Ordered a hoodie and a T-shirt because the profits will be donated to a charity I wanted to support. Received an order close date of Feb 5 2017... it is now MARCH 16 2017 and I haven't received as much as a door knocker from whatever postal service they shipped it with (If they ever shipped it at ALL). I Called DHL with my tracking numbers and DHL said they did not pay to have "extended tracking" and once the package was received in Canada, DHL has no idea where it went? Customer service number on the website does not work and hangs up on you after a robotic system leads you through a maze of different options, all ending with no person ever answering and the system hanging up on you. Imagine my surprise when I went to their reviews and there wasn't a single positive one. These people running this company are a special kind of scum and should not be operating a business... especially one with with any ties to charity or good intentioned, money raising campaigns. Shame on you TEE CHIP! I would have donated the money directly to the charity if I was smart enough to see your reviews before being dumb enough to trust you would send me what I paid for. I will be telling every person through my different social media outlets about you and your slimy tactics. I hope Karma catches up with you big time!

No matter what the negative reviews say, my transaction was perfect. Hoodie is exactly as pictured, even the bright colour. The company was very communicative and kept me informed. Canadian shipping took a bit longer but totally satisfactory.

Do not buy from them I have been waiting for over 2 months for my item and still has not come thankfully I payed with PayPal so I got my money but they didn't even reply to PayPals emails not even mine it's a waste of money and time buying off them

They are scammers

I placed an order, the money was deducted from my card over a month and still no delivery after numerous emails back and forth as they ate unable to be reached via phone, they told me they can't offer compensation as the item was delivered when the tracking info states other wise and I'm sure it wasn't delivered.

Wrong size no return

I ordered a bull terrier phone case for $30 for a samsung s6 edge. Case not even close to correct size. And they wont accept returns. Never again.

Absolute crap

Ordered a mug for $25 and the writing was printed so small it was illegible. Even with a magnifying glass I couldn't read it. Massive waster of money, no reply regarding complaint.

It's almost a month and half still no item delivered to me.
I ordered last January 31,2017, it's already march 14,2017 but no item delivered. I always do the trucking, and until now, the trucking date was February 7,2017. Nothing is moving.

They failed to deliver my shirt. Apparently, their "carrier" reports otherwise. Contacted them and they immediately shut me down. Avoid this scam. My bank is reversing the charge as I type this. Nice try, bastards.

I ordered a shirt on Jan 2017.
The order was done and supposed to shipped with a tracking #. I did a follow with the TeeChip on the order on Feb 24 and I received notification of my escalation but the case was close right after I open the case. They told me the shpping was in progress.
Last week March 9 I try to do follow with them again but I received email telling the mailbox of this company was full and my messages wasn't able to reach his destination.

Please avoid buying from them.

I ordered a shirt on January 9th for my husband. The campaign ended on January 25th, and as of today, March 13th, it still has a "printing" status. I had messaged them about a refund and was told I couldn't get one because the shirt was in the process of being made. They have not told me when it will be made or anything. Luckily I paid through paypal and I have filed a complaint with them. I have to wait for a response (up to 3 days) from them before I can get my money back through paypal. Save yourself the trouble and don't order ANYTHING from this company.

Poor quality poster

I ordered The Lord Of the Rings poster. It looked really fabulous online but was actually very poor quality, printed on low-quality paper, with a very low resolution. I will definitely not be putting this up on my wall. The return policy states that they only accept damaged merchandise, so it doesn't look like I can get a refund, Avoid buying from them. I wish I'd seen the reviews before I placed my order- I wasted 25$.

They Don't Deliver

I ordered a tshirt on February 12 as part of a campaign with a posted end date of February 13. It is now March 12, the campaign has been extended 5 times and they still cannot tell me when my order will ship. When I called to cancel the order, they offered a 50% refund but they will not cancel the order. So they still have my money and I have no information on when I will receive my order.

This company needs to be shut down. Do not full orders with proper merchandise, sizing is way off, quality is very poor, you could go to a local printer and get a dozen quality shirts for what this scam provides.

I bought an 11x17 poster for $40. The image was low resolution to the point where it was blurry and pixelated. I took photos of it and tried to send them to teechip and asked for a refund, but their Escalations mailbox kept on being full. They have no phone support and it took several weeks before they replied. I was advised that they were sending a reprint (of the same resolution?), that a refund wasn't possible, and that they were sorry about whatever frustration this may cause. They must have the same drill for whoever tries their website! Overcharge for their items, send them 2, and don't refund.

I've had two experiences with this company, I don't know why the second time would be different but the customer service and products are terrible. Refused to cancel my order before it even shipped, so I gave up and just kept the order. Then I ordered a phone case and large poster and they both look like absolute $#*!, like someone took a thumbnail of a photo and blew it up in paint so it looks like a pixelly piece of $#*!. I would never make an order again

Teechip sucks

Went to look at an item today just to check out price of shipping. The page clearly said confirm and pay on next screen. I never hit anything else and 2 seconds later I get a paypal message saying ive just purchased from teechip. Ommediately emailed to cancel.it and got a return email saying o cant cancel.my order because it immediately starts the printing process. I call bs. Why is there even a cancel order option if you can't cancel an order. Do not ever buy from this scamshop

Scammers

DO NOT trust this company. This company literally prints photos off of google (stealing others work) onto poster paper. We were unlucky enough to purchase 2 Andrew McMahon posters at once and are now stuck with terrible, pixilated posters and they refuse to accept returns. $60 wasted. Also- The Andrew McMahon official website has these posters on offer AND autographed for $6 less
