My sweatshirt came; was a bit short in the length, & kinda wide, but the print is good. I was gonna return it to get a bigger size or a shirt, but I'll just be happy with what I got

I ordered a shirt that was advertised on FB and it arrived. Does not fit and I hate it. Teechip does not respond to emails and their phone does not work.

Similar to other reviews, I ordered a print, and have no confidence that I will ever get it. It's going on two months without an update other than the "printing" status for my order. As others have said, artwork isn't original, it's stolen from other artists, and TeeChip doesn't deliver on their orders. Buyer beware.
Purchased 2 sweatshirts for my sons. The XL was no problem, the Med. Is way to small and they could care less. Have been after then for 2 months and nothing gets done. What a rip-off.
Do think twice when buying from this company! Do your research first into other reviews - unfortunately I didnt and now Im left out of pocket with a print that Ive had to put in the bin because the print quality was so poor, over pixelated, and the company wont refund me or reprint as apparently it states in the terms and conditions 'what I see is what I get'. Not a happy customer
Beware! This company steals artwork from artists without the artist's consent and sells it as their own. The print quality is awful - pixelated - because it's been copied! Will never again buy from Teecheap
This company rips people off by relying on the good name of Tee-spring. I ardered a ladies XL ( I am a Large) this Tshirt is so small that I can not even get it over my head! Requested a bigger size and they refused because it is a custom order. Hard scratchy tshirt material. I was tricked am I'm so mad! Never buy anything from this company
I will never waste my money ordering from this Co. Again. A 3yr. Old could do a better silk screen. A lot of the image is blurred or missing. Bad quality!
Just received ordered mug & am very disappointed. The image is not clear at all, & barely shows on the black surface. What should have been a cool gift, is NOT!

Their stuff is cheap and not worth the purchase. Go elsewhere. They also rip off artwork from the artist and then won't pay them.
This company is CONSTANTLY stealing artwork from other artists without consent. They are bootleggers who try to profit off others hard work by selling poorly made/poorly printed products. This company is spam that needs to be shut down
Teechip sells bootleg posters for popular artists who make limited edition prints. Expect anything you receive from them to look like a blurry piece of poop. Not a dime goes to the artist, just straight into these roaches hands.
Support the artist, not the bootlegger!
Ordered a poster, it's clearly a low quality jpeg printed on crappy paper. Asked for a refund but was ignored. Absolute ripoff.
My poster was printed on thin NOT GLOSSY paper even though it said glossy poster. The design is SO blurry. My 100 Groovebook prints for $2.99 turn out better and clearer pictures. Stay away from this dishonest company.
I was charged for two posters. When I contacted Support I was told repeatedly that there was nothing they could do because my order went to the printer already.
One item never arrived (the poster container was empty). The poster that did arrive was horribly dithered. Low quality. Of course I can't get anyone in support to respond.
I ordered a 2 mugs. One arrived missing words and when I tried to contact them for a replacement, they said it was suppose to look like that and closed my claim.
Do yourself a favor and keep your money.
I will never again order from this company. I ordered a sweatshirt for myself that said never underestimate a woman with a DD-214.
I am an extra large so that is the size I ordered it. However their sizing is men's sizes. Why would a company who is selling a woman sweatshirt used men's sizes? If I walked into a store to buy a blouse I wouldn't expect it to be with men's sizes. Teechip told me that because the sweatshirt was not defective they would not give me back my money or even an exchange. This is not a personalized items, it does not have my name on it. It is bulk group item. I have wasted my money because I cannot wear this sweatshirt.
There are other companies that I have ordered T-shirts from that actually had my name on it but the size was wrong. They let me keep the mis-sized one, and sent me a correct one for free. Now that's a company will continue to do business with. The hell with teechip!
