My poster was printed on thin NOT GLOSSY paper even though it said glossy poster. The design is SO blurry. My 100 Groovebook prints for $2.99 turn out better and clearer pictures. Stay away from this dishonest company.
Ordered a tee shirt and still no delivery or any date for shipment. Everytime I contact the it's all 'sorry for the inconvenience. Your order is being processed'. No end date. Nk ship date. Now I ask for my money back and to cancel the order. It's too late to cancel they tell me. Word of advice. Don't buy anything from these people. You will regret it.
I wish I read the reviews before I placed an order. Just like one of the other reviews (they claimed my shirt got lost in transit & had asked for an alternate address). The tracking said it was delivered last Thursday. Its a week later... and still no shirt.
I am also waiting for my order placed on Oct. 31. No order number, no answer to my e-mails, nobody answers the phone. THIS IS SCAM. Do not order anything from them. Too bad I can not drive to their place in Indiana and get physical with these bastards.
Terrible customer service and I ordered a shirt for Father's Day and relied on it being shipped on time (ordered 1.5 weeks in advance) and when I realized production was taking too long I tried to cancel within the cancellation time but they refused to cancel. Now order has been shipped but will arrive 3 days late. These ppl do not care about getting things to you when they say they will. Totally unreliable
Ordered two very expensive t-shirts and received confirmation with a shipping date. That date came and went and no word on my product. Emailed 4 times, telephoned in an attempt to reach someone; surprise no answer from either. Tried to cancel by email and phone but again no response. Contacted my credit card company to dispute charge and Lo & behold the t-shirts came a week later. Finally received an email from a customer service guy claiming he would get to the bottom of it. I asked for return shipping instructions but No Answer. Finally my credit card company notified me that Tee Chip sent them proof of shipping (2 week late shipping) and that I would have to pay the charge. JUST SAY NO! DO not purchase from this company.
Do not buy. They are liars and they infringe on artists' original work. I ordered "Standing Rock" items before researching more thoroughly, not only were the items of horrible quality, but none of the funds went to the stated cause. When I asked Teechip for a refund, they lied to me that there was a reversal of the charge by my banking institution already.
I spent my birthday money on a gift for my mother and myself, we were going to wear them to a gilmore girls party. This company responded to my email, yes, but I received no follow up and no apology. It's been over a month. I spent 60 dollars. She was SO excited, and they ruined it. Thanks a lot, teechip. Terrible customer service. If there were a zero star option, I would have used it.
Stealing Money out of my account and never heard of this company nor have I ever placed any orders from this company, yet they continue to take money out every other day? Can't get anyone on the phone there. So bank will be dealing with this fraudulent company as well as legal representation to fight this sick scam! Keep an eye on your bank statements, as clear as day it showed several withdrawals from this teechip.com
Ordered an Autism Awareness shirt on May 8,2020. Order stated would ship 'between 5-15 business days'. It has now been over a month with no shipping or delivery date. I ordered this as a way to show my autistic daughter that I supported her. Now I can't with this shirt. Stay Away!
Placed my order over a month ago. I did not receive an order number but they had no problem deducting from paypal. The support email address is invalid (should always try that in future) and you can't get past the automated phone recording but you need an order number (how convenient). Could not get a live person. After a month of no response, I made a complaint to paypal and within minutes received a cancellation notice from TeeChip saying they will refund my order. I should have checked reviews prior to purchase.
Zero stars. Unfortunately I ordered before reading these reviews! Sweatshirt did in fact arrive, but with a really poor quality print job. The graphic on the shirt was really blurry in comparison to what they advertised in the photo. Very disappointing for the $40 price!
I wear a small and ordered a medium. Still too tight. The writing is so far off to the side that you can't read it without pulling it over. Junk. Won't order from them again. Will be sending a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.
Teechip sells bootleg posters for popular artists who make limited edition prints. Expect anything you receive from them to look like a blurry piece of poop. Not a dime goes to the artist, just straight into these roaches hands.

So glad I read these reviews. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Ordered some leather shoes some time ago. A review said cheap product, not as pictured. I ordered anyway. Well, cheap product, not as pictured, didn't fit. No invoice in box. Contacted company by email, response was in very broken English, had no store in US, suggested I give to a friend. WHAT? Lesson learned: don't buy from these foreign companies with US front! Read reviews. The shoe ad I saw on Pinterest I never saw again after I complained. Cheap stuff sold at exorbitant profits to us American suckers who are techno consumed.
I received my "red" VW phone case today... it is not red... not even close. Cheaply made and I paid $22.95. The photo on the website was very deceiving. No returns only replacements.
I would not purchase from this company again.
First they charged me for 2 shirts when I ordered 1. I went through the website to change my order and was refused to within 2 minutes of placing my order. Then was told that it would be 20 days before the order will be shipped. Here i am a month and a half and still being told 20 days more. No way to speak with a person and I keep getting the run around from them. Do not under any circumstances give these people your money.
I was charged for two posters. When I contacted Support I was told repeatedly that there was nothing they could do because my order went to the printer already.
One item never arrived (the poster container was empty). The poster that did arrive was horribly dithered. Low quality. Of course I can't get anyone in support to respond.
I've been selling with Teechip for 8 months with my original designs. On day they just decide to ban my account due to "fraudulent activity". That means I cannot get any of the profits I've earned by selling my designs which is over $2000. Yet, they are still selling my designs because I cannot sign into my account and take them down. It's convenient that I've been doing "fraudulent activity" right as I have $2000 that should be paid to me. They are a complete scam. Also their apparel has very poor quality.
Ordered a shirt at 10 PM. At 5 AM the next morning saw an Email confirmation and noticed I ordered a youth which won't fit me. Hit the change order button right away and got several canned responses. Finally they said to go to a website and file a claim to which the website won't let you do it for that. VERY poor customer service and I know I will never buy another shirt from them. I now have a shirt that I want but it is going in the trash.
