked them for a refund. They said we can't do that. Don't use them.
So I prepaid for a foursome and the day of the tee time it was pouring rain. I called to get a refund but they have a 24 hours cancellation policy and refused to give me a refund. I guess they expected me to play in the pouring rain. What a ripoff at any price. Do not use this service as Golfnow allows for cancellations for any reason up to the time of the tee time, so save your money and DO NOT USE TEEOFF.com
Answer: I got an email confirm within a minute of booking...
Answer: Cost us nothing. And didn't even get charge the vat at the course that it said I would get charged...
