I ordered and paid for a beautiful dress to wear to my sister's wedding. 2 months later money was gone and package finally received. GUESS WHAT WAS IN THE PACKAGE? A computer wire! (See photo) SCAM SCAM SCAM.

I ordered my dress august 30th. The processing time was supposed to be 8 to 12 days. Its now September 15th and it will be the 16th in a few hours. The dress is a bridesmaid dress and the wedding is October 10th. I am seriously scared that the dress won't get here in time. It has gone past the number of days that it should have taken to ship out and I'm appalled that it has gone past the maximum number of days it should have taken. The website even says that they will ship it out by the processing time. I will not be recommending this site to anyone and I definitely won't be shopping here again. I'm just hoping that the dress gets here in time so I can make sure it fits.

This site is more than just terrible. It's the best way to waste your money. The dress had many imperfections, fixing it is more than the dress itself. Even shipping the dress back for a full refund was worth more than the dress. The size chart is very inaccurate. I feel ashamed of myself by getting ripped off this way.
Not everything was bad, but at least 99.*******% of it was bad. The dress color was okay. That's all I can say positive.
Now back to the negatives (still many left), shipping back the dress I bought was $160, basically NO REFUND since it is worth the same as the dress. These people find their way of earning their money, they don't just sell cheap for the customer to be happy. No doubt about that.
My suggestion is that you stay away from this site, as far away as possible! Not worth the money spent. I'm wondering if the good reviews of this site were written by people who were paid to write it, or by people who haven't even received their items. I'm not the only one with the problem. ALL the bridesmaids and even the bride had several problems with the items of this site. This gave EXTRA stress to the bride. Don't waste your money here.

TBDress is the worst possible retail site on the internet. I still haven't received three items from my order. And the items that I did receive appear as though they were made by a child with vision impairments. I am extremely unhappy with my purchases. They arrived late and they don't fit. All of the clothing is at least three sizes too small, poor quality, and doesn't look quite like the pictures. Clearly, the pictures on the site are from other companies, and TBDress merely attempts to copy the clothing. I was definitely scammed, and I want to ensure that others are warned before purchasing anything from this site. And now I've been told to pick out replacement items. Why would I take the chance of ordering anything else from this site? I want a full refund, yet they keep telling me that I must replace the items which are "sold out". One week ago they told me that they will send a refund for one item. Of course, that item is the cheapest thing from my order - a pair of earrings that only costs $6.74. Do not be mislead by the images, and do not shop from this site. It is a complete scam! If it was possible to rate them with 0 stars, I would have, but it wasn't an option.

Less than a month ago i decided to order from tbdress my wedding dress.
I found this site looking around the forums about ordering wedding dress from the internet.
After ordering, i unfortunately read some bad reviews about this site and that made me feel anxious about what to expect.
But my instinct told me to calm down. And the instinct was right.
I received my dress just yesterday and that one was surprisingly good. The quality of lace is perfect. The material under the lace too. The fit of the dress -even in standard measurements- is really good, especially the back. I can say i feel stunning. And taller! Haha!
And the most important: THE PRICE. Looking around in shops of my town in Greece, they asked me for 1000 or 1200 euros just to RENT, not to buy, which i can't afford and also i believe it's profiteering, it's not worth to pay that much for wearing a dress just one time for some hours.
Also i want to add that everything i asked from tb dress team about some details of my dress, like other sleeves than the original design of the dress or other belt, they did it exactly like i requested.
My conclusion: really PROFESSIONAL job, really professional and kind service, almost perfect product. And of course i would order again because i am interested in some clothes tbdress shows in its site. Plus i would recommend it to someone who is looking for wedding dress.

EVEN WHEN YOU PROVE THEM WITH PICTURES THAT THEY HAVE SENT YOU FAULTY ITEMS THEY STILL DENY IT! ITS ALSO NOT WORTH OF SENDING BACK ANY ITEM; YOU WILL NEVER GET A REFUND AND YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING!

5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE! I don't understand how a company can get away with this type of thing, of course, the business is located OUTSIDE of the US... I have seen the pictures of dresses that people have received in comparison to the dress they thought they were ordering. This company steals pictures of dresses from other companies and post them to their site and have people, who can't sew a 1 millimeter hole together, sew an entire dress! Check Youtube, Facebook, and other internet searches and you will see these people are scammers!

ZERO STARS! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

I ordered a coat and 2 dresses from this site. The coat was not true to size AT ALL! The 2 "sweater" dresses did fit fine but the material was so thin that it was completely see-through. I emailed them regarding this and they said I was most likely in the wrong and wanted pictures of me wearing the products to prove they were see through and didn't fit... no thank you. To return the items cost more than the items themselves because they are in CHINA! Shipping alone is over $30. I will sell them to Platos Closet or something and NEVER EVER SHOP ON THAT SITE AGAIN!

No dress, no response! Massive waste of money! Website now saying my order number doesn't exist and my password invalid. No return email after many sent emails. Scam!
