Player pass is worthless if you want to play more than once a week. Coupon code to get extra discount is for only one use. Customer service is horrible!
FAQ: very misleading. See Attachment
Used to be best site on the internet to book tee times. Since golfnow bought them and instituted their $#*!ty customer service and policy its absolute crap!
teeiff.com will automatucally change the date of your search without nitification. If you seaech for a day and there are no times that day they automatically bring up different days. Then when you book that day because you thought it was the date you entered they will not refund your payment

I didnt get to golf... and goung back to golfnow... ill pay the booking fee so i dont have issues... golf now 5 star. Teeoff... dont deserve a star... enjoy my money theives.
The charge a fee to your credit card when you book a tee time that is the same price that is available on dozens of other booking sites.
Yet the site boldly states no booking fees.
ALWAYS GET ERROR AT CHECKOUT AT TEEOFF AND GOLF NOW. THEY NEVERT WORK. STOP WASTING OUR TIMES. I have yet to book anything through these websites to date.
Like many other of the reviews I got ripped off. Charge is for the "privilege" of booking online ($24.60 for our foursome), then we had to pay the regular greens fees at the course. The "booking fee" is extra. USE THIS SITE ONLY TO SEE AVAILABLE TEE TIMES THEN CALL THE COURSE DIRECTLY.
Booked a tee time through TeeOff.com. Unfortunately, I was unable to make my tee time, so I called the golf course and cancelled. They were happy to do so, and I was directed back to TeeOff.com for my refund.
When I called, I first landed with Golf18.com. Spoke to a representative who was very nice, and informed me that even though I cancelled inside of 24 hours, I could move my tee time to a new date, or be credited for a different tee time with the service. She then told me that TeeOff.com and Golf18 recently went through a merger, and that I would actually have to speak with someone at TeeOff.com to cancel/get a refund because that was technically who I booked through.
The rep at TeeOff.com told me that because I was cancelling inside of 24 hours I would receive no refund, no credit, nothing... According to the rep, TeeOff.com holds that tee time, however, the golf course pro shop said they would be able to fill my tee time. Thus I am left not knowing who actually owns that tee time.
Furthermore, I was told TeeOff.com would be keeping the money I spent on the booking, and that money would not go to the golf course. Again this seemed sketchy to me. Lastly, when I asked how the cancellation policy of TeeOff could be so vastly different from the company they merged with, I was told by the rep at TeeOff.com that there was no merger between them and Golf18. So... who the heck is lying? Where is my money? I have no idea. Regardless, I am never using this service again, and I would advise no person to utilize this service, ever.
I started checking the golf course tee time pricing and found better available times and prices. Don't trust the TeeOff app.
Prices have gone through roof especially since merging with golf now. Higher prices and no longer with carts. Get real.
Booking fees can be as much as 10% of the green fees and they charge a booking fee for every player in the group and for "hot deals" where they already get all the funds.
There is just no value.
I booked a few tee times through this site first time was terrible as the cart wasn't included and could have gone to the course it self and paid a lower price for the 18 and cart instead ended up paying more, booked through it again thinking give it a shot they double pulled my money 75.00 dollars, when I called and told them they said that's weird, told me I would see a refund in 3 days, well a week later nothing and then on the 9th day it shows up but it's not the full amount, they say well there is a cancellation charge and I say I didn't cancel you double charged me, they say well you will see the rest of the money with in a week... this site is a scam and not good deals at all, you can get better just calling the pro shop... STAY AWAY FROM TEEOFF. COM ITS A SCAM
I booked a foursome online for what was advertised as $54 yet they charged me an additional $4 per golf. They lost a customer when customer service couldn't rectify the additional cost.
