SO I ordered a simple t-ship with a print on it and the results were terrible. The original image they printed was low resolution(probably stolen) so the t-shirt i got looks like garbage. They have the balls to charge 20 something dollars for this. Terrible customer service. Wow hopefully some of their karma catches up to them.
I ordered a Friends mug for my daughter, who is a Friends fanatic, for Christmas. The font is so small it's illegible, therefore useless. I contacted them and they replied, apologized and said they would send a placement. I received it about a week later but it's the exact same piece of crap as the first one. So now I have 2 mugs that are useless garbage. I have since been trying to contact them to get a refund and have not received a response. DO NOT buy anything from them. If anyone wants Friends merchandise, CafePress has thousands of products to choose from that arrived on time and were well made.
I ordered the t-shirt from them an extra large hanes. I received the shirt and it fit my fifteen-year-old daughter who wears a medium. I sent email including pictures with a measuring tape showing that the T-shirt was four inches too narrow. They said they'd reprint my order which made me happy but I received the second shirt today and it is exactly the same. So don't trust their size charts
I ordered an item in April, it is now November, I still do have the product. They marked it shipped in October, after me contacting them over a dozen times trying to find out what the status was, this is the best part. When you try to track it, the shipping company has no record of it, the tracking number is totally bogus. They do not return emails, I guess I can kiss my money goodbye. This is a joke. I would never order from them again.
I ordered a COVID-19 mask on 4/24. The COVID update they published on their website stated that "US orders will ship within 14 to 21 days of purchase." 30 days later, my order still hasn't shipped. The mask won't even be needed if it ever arrives because it's taking them so long to ship. I asked for my money back and they refused. There are lots of t-shirt shops on the internet. Find one that cares more about their customers than these scoundrels.
UPDATE: I paid for my mask with Paypal. After writing this review, I lodged a complaint against TeeChip through PayPal for non-delivery of my mask. Immediately, TeeChip responded by cancelling my order and refunding my money. This doesn't make them any less of scoundrels because they did refuse to refund me when I asked by email, but it offers an avenue of recourse for anyone else who they cheated. I will never do business with this firm again.
I ordered a cell phone case that was shown to have a silver horse applique on it and was sent a screen printed case instead. It was not at all like the picture or description. They refuse to do anything about it saying it was made or order so too bad. I plan on disputing it with Paypal but now I can't find the original picture anywhere on their website as proof of what they advertised. How convenient for them! Terrible company. I should have read reviews before I ordered from them.
I ordered a t-shirt with song lyrics from a famous TV show. The t-shirt came with a misspelled word. When I filed a claim, the customer service denied it saying that the campaign creator intentionally included the artwork that "I have described as flawed" and therefore they could not give me a refund. What a bull$#*! excuse. If you're a seller and you don't explicitly state that the product has any defect when you're selling it, then it's a scam. Don't shop here if you don't want to waste your hard-earned $$.
Don't buy from them they are a scam I been trying to get in contact with them for 2 weeks no response back! I have contacted the Better Business Bureau on them! They sent me a poster which was horrible quality! Teechip.com

I ordered a couple shirts from this website and they came out really nice. I am getting a lot of great compliments on them. Whether my own needs or gifts for others, they will be my go to place for merchandise.
I recently wrote a 3 star review regarding a t-shirt I ordered that was lost in transit and it took them awhile for them to get me another, but they did. On Feb. 18 I ordered another similar t-shirt. It arrived today, a day earlier than what the tracking said. I'm really pleased with both of the t-shirts. I can't complain but feel for all those people who didn't have a good experience. The only thing that kept this from being a 5 star review was that it was a little pricey.
This company is stealing artwork from original artists and removing watermarks and copyright information and selling items as custom artwork without paying artists, giving credit, or having their permission to use their work. Not to mention the hundreds of complaints about them making multiple unauthorized charges on buyers' credit cards. It's a ghost company, so no contact information given on their site leads to actual interaction with a company representative. Stay far, far, far away.
I ordered two tee shirt on May 1,2020 and today is May 31,2020 did not receive even an email to let me know they have not sent out my order yet. This is the last time I will order from them... The Shirts looks better or line than they do in real time.
I ordered a 3-pack of face masks on April 25. The site said the order would ship in 14 to 21 days. Okay, not great but okay. It's now two months later. They claimed the order shipped in early June but the shipper has no record of it. Stay away from these scammers.
TeeChip only lies to you offering you option to cancel order. I emailed them immediately when I saw an order going through I didn't order. Then I did their form the next day and they are refused to cancel saying "it's already in printing" yet won't be shipped another 5 to 10 days. Print another one to cancel then! They don't care about customers or unintentional one like me. They just offer the option to look good but just wants your money. Off to the bank and wherever I can report on this bad company.
Order masks on 4/22/2020 $132.22 was deducted from my account. Received a email on 5/1/2020 that my order was processed and would ship in 14 to 21 business days.
When you call their customer service number listed above it bounce back an forth.
No response from customer service.

I ordered a tee shirt for Father's Day on 6/2. As of today, 6/15, it hasn't even been printed. The customer service was efficient and professional and they claim they will refund the $35.00 (I know, ridiculous) to my paypal. I mean, no one thought MAYBE get the Dad shirts shipped and delivered by Father's Day? I mean, is this 1992? Disappointing
There are thousands of complaints about this company not shipping product and taking your money. Can't cancel to get money back. They won't answer phones. Bad rating on Better Business. Report them to the FTC. Federal Trade Commission. I will. They have multiple company names. I should have checked ratings before ordering. I ordered through paypal. They won't give back money either
Run run run! Do not order from these thieves. Raymond Lei has about 20 similar companies with the same address. They take your money and then you don't get your product. Any emails are responded with a bot reply that is basically the same every time you write to them. The phone number doesn't work. RUN!
I ordered a blanket for my daughter at the end of August and the email response told me it would be shipped in 5-10 days. I'm aware goods are taking longer to be shipped at present but it has been 42 days since I ordered and four emails to the company and still no blanket.
I'm giving them two stars and not one because they did refund 10% after my second email where I asked for a personal response, not a generic one and an additional 20% after my fourth email.
But, still no blanket and no change to the status so it still hasn't shipped yet.
I honestly worried it was a scam.
Only order if you don't mind waiting months and chasing the company up with reminders.
I ordered and paid for 4 mugs. Only one arrived. They were impossible to reach! The "transaction ID" on my receipt did not have the correct format to be an order number (there was no "order number" on my receipt) so I could not email them. They don't answer the phone without a correct order number. The online "support" site they give spits out a message that it is not monitored. The "chat" feature does not function at all.
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
