Ordered a shirt in May 2017, never received it. Filed a claim that it was missing in June 2017, received email stating someone would contact me in 72 hours. It's now July 2017, I've sent 4 emails and no one will respond. They did however take the money from my bank account. I'm sure I will never see the shirt or my money. Stay away from these thieves.
I placed an order nearly a month ago, got an email that my order was delayed, the status keeps saying printing. I contacted via phone, I'm on hold 1/2 or more everytime. I have emailed directly 5 times no answer. I have sent messages through paypal twice no answer. Glad I paid through paypal so I have proof of this gross lack of communication and poor customer service.
I am one of countless people who believed the promise that my solar eclipse shirts would arrive 5-10 business days. On Aug. 21 an email promise they would arrive August 26! They are meaningless now, and after waiting 29 minutes for a live chat, I got the runaround; the rep even tried to assert that the 5-10 days meant after processing and that they were still on time! This is NOT a reputable business and they should not be allowed to make their fake promises on Facebook.
Spent $60 on two shirts and when I got them they were misspelled. Now I can't wear them in public. I have tried to contact TeeChip about this but have gotten no response. I am very unhappy and will never use them again unless they make this right.
Don't go there! I ordered a cool-looking poster to give a friend as a birthday gift. The arrival time they stated did not happen so I had to purchase a different gift at the last minute. That was good because when I did finally receive the TeeChip order it was nothing like it looked on their ad & there was no way I would give that. What a joke! I want my wasted money back and have e-mailed & called but have gotten no response.
Please be advised that if you order a shirt from this company you are warned. I ordered a military unit shirt (My old unit did a campaign). What the company did was use unit logos that had white background and tried to photoshop the white backgrounds off (My 6 year old could have done better than they did). Well they didn't do a good job, then they printed the unit crests on to dark t-shirts. It looked horrible, but this is not they issue. They will not refund or replace anything. So don't take their guarantee that is on their website serious. The fact that a company produces such a poor quality shirt and doesn't stand behind it is shocking. I will say that now I am the proud owner of a $24 oil rag.
I impulsively ordered a sweat shirt from the N Y pride campaign. After ordering I went on TeeChip website & saw all negative feed back. Figured I could kiss my money goodbye. Much to my surprise everything was exactly as they stated. Was notified when item shipped & tracked it to when it was delivered, right when they said it would be. The sweatshirt was exactly as pictured. I don't know if I just got lucky or if it depends on the seller behind the campaign. No complaints from this girl!
I get why people would try to save a buck, but please realize that a lot of their goods are stolen and breaking copyright law, taking advantage of the digital nature of art. I know some of these artists, and art is how they make their living. Don't buy from TeeChip!

Received my shirt in 5 days faster then estimated. Great quality exactly what I ordered. Bought my husband a shirt from this company as well. I plan to shop here again in the future.
I placed an order for a face mask in April. Took approx 2 1/2 weeks for first mask to be delivered. Not sure if I didn't thoroughly read the description, but the mask is only 1 small piece of cloth and the elastic loops are so small it is not comfortable to wear. I noticed right away that the stitching on the product was very poor and the elastic was barely held on with just a few stitches. The first time I put it on, the elastic came off one side. I filed a claim with the company and 1 1/2-2 weeks later I finally received a response that they would send me another one. I understand things are slow with the "pandemic" right now... but how can it take this long to send some a crappy product? Wish I could get a full refund, mask definitely not worth $20.
I ordered 3 T-shirts from TeeChip and afterwards i checked the reviews. To my surprise there were so many negative reviews I got kind of scared. My shirts ended up arriving 5 days too late (big deal), but they are of good quality, the right size and all in all i love them <3. Since this is my only experience with this company so far, i can't feel but having to give them a good review even though there are so many people that have a unpleasant experience with them.
They use the old bait & switch tactics!... their ads show you a picture of an attractive, good quality t-shirt that you like & don't mind paying that high price for... then they send you a flimsy, poor Quality t-shirt, that doesn't even come close to the design, lettering, or colors, shown in the advertisement.! Then it takes weeks to respond after many attempts to get some kind of an answer, to send this back for a refund!... only to find out they don't give REFUNDS,!
This company needs to be shut down. Do not full orders with proper merchandise, sizing is way off, quality is very poor, you could go to a local printer and get a dozen quality shirts for what this scam provides.
I ordered a shirt from this company and when it arrived I tried it on to discover it was WAY TOO SMALL. Like not just a little bit small, but very small, even though I ordered the same size I wear in most every other t-shirt. I tried to contact them--no answer on the phone numerous times, emails that went unanswered at first. Finally I got through and they said send a photo of the defective shirt. I wrote and said it is not defective, just really small. They basically said, too bad you are out of luck. They said I should have looked at the sizing chart and there was nothing they could do for me.
This is pathetic. I will not be buying from this company again! Save your money and go elsewhere.

The $#*! had holes where it should've been sewed upon arrival in the mail. I've called them no answer, email returns a message saying "unattended email box", the chat doesn't work because it's set up to not accept your order number. SCAMMERS!
I ordered a face mask thru their ad in FB, several weeks ago. Thank goodness I used PayPal, otherwise, I'd be out almost $20, with no idea if I will ever receive the item. After trying to contact multiple times, still no answers!
Customer service was very helpful when I pointed out some issues with the design I bought. Due to our collective effort the final result was excellent. Product quality was good. Reasonable prices. Shipping was fast. What more could you expect.
I ordered a shirt/mug combination online and never received the item. They refused to deliver it, saying that they had a delivery confirmation from USPS.
1) the address they sent it to is not the same as the one I used when ordering
2) the tracking shows the package being moved 3 more times after the "delivered" date
3) the customer services gives a real number with a fake extension so you can't talk to anyone
4) they simply keep quoting "we do not allow cancellations, refunds or exchanges" I was just asking for the package to be delivered to the correct address
So now I am dealing through my credit card company to charge them back because they refuse to send me the garment.
My t-shirt is a head turner, and with my love of Yorkies, and having three of my own at this time, it was so representative of how I truly feel about this breed! The print is adorable, good quality, but the t-shirt itself could be softer and longer. All in all, I'm very pleased with my purchase,...
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
