Qrdered the devils eyes crew neck, suppose to have print on the front and back. Only the front is printed and runs very small.

I ordered an XL ladies and I am normally a Large and thought since ordering online I will go up size incase and it is expensive and I love the shirt a little big is ok. I get it and it is a XL to fit a child, I was fuming mad, disappointed and not happy and they refuse to do anything to make it right. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM OR ORDER AGAIN.
I placed an order for several tee shirts. I was given 2 confirmation #'s and then 2 tracking #'s for my order. I received 1 but it's been 3 weeks and the other still hasn't arrived. Turns out the tracking # was not a valid #, the order # they gave me I've been told on their recording is not valid, there is no phone support available and they have not responded to my claim. Bad business to deal with.
Wish I had read the fine print to discover there are no returns. Plus the quality was really shoddy. Waste of $25.
Do not buy from this place. It is horrible. They sent me a package with nothing inside of it and refused to send a new one or issue a refund. So basically they tried to steal my money. I filed a claim with Paypal to retrieve my money. After they did a chargeback they offered to send a replacement if I lifted the chargeback. But I would rather keep my money then give this company one penny of mine.
Do not buy from this company. First shipment they sent me the incorrect poster, I called to get the correct poster shipped and to return the incorrect one. Waited two more weeks and when I opened it. Again the wrong poster! So I sent an email requesting that the correct poster ordered for $22.98 to be shipped to me in two days, not two weeks. This was the 2nd time. So she refunds my money! Didn't ask me, didn't try to rectify the situation... poor sales rep and poor shipping... I know shipping too - I. M a Logistics Manager of a warehouse!
They are a scam company with zero integrity. They did not ship and only refunded 50% of my order, though I never received it.
Ordered a T-shirt at the beginning of Dec 2016. It's now March 2017. Called repeatedly, contacted via facebook, and other medium. No luck. They did refund the cost, but it doesn't change that it was going to be a gift, that was never able to be given.
All responses are pretty much automated. After receiving a poor quality and damaged print (it had been squashed and crumpled) I requested a refund or alternative print. Ideally I was after a refund so i didn't have to go through the ordeal of all the automated emails. My first human contact stated that I needed to send the photos in natural day light as the ones showing the damage in a electric light weren't adequate... Yeah, I know... this is the calibre of intelligence we're dealing with here people.

Emailed 4 times, telephoned in an attempt to reach someone; surprise no answer from either. Tried to cancel by email and phone but again no response. Contacted my credit card company to dispute charge and Lo & behold the t-shirts came a week later. Finally received an email from a customer service guy claiming he would get to the bottom of it. I asked for return shipping instructions but No Answer. Finally my credit card company notified me that Tee Chip sent them proof of shipping (2 week late shipping) and that I would have to pay the charge. JUST SAY NO! DO not purchase from this company.

Ordered a greyhound print, quite expensive but looked good on Facebook. Wish I'd taken the time to read reviews first as wouldn't have touched Teechip with a bargepole. Weeks passed the DHL tracking number gave no information. Teechip customer service is non-existant and they do not respond to any communication. The product never did arrive and I was eventually forced to raise a dispute via Paypal. Fortunately Paypal cam good and fully reimbursed me as Teechip couldn't even be bothered to supply them with and proof they had sent the item.
Do not waste your time and money using this scam firm.
I order a limited edition Panic! At the Disco shirt the graphic was sooo cool online and I was very excited to get it, it was a birthday present for myself and me and my boyfriend are going to their concert at the end of March. It arrived in the time frame it said it would but the quality is terrible. Like horrific, its a scratchy stiff shirt with a faded design, it looks almost pixelated. Im so disappointed and heartbroken because it was going to be the shirt I wore to the concert and now I've just wasted $30 on a terrible product. Don't buy from this website EVER.
My friend sent me a Tshirt, but it was too small. I tried calling them multiple times, during their biz hours, but never got a human. I was directed to "chat" with them on line. They never responded to my chat. I tried their other phone options, (other than the Customer Service option), but they want an order number, which I don't have. Non-existent customer service... go elsewhere.

I ordered a Panic! At the Disco "Limited Edition Tee" that looked awesome on the campaign website. I picked out my size in the "Relaxed Fit Ladies Tee" option and ordered the product. Originally, I had no reservations about buying from this company because I had bought from them once before with no trouble. While the shirt did arrive on time, I do not think that I have ever been more disappointed with an online order. The design is faded and almost too blurry to look at, as if the shirt were several years old; the whole thing has this weird grayish and pixelated overlay. The t-shirt material itself is a coarse cotton Fruit-of-the-Loom tee that is not nearly durable enough to hold to screen press of the design. I printed a better quality t-shirt in my Freshman graphics design class. This Teechip shirt was $26.95 with $3.99 for shipping, meaning that I paid over $30 dollar for a rip-off product that it so cheap I'm afraid to wash it and ruin it even further. When I tried to contact customer service, I learned their outrageous no-return-just-replace policy. I would never recommend this service to anyone looking for reliability and quality.
Note in the pictures that I attached that most of the smaller pieces of the design are little more than dull blobs. The first photo is what the design looked like online, and the second, darker one is what I received.
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
