Had I read some of the reviews for this site I probably would not have purchased from this company. I saw an ad on facebook and loved the design and ordered two tees. They were shipped in a timely manner and arrived in a short time via DHL and USPS. I am a happy customer.

I ordered 2 tee shirts from this company based on an ad I saw on Instagram. It came weeks late and the items are the poorest quality, way too small, and not the right color. They are NOTHING like the examples that I ordered from. I have requested information on returns twice with no response. Do not waste your money here. I know other places are much more reputable.

Supports art theft!

I'm a digital artist and am constantly finding Facebook campaigns promoting products on Teechip using my work without permission. Teechip makes it extremely difficult for artists to report infringing items and make it all too easy for thieves to anomalously make profit from other people's hard work.

They have taken my money out and haven't sent me anything! My order was placed 17 march and they don't respond on emails, and the phone numbers doesn't seem to work at all! Even my ORDER ID now seems to be wrong. This is so much bull$#*!

Waiting 11 days, got email saying it was delivered. Emailed them that I did not get order, they email me back that it has not yet been shipped, yet I watched the tracking process, but it never arrived. 2 nd and last time with this terrible company.

Don't Do it ~ Don't buy

So far it has not been a good experience. The shirt was far too small and they will not simply exchange for a larger size like any other company would. This is the email response I received and to send the following:
"Pictures of the defective garments these pictures should be taken in natural light, show the printed artwork and tag of the garment(s) received, and contain a ruler showing the measurement of the garment across the chest, armpit to armpit. While we are not able to process compensation for garment fit issues, we would like to confirm that you have received the proper product. Once we get this evidence, we will be happy to process your claim." They use the word "evidence" like I somehow I intentionally shrunk a shirt that I wanted. Btw, the shirt is suppose to be an adult medium but looks like it fits a ten year old.

Crappy Quality

Shirt says Fruit of the Loom but another tag with a hole in it was behind it. Material was very rough. Hope it get better when I wash it with some Downy. The graphics were very washed out. Bad silk screening. Will not buy from them again.

Ordered a T-shirt at the beginning of Dec 2016. It's now March 2017. Called repeatedly, contacted via facebook, and other medium. No luck. They did refund the cost, but it doesn't change that it was going to be a gift, that was never able to be given.

Useless
December 20, 2017

Have ordered two t-shirts from them in my lifetime and will not anymore. Extremely poor print quality on the first, and when the second one was lost in the mail just before Christmas a refund was refused. (what good is a reprint present that arrives in January?)

I would not give any stars at all, but apparently have to give them one. I will NOT purchase from this company again... has anyone noticed that they remove their emails so as not to be tracked?
Do not order from them. I'm out $45.00. When I called my credit card company to see about a dispute, I was told they had numerous bad reviews, but not able to get refund.

BAD /NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have ordered several times from this site, thinking... I would give them a second chance... When you need to Change your order, your directed to a site, fill in your order number, make change! I followed their directions, my husbands shirt just arrived and WAS NOT CHANGED... Never answer their phones, their messages, or their FB site! Very Disappointed... these are not cheap shirts. Not wasting my $$ any more.

Just bad

This site sucks. They give you shoddy products and during checkout they present you with a window that looks like it's offering you a discount on the item you just bought but instead is giving you 10% off a duplicate of the SAME ITEM. (Can you tell they got me with this?) They do this right after you input your credit card info for purchase so you can't go back. After that, once you get the items it's poorly printed crap.

In summation, save your money.

Masks

Ordered masks 4/24/2020. Went into processing 5/1/2020. Still in processing have not been sent out. Way to long for processing. Took a week to get from order to the processing department. Seems a little long. But they took my money without a problem. Going on the 4th week in processing. Wow.
Will not respond to my emails or questions. I understand it is a busy time with everyone wanted masks. Don't except orders if you can't get them done in a timely manner. I bought these for gifts and still have not been sent. Very upsetting and frustrating.

I'm so in love with this t-shirt... I love both the quality & the detail of the print & can't wait to wear it to show it off. My only suggestion is that you order up a size or even two sizes because it runs small & it's 100% cotton which means it will shrink in the first washing.

I did contact the company about the sizing & they are taking care of it but save yourself time & order up in your first order.

T-shirt from Netherlands
November 8, 2020

I ordered a t-shirt for my daughter in the beginning of September. Ordered 2 other t-shirts after that & received them with no problem. The other one didn't come yet. Found out it was coming from the Netherlands. Had no idea when I placed the order. Finally made it to the US & then said unsuccessful delivery. I contacted teechip & they replaced my order & I've received it in a timely manner. They are a great company & awesome quality! Thank you!

I bought an article from them. It came late, the print on it was really cheap, the overall quality is more than poor. They offer no refund, their customer service is denying any communication, it keeps itself repeating, offering a reprint of the item, which is useless and poor. Don't buy from them!

Terrible art quality
November 4, 2017

Terrible. My wife finally opened her poster for her birthday and the resolution of the image is terrible. This art was not meant to be blown up to this size and shouldn't be advertised as such. There are compression artifacts everywhere, especially around the characters. We didn't see it until now because I bought it for her birthday. I wish I could return it. The pictures I have attached are actually that quality in the printed piece.

I ordered 2 Ladies T-Shirts, Sized Medium according to the company's size chart. They don't tell you that they use a super-slow DHL carrier, and then when the shirts arrived, they were almost 2 inches too small across the chest, compared to the size chart. They UNDERSIZE their products. I was put on hold for over 18 minutes with no response on their so-called chat line; finally hung up. They have no phone number to call. Good luck getting an adjustment. I wish I had checked their rep here before I bought. Let my lesson help others.

Dont ever try to by anything from this website again. Its a fraud. Its been forever since I ordered a shirt from them and no delivery yet. I emailed them three times and I get the same answer. Order on the way!
Its an automatic reply. Bad customer service and everyone is saying bad quality too.
Very unhappy with this purchase!

STAY AWAY!

Tried to order some mugs for Christmas gifts, and the website never acknowledged that the order went through. We ended up being charged for a large order TWICE, and one mug that we didn't even put into the cart! When we tried to cancel the order and have them correct it, all we got was email messages saying that the production has already started, and it was too late. Tried to call their "customer service" number, and sat on hold for over 40 minutes with absolutely no signs of a real person, or any indication that someone was eventually going to pick up the phone.
