Golf USA stores are without a doubt my favorite retail operations, and this website is helpful in locating the store(s) nearest to you!

All you have to do is click on "Store Locations" and the rest is easy. I'm so glad they created this function. The stores themselves are independently owned and operated, and you receive much better personalized service than at the "big box" retailers like GolfSmith, $#*!'s Sporting Goods, Edwin Watts and others.

First off I am speaking about the online service not the individually owned stores. Their trade in service is a joke. It took 4 weeks and that was only after I called and complained. It took 3 days to get the credit issued from Golfstix to Golf USA. I can move every penny I have from one account to another in less than a minute not 3 days. It took another 3 days before Golf USA would place my order with the factory because they said they had to get their money from the credit card I used before they would place the order. I can use that same card in any store and walk out with my purchase within a couple of minutes or I can use that same card a make a purchase on-line and have my order shipped the next day. Maybe their computer system is 80 years old. Golf USA website states most orders will ship in 2-3 weeks. After I place my order and paid my money they then stated it would be 4 weeks. Well I am in my 4th week and they have not shipped yet. In total it has been 8 weeks so far and I still have no idea when I will get my clubs. I can buy a house in less time than that. I can special order a car and get it faster than that. The owned franchise stores might be great, but never again will I use the Golf USA on-line system. It has been a nightmare and it is not over yet.