This is a horrible discount golf site. They have been acquired; last year, you could cancel up to 48 hours before your tee time with a $3/tee time cancellation fee. After that, you got a credit which can be used for future tee times. Not this year. One of my group couldn't play, and I lost 100% of that purchase price (to be fair, it is buried in their fine print - if you do business with this horrible company, read EVERY LINE). Oh, they did offer me a $20 "gift" - which can ONLY be redeemed Mon-Thurs after noon (and only for Deal times). And if it's raining and you don't want to play, you don't get a credit - YOU LOSE 100% of your purchase price UNLESS the course is closed. The final straw came today. I wanted to book a tee time for two for Sunday. I had a promo code for 20% off. I accidentally booked it for one, so I went back to add another tee time. My code no longer worked. So I called customer service to see if I could rebook it for two at the 20% discount price. They said no, the promo code only works once. Mind you, I was not asking for a refund - I made an error and was hoping they would help me. They said no and that's their policy. This is the most customer-unfriendly company I've ever done business with. I don't even know why they waste money providing a customer service number, since "customer service" is obviously an oxymoron for them. If you do business with this garbage company, caveat emptor.
I spent a while trying to figure out how to use a promo code that I was given worth $50 bucks. I was actually given a few of them. I had to email customer service to find out that I can only use the promo codes on "deal times". After navigating the site, I figured out how to search the deal times. I thought it is what it is, lets find a deal and book a time. So I find a course and add 4 players and then find out I can only apply one promo code per booking. So if it cost more than $50 I have to pay the difference. So then I figured, alright, I will book them all individually so I don't have to pay any cash. Then I come to find out that the deal times aren't always available as advertised. As a matter of fact, I tried booking over 20 displayed tee times on 3 separate courses and couldn't find one available course or time to book. Tee Off needs to keep up to date or they are going to lose more customers. So then I called the course and booked the time. Went around Tee Off and will see if I can get the promo codes paid back to me in some other way. I am disappointed with TeeOff and will never use again.
Tee Off gave a number of $10 rewards. But they were only good after 12noon and they expire. I will not golf in the afternoon, in summer, in Florida. So a number of my supposed rewards have expired.
The other thing that has happened with frequency during the summer has been the deceptive listing of "Deal Times." I will receive an email for 20% off using a promo code. I get onto the site for our favorite course and see "Deal Time" listings for early in the morning for multiple days. I pick a 7:40am "Deai Time," use the promo code, and get a checkout error when trying to book that time. When I go back to the site, the 7:40 "Deai Time" has disappeared. So I try the next one at 8:20. I get the same checkout error. Going back to the site, both the 7:40 and 8:20 times have disappeared and the only time left is in the afternoon. I try this for all days of the week with the same results.
This is deceptive discounting. Being able to play anytime during the week should enable me to receive good discounts. But what benefits am I getting here?
My wife purchased a gift card for me. She didn't realize it was only good for deal times. This is because it is deceivingly advertised, but no doubt within legal limits. This isn't my issue with Teeoff now owned by EZLinks, now owned by GolfNow, now owned by NBC. When I tried to first use the card there were technical issues accessing it which were eventually solved. Realizing the deal times were not useful I postponed booking. When I next attempted to use the card I had no access to my account. Called customer service and told that they had "merged with another company" and were "transferring" my info. Would take a day or two. I waited patiently. Tried again two days later. No luck. Told that I had to speak with Natalie who wasn't there and would be back in two more days in order for anything to move forward with my issue. At that point I had had enough of what was, increasingly, starting to look like some kind of scam. I couldn't get through to Natalie on Monday. A girl named Rainbow tried to help me. I told her I wanted a refund plain and simple. She said she would help me and placed me on hold for about an hour, checking in every 5 or 10 minutes to let me know she was working remotely and was working on it. I patiently waited. After an hour on hold she comes back to tell me that I can now access the credit. Not for any tee times mind you. Simply allowing me now to access the sham gift card that only works for limited tee times. NOT what I asked her to do. Finally puts me through to Natalie who was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful.
Beware of this company!
You misrepresented the SERVICE, cost me $ NEVER again. People beware of this scam, check out the golf course thoroughly before booking through this agent, they take your money and run.
Yeah dont get sucked in by their click bait offer! It does not apply to you is their response once you book and no discount can be applied! Worthless
Answer: I got an email confirm within a minute of booking...
Answer: Cost us nothing. And didn't even get charge the vat at the course that it said I would get charged...
