I purchased a shirt for my fiance from them but the site was acting weird and not going to the next page as to accept my payment, finally it decided to go to the confirmation page. The next day i check my account and see I've been charged 27 dollars and change 3 times I get angry and send them an email explaining what happened and requested a refund. Im still being told there is nothing they can do because it is after the campaign ended. It was there website that made the mistake and now im SOL because of it? I refuse to accept that and I will report them if I dont get my refund on 2 of those shirts

Rip off
June 13, 2020

I ordered a long sleeve t shirt from this company. It cost $35.94. They never sent my shirt or refunded my money. I'm really mad. I wanted that shirt so bad. I contacted Paypal and they contacted the company which never replied. Stay away from this company unless you want to be ripped off!

I ordered a tee shirt on April 3rd, got notified that it would ship between 4/9-4/16. It didn't and when I inquired about tracking, I was told it just went into production and would be sent "soon" and could take 2 weeks to deliver. I tried to cancel and my request was declined. So it looks like from order date to delivery will be at least a MONTH.

I almost cancelled my order after reading the negative reviews here but am glad I did not. This is not Amazon Prime, so yes, I needed to wait about three weeks to get my shirt, but they stayed in touch all along, and when I received it the quality was nice and all that had been promised. What I believe is going on here is they get orders for a specialty shirt and when they have a reasonable number they shut down the "campaign" (as they call it) and rush manufacture only those that have been ordered. It saves them from having to stock a bunch of unsold merchandise in a warehouse. The downside is that you may need to wait a little longer than you are used to before it arrives.

Not worth the time

TeeChip has a documented history of ripping off customers and allowing "designer" to sell copyrighted images on t-shirts. Shirts and other products ordered often do not arrive on time if at all. Those that do arrive are poor quality and often very flawed.

Rip off.

I ordered a phone case and never got a confirmation. I saw that there were two charges on my credit card and when I called, after holding for 20 minutes, was given a confirmation number and told that they would put a claim in for a refund. I have since been told that I had ordered two. I even sent them a copy of the order, which showed one order and they said they could do nothing because it was already being printed. I will now go through my credit card company and will advise others to never order from this site.

I have not purchased anything from this company so I have no idea how their deliveries / products come out but I DO know that they are using images that are the intellectual copyright of others to sell products, without permission. This is absolutely abhorrent for any company to do.

Not only is this illegal but it is also morally foul. The stolen images of the bearded cat dude and any proceeds made from selling products with his images could have been used to provide charity relief for the charities he helps with his sales.

So wrong on so many levels.

They are the worst! DO NOT ORDER from this crappy and overpriced crap that you can bu for 60% cheaper! When a company has awful customer service& refuse a refund after waiting 2 months for your order which still hasn't shipped out! They don't honor anything and give you the run around! Run away from this crappy site!

It's a real shame i had to give this company 1 star... if i could have even them 0 i would have. HORRIBLE customer service and terrible company period. I ordered a poster over a month ago and still haven't received anything. Don't try calling their number, they don't even bother answering their calls. I am furious and really don't recommend this seller. HORRIBLE. Save your money and buy on another site.

I got an incorrect size, though all the paperwork & stickers on the item indicated what I actually ordered. If you have time to waste, and like to wait weeks for an impersonal email response, then go for it. I'm working on two months of waiting... It's sad. The print was fine, but now if I could get what I actually ordered, so the person it was intended for could actually enjoy it, I'd be happy. Lesson Learned.

Ultra high retail price for cheap fabrics and junk printing. Customer service plays games and say they do not understand without pictures. After sending pictures, they charged and shipped me the exact same thing. Waste of time and money.

I ordered a David Bowie poster through TeeChip. I paid with paypal. Order confirmation provided a date when order will be shipped.
A month later, Teechip customer service says they have no record of the order. They are no longer responding to email requests for status updates. I just want my money back. I will never order with them again, and I would discourage anyone else from making the mistake of ordering with them.

I cannot stress enough that if you like something off their website, you are better off not ordering it. A t-shirt that I ordered as a Christmas gift well in advance arrived after I hounded them on a tracking number which they were reluctant to give me... sound shady? It sure was. I dealt with the worst customer service representative, he was very rude and non helpful. Package finally arrived which I was thinking saved their rep in my opinion because it made it here before christmas... and it was printed on a fruit of the loom t-shirt. Are you serious? I paid $50 for 2 fruit of the loom t-shirts of poor quality?
Save your money and invest in another company with better service and better products this company is a joke.

I ordered a sweatshirt two weeks ago and it still has not been shipped yet. When I contact customer service they keep saying my order is in the printing process. I will never order from them again and I am to the point that I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company!

Horrible company
July 29, 2015

Ordered my t-shirt may 9 and received the wrong T-shirts a few weeks later. I have been trying to get the right T-shirt for months now. They keep giving me the claim number and telling me that the claims department will email me, hasn't happened yet.

I ordered an Up inspired autism shirt and am completely satisfied with the shirt. It is exactly as described, the size is accurate, it's a nice quality shirt, and they delivered it in less than a week. I was leery due to other reviews but I would definitely order from them again.
