I ordered a t-shirt from them that was advertised as "Ash grey" and had a photo of what appeared to be a high-quality, soft t-shirt in a solid light-medium grey with a crisp image on it. What I received was a heather grey shirt that feels like it's made of sand paper (it's like burlap) and the image is blurred on the shirt. I sent a dispute with photos and although they admitted that the shirts did not look the same (what was advertised vs what I received) the only thing they said they would do was a re-print. What? Re-print the same crappy shirt? They refused to refund my money. Do not order from them, they will post a photo of a nice shirt and then pull a bait and switch on you.
I wish I had done investigating prior to ordering my poster. It's been over 2 months and I've not received my order. I have a disputed opened through PayPal and they have not responded.
Seeing lots of very poor reviews for this site made me a little nervous. I ordered a shirt that was advertised through one of their campaigns, ordered it on February 8th, campaign ended on the 10th. Received an email that it had been shipped on the 14th and today (the 23rd) i have my shirt. The quality seems good but i haven't washed it yet. All and all i would rate my experience GOOD, i have my shirt and it only took about 2 weeks

Ordered a mug from them, took 2 weeks to arrive and extremely low quality, the print on the mug was blurry and the paints are not even on the place it suppose to be.
The poster I received was extremely low resolution, which makes me question whether they had rights from the original artist to even print the art in the first place. As a member of the graphics industry, I am completely embarrassed on their behalf.

I bought a Bright Eyes lyric poster for $27 dollars. Unfortunately, I read the reviews after making the purchase, and I also found out that the print design was stolen from an artist who sells her products on Etsy. I didn't bother with the cancellation process since I've read it is a nightmare and ineffective. It was ordered 2/2, received item today 2/22. The print quality is so blurry (lyrics & image in the background) you can barely even make the words out. I am not exaggerating. Do not buy anything from this company. For $27 I should have received a quality poster not this garbage. I'm pretty upset since it was a gift to my husband but I will use this as a learning experience.

I ordered multiple posters. One was the wrong background color. After months and multiple emails, I still haven't received the correct poster. They only use emails, you can't call and speak to anyone. Poster quality is ok but not great. I wouldn't buy from TeeChip again.
Just like most of the other reviews; I ordered a poster that cost $25 after shipping and received a large piece of poster board (like you used on your science project in 6th grade) with a super pixelated image (like if one were to go on Facebook, Pinterest, Etsy and download it, enlarge and print it) The tracks of the print head are the clearest thing on the 'poster'. It was also damaged, but it was already garbage to begin with so that is redundant at this point. Customer Service replied stating that they will replace if damaged, but all sales are final. I think the people running this scam need to be dealt with by gangsters with a claw hammer."put your hand on the table" - Casino style.
Took over a month to receive my order after ETA was 2 weeks. Gave me a partial refund "for my trouble" while I waited. Had ordered a 24" x 36" poster but once the poster finally did show up it was 18" x 24" and very low quality. Instead of refunding the remaining amount they insist on sending me a reprint. Now, I have a background in printing and an image with low DPI is not going to get better when doubled in size. They flat out refuse to give a refund insisting new poster has been shipped. Well... new poster is now "lost in the mail" and I'm still out entirely too much for shoddy work.

Over a month to ship, terrible shirt, seams ripped out in about 12 hours under normal use, no response from customer support. Never again would I buy from TeeChip or recommend them to anyone.
Purchased a Princess Mononoke poster (24x37). Print quality was pixelated and not worth the $30. Stay away from it.

I ordered a Walking Dead "Lucille Skull Smash Whiskey" with a couple great "testimonials." The Gilden sweatshirt is of decent material and the product did not shrink nor did the screen printing wash off. The sweatshirt is perfect sized and I could not be happier (with the sole exception that I wish the sweatshirt was of the same material advertised in the picture, but then again I was shopping on my phone).

I recently wrote a 3 star review regarding a t-shirt I ordered that was lost in transit and it took them awhile for them to get me another, but they did. On Feb. 18 I ordered another similar t-shirt. It arrived today, a day earlier than what the tracking said. I'm really pleased with both of the t-shirts. I can't complain but feel for all those people who didn't have a good experience. The only thing that kept this from being a 5 star review was that it was a little pricey.
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
