I placed an order for a dress in October 2013. I received an email from the company asking to verify my size. I immediately responded with the verification of the size of my dress. A month later, I had not received my dress. I emailed them for status and they didn't respond until November. This is when they informed me that the dress had never been made. At this point, I cancelled the order. Although it was not my fault for the cancellation, they will not refund my money because they said I hadn't cancelled withing 48 hours of the order. WORST comapany ever!

Back in July, I ordered a dress. It took over a month to arrive. The dress was nice, good quality fabric but unfortunately it did not fit me very well so I sent it back following the instructions they gave me regarding the return parcel. Since then, they do not keep in touch with me, I have to do it. They keep asking me for the tracking details, so I send those details and the answer I get: please could you send us the tracking details. It's been 4 month now that every time I send those details, they ask me for the details! 3 options here, they are stupid, they can not read but I think they are just a bunch of incompetent retailer but competent thieves.
DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS WEBSITE!

I recently bot a long sweater for my wife and she wears a US size Small, after waiting over a month it arrived in the mail, she tried it on and it was way to small, like extra small! We didn't return it because it was a really nice sweater, it fit but she couldn't button it up! I bot a nice button up jacket and a nice long sleeve shirt to go under it, I looked at The sizing chart and for my size it matched my US size which is a Large so I thought It was a safe bet, the order arrived 3 and a half weeks later since it came from China. When I opened it it looked like my 8 year old son could wear it, I could even get my other arm in the jacket, my wife tried it on and it fit her just fine! Im bummed out because now I have to send it back to China and reorder a XXL if they even have that size! If you buy anything from them expect long delivery time and order 2 sizes up and it should fit just fine!

This place is a total scam. They sent the wrong size, then tried to scam more money out of me to fix THEIR mistake. Operates under multiple names / email addresses to confuse the customer and Paypal. Offers refunds of $1.00 to make the problem go away. Sends emails from different "customer service" people with different email addresses to further complicate a simple problem. STAY AWAY. PAYPAL IS CURRENTLY INVESTIGATING THEM. Not worth the hassle.

Received my order today, faster than i expected. The necklace is pretty and gorgeous, definitely buy more from this website. I already order another dress and can't wait to wear it!

I ordered all my gowns from Tbdress.com. Tina was the one who assisted. I want to thank her for being patient and for her unending support with my orders. I ordered my wedding gowns, bridemaids gowns, flowergirls gowns and my pre nuptial gowns! Indeed all the gowns were in really good quality! I looked amazing with all the gowns i ordered. I gave them all the measurements and have delivered the same. Except for my wedding because i suddenly lost weight but we were able to manage it because it was corset in style.
