I couldn't wait to get the dress for my friend's bridal, I was so excited to wear it, waited anxiously for 3 weeks for the dress to come. I open the package excitedly the dress is beautiful but no way it's a 2X. So I move on to the jacket I ordered it supposed to be of 4X it was a size of an extra large Maybe. They both items to my sister didn't want to go to the house so sending it back, now I have nothing to wear to the shower.

TERRIBLE! If I could give negative stars I would. Dress took far too long to arrive with no updates on the shipping. When it arrived it is poorly made and the sizing is way off. I ordered a few sizes larger than I usually wear in a dress to allow to alter down. I cannot even zip it and the arm holes are incredible tight. The length is way off. The train is far longer than the photos show. The "belt" is a bunch of sequins sewn to the dress. Not a belt at all. I ended up having to go out and find a replacement dress and bought my normal size that fits perfect but now TB Dress wants me to send photos of the measurements and whatnot and basically jump through hoops for their poor workmanship. Two weeks before my wedding and honeymoon I have to provide them photos of what they did wrong to attempt to get some sort of a return while then finding time to take it to the post office if I get the return information from them before I leave so they can't say the time frame has expired. Terrible company. Terrible workmanship. Horrible service. Very frustrating. Will not order from them again and will post on social media to warn everyone to not order either

I love TBdress. I bought some tops and singlets from their online store before but their sizing are a little inaccurate, they usually run 1 size larger. I ordered a dress with a slit on the side. There was no slit. I sent six pictures and they are still saying they do not see the problem. Also the dress is a foot longer than the measurements indicated. They will give you the hardest time returning a product--still no success. Every single positive comment is a fake, just like their website reviews because there is no option to leave a comment! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY!

I live in the Netherlands, so my english isn't very good;-) Well... i did order a coat at TBDress and payed. But "the site" said i did not pay. That it wasn't succesfull. But my bankaccount tells me i did pay! I'm now very scared that i am framed. I've send a email to TBDress, but i have no respons yet. I hope it's not a fake site. I don't think so, but what have gone wrong then? I am scared that i don't get that nice coat and i've lost my money:-( They can react very quickly on this site, but not on my email... I will try to get my money back from the bank.

This item is shorter than it appears in the image, however it is perfect for layering with a longer top. I ordered the navy and believe this may now be my new favourite sweater! :)

OMG! Words can not describe this Great experience I have had with tbdress! They got my wedding dress and other things I ordered to me in a timely fashion actually sooner than I thought I was the one inpatient and panicking over nothing! But OMG when my dress and other things came it was everything I ever imagined and more they made my life! I cannot wait 2 get married and put on my Gorgeous gown ever since I was a little girl I always watched and loved the Cinderella movie and always said when I met my Prince I want 2 look just that Gorgeous and yea it may sound corny but tbdress made that come true and more people order from this site they are the Bomb Dot Com Lol! I was looking for a dress for ages and i came across one on TB Dress. I was new to the site and didnt know what to expect. I finally came across a beautiful white dress which was short at the front and long at the back. It had gold studs at the sweetheart neckline. It was beautiful. I decided to go for the fastest possible delivery time and it arrived in less than 2 days. (which i was delighted with) It was perfect! I tried it on and it fitted so well and was so comfie! Ive had it awhile now and its still the same! Great quality and a great shopping expierience! Thank you

I really don't understand this company. Do you guys really listen to your customer's complaints? I purchased a dress on the 27th of june 2015 and finally received it on the 10th of july 2015. My usual size is US 2 but i ordered a US 4 to my greatest surprise it wouldn't fit, I won't even pass through my hips. I want to return it, can i have the address for return? And i am yet to get my refund for paying for 2-5days shipping which wasn't delivered as requested and up till now the refund Is yet to be credited after getting an email that it has. Expecting your response soonest
