I ordered 4 shirts several weeks ago. They charged my credit card the amount I agreed to. It was 84.00 plus. No shirts and no one to talk to.
Very satisfied with my order. My items were of great quality with eye catching designs. Exactly what we were looking for. We will be ordering more.
My transaction was for the purchase of several items from Teechip and as far as I had been made aware the amount I paid was full payment for the goods plus delivery. Everyone of these items has been sent out but I have been left cards from Royal Mail saying they could not deliver them because there is a charge of £11.96 to pay for each package. I was not made aware that there could be extra charges before I ordered and as the goods, with delivery, initially cost app. £55 I am not prepared to pay an extra charge of almost £36 for 3 packages containing just 2 T-shirts and 2 mugs.
It has taken nearly 3 weeks to find a way to contact Teechip, as apparently, their email address does not exist and the complaints form on their website just sends you round in circles to different forms to complete until you get back to the one that you initially completed! When I finally got a reply it was from a guy called Calvin and this is what their reply was:
"Thank you for contacting Teechip Pro! I am happy to assist with your order RL*****_****6.
Unfortunately there is no way for us to assist in additional fees added by your country.
Thanks again for reaching out to Teechip Pro! If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by responding to this email. ( Which, by the way, tells you that you have reached an unmonitored mailbox and sends you back to doing the rounds of completing form after form AGAIN!)

I have now been in contact with Paypal to intervene and hopefully get my £55 back.
Horrible company. Spend your money somewhere else. The give you the runaround constantly. Waste of time and money.
I am happy with my purchase. I never had a changing for mug before. Yes I will purchase more in tbe future.
Why is it I can't contact anyone from TeeChip about exchanging a t-shirt I ordered. Won't answer phone and won't answer email.
I have only ordered the hoodies from this company but they fit great. Good quality. The print itself is really good and holds up in the wash
Best advice I can give you - don't order from here. I wish I had not and I hope to save someone else time and money.
Promised delivery of shirt by eclipse and it is now 36 hours post eclipse. No sign of it even though it was ordered weeks ago.
The quality of the shirts are poor for the price, sizing is off and don't get me started about the customer service! Don't do it!
I have ordered two tee shirts and they are great! I guess I was a lucky customer too. They came on time and packaged well.

Ordered a poster, it's clearly a low quality jpeg printed on crappy paper. Asked for a refund but was ignored. Absolute ripoff.
I bought one as a gift, but am too embarrassed to give it. I'll probably use it as a nightgown instead.
What country do you work out of and were are all the garments made and printed and who do all the profits go to?

My shirt is good quality. It was my first experience with and I am pleased with the product. The team was friendly and easy to deal with. Great job
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
