How difficult is it to provide a cotton T shirt? What does relax fit mean -- not tight, not fitted. What does XL mean? Most places it is 14-16 or more. The shirt I received is hard to the touch, course against the skin AND it is more like a medium than XL. Since there is absolutely no return unless material defect -- I'm SOL. I don't recall seeing that "material defect" language anywhere either. Caution just skip it!

Just got done disputing the charge on my CC. I was charged 10 days ago and still haven't even received a confirmation email from them. I tried sending an email the address provided in the Paypal transaction, and it bounced back as an invalid address. I then tried to check the status of my order from their site. Well, I don't have an order number and when I tried to search for it using my name and email, it says no order exists. Would NOT recommend them.

Stay far away

This company refuses to give me a refund, on something I never even opened. The poster came unframed, which is outrageous for the price they charged me. I contacted them, and they refuse to give me a refund. With all the choices of companies that you can do business with, stay far away from TeeChip. It's a rip off!

It's all a scam
August 10, 2016

Not only was I not given any sort of email confirmation of my order, instead of waiting for the "pay after delivery" the money was given to them through PayPal more than a week before scheduled. Still not having received the item or confirmation, I tried contacting customer service through email and phone, however that can't be done without an order ID, which I was not given. Im glad I didn't spend more than $30, but nobody likes to be cheated out of their money like this. I hope they get what they deserve.

I ordered a phone case and after submitting my order realized that it automatically got changed from a black to a chocolate color. I will not use a chocolate color case. Called immediately and when I was finally able to talk to someone, I was told that nothing can be done, even if it is a technical issue. Then, I submitted a claim and heard back that they will not do anything about the problem. They essentially ran away with my money and there is no recourse. I got across this site on Facebook. Please be warned.

I ordered a t shirt a month ago. The phone number is a recording that sounds like a robot and never an option to speak to a person and their email address comes back undeliverable. Ive requested a refund through paypal. Also, since ordering I think they used both my cell and email address for a ton of spam. And filthy disgusting spam at that. Run!

I ordered a mug 2 months ago and they sent me the wrong one. I had tried contacting the company on several occasions and have not heard back from anyone as on yet! This mug was suppose to a gift for my husband. Don't waste your money ordering from this company!

Horrible

Omg, I wish I read the reviews before ordering a print/poster. Sadly I am relieved that other people have had the same issue and it's not just my eyes. The print looks like a much smaller version blown up and out of focus. It's terrible. I reached out and was told no refunds because it's the actual same item, no acknowledgement of the piss poor quality. Stay away!

I ordered 2 shirts and paid over $50.00 and they were printed incorrectly. I have been attempting for months to get either my money back or the shirts reprinted without any results. Cannot get anyone on the phone to speak with and they say my order # is wrong. I even e-mailed them a picture of the 2 shirts and a copy of my original order. They got my $$$$ and I am so disappointed. Do not use this company!

I've never been so unhappy with a company ever! If I could give them ZERO stars I would!
I ordered 6 tshirts with Black Lives Matters messages almost 8 weeks ago and have yet to receive my shirts. I choose their site for their many options and the fact that I was buying so many shirts that made having variety important. But if I had known it would take most of the summer to get the shirts I would NEVER had given them a penny.

On top of this, I don't believe that there is anyone actually following up on customer service complaints. When I have sent them customer complaints, I get form emails back. And when I send back well written, descriptive emails that tell them specifically what the issue is and ask them for a specific action in return, again I get pre-written, formulaic email that promises results within a certain timeframe but does not deliver. There is no customer service at all. They've simply taken my $155 and not fulfilled my order.

I ordered and paid for 4 masks and only received two several weeks later that were low print and low sewing quality. I understand why it took so long for them to arrive with our given circumstances, but when I asked to return them for a refund they only offered to send more of the same merchandise. They will not reply to any of my messages and have not refunded any of my $68.

SCAM - FRAUD
June 6, 2017

This company stole my identity online and made 2 charges ($300.00). I am trying to get a hold of them, Nobody answer. I don't understand how they got my information from, because I never order anything from them before. Chase Bank sucks because they allowed that to happened.

I'm always afraid of buying things on the internet. I'm also concerned they'll end up being cheap or I'll have been scammed. I ordered a shirt for my husband, who loves to BBQ. When it arrived, the colors were vibrant and the shirt looked great. The fit was perfect as well. Pleased with this purchase.

Scammers! Beware

I ordered some things from this site on July 5th. Nothing showed. They never emailed a confirmation number and they require one to track your order. You cannot call and speak to a human. Am getting Paypal charges reversed because they won't
Respond to them either. Do not trust this company. There are plenty of legit sites that deserve yoyr business more.

Order two hoodies and a t-shirt all arrived with nice colours received an E-mail advising of the delay took 30 days but that was because they had overwhelm request for the product. No scam here you just need to be patient.
