I am based in Ireland and ordered a number of items. They did arrive within 2 weeks as promised but the majority of items were badly made and did not match up to the description on their website, the items are quite short ( 1 which fits my 10 year old daughter perfectly). Items were quite cheap so I guess you get what you pay for! What really annoyed me was the customer service - the worst I have ever encountered - I emailed asking what i needed to do to return the items. I was told I couldnt as they were custom made to my order. I emailed back stating they were all "One Size" - and i did not made any specific requirements. I was then told "did i look at there size chart" and id be better off keeping them and giving them to a friend if I was not happy as shipping costs were high - they were extremely rude in the e-mail. They do not want people to return anything and make it extremely difficult. I would advise people do not shop with this company - no comeback and impossible to deal with if there are any problems!
I ordered this item WELL over 35 days ago... still says my order is "PREPARING"! This is NOT ACCEPTABLE! TBDress is a FRAUD... and I WILL tell everyone... on social media! You just take our money and assume we will forget! Well NO... I DID NOT FORGET. I have ordered many times from overseas and have NEVER had to wait this long! TERRIBLE COMPANY, HORRIBLE SERVICE.
I found this winter jacket/trench and love it, I am planning to buy another in blue!

I ordered 2 dresses and a blazer from tb dress before I read and reviews about the site so when I read all these horrible complaints I was soooo worried and thought I was gonna be waiting weeks 4 them 2 arrive. They just arrived 2day after only a week of waiting and I was so scared 2 open the package. They are all perfect! Absolutely chuffed with everything I ordered, I just wanted 2 give people a bit of peace of mind about it because I was really worried and I was only getting casual dresses, nothing like a wedding dress wer it would be sooo stressful waiting 2 c if they're perfect. Hopefully there's a very small amount of people not happy compared 2 people who are. And just remember people who are not happy are more likely 2 give a review about it than people who are delighted with their products, and that's why there's so many bad 1s, I'll defo be ordering from tb dress again. I might actually order something right now
This is my first order from tb dress. I get a dozen compliments every time i wear this dress. Exactly like the picture. Size and length are perfect.it does not come with a belt
NEVER ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered a coat over a month ago and have still not seen my coat. They told me to contact my local post office then stopped responding to me emails. WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!

The customer service of tbdress is impressive. They response immediately to my emails. I am really happy with tbdress, the only problem is their shipping is a little slow, but it's ok for me.

I am NEVER ordering from this site again i ordered my prom dress two weeks ago and havent gotten any notice about when this dress is being shipped out. I tried to call just to know when it will be sent out and i probably wont even get my dress in time :( If there is a person that can call me i would like an email with the number because i NEED to know. Order #******* I am very VERY upset that i may not get to go to my junior prom i saved up for this day for years...

A great choice of costumes, especially as I needed an XL size. I do not usually like to go to a party in fancy dress because I feel self conscious due to my size, so even when I ordered it I was a bit warry, but I needn't have been. When it arrived and I tried it on I loved it and felt very comfortable in it - roll on the party now!
My friend told me about tbdress when I told him I wanted to buy a dress when we were in Washington DC and I immediately went home and search it on my laptop and to my surprise I saw many nice dresses that I wanted but one thing that I never believed it is their pricing was relatively so cheap compare to all place I have shopped. After I shopped from the site that when I completely believed the site. It is really nice site to shop.
Dress nothing like shown. They don't want to refund me. Took over a month to come and once I complain they sent me something botched up. Don't order from them
