Shopping was quick, easy, and fast with a lot of nice selections that varied in sizes. A great site for petite to full figure ladies. Will be shopping on this site again.
It took over a month to receive my order, with many excuses from the company that the garments were "being made". At the time of their arrival, my husband was diagnosed with gastric cancer and I was focused on getting him treatment. When I was finally able to try on the outfits, they were cheaply made, fabrics were thin, and, most of all, the sizes were not similar to the measurements of the U. S, even though I used their measurement guide. I immediately wrote to them, and was told that they could not be returned because it was after their 7-day return policy. IT WAS ONLY AN EXTRA WEEK! I explained my husband's medical situation, but have had no option to return the merchandise and be refunded the money sent. I WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, AGAIN.
I ordered ONE dress on March 10th... STILL have not received it... now, May 6th. They have given me nothing but the runaround. There last correspondence stated it was "on its way". I filed a grievance with PayPal, they found in MY FAVOR (company has bad history). Thank goodness, I got my money back! DONT ORDER FROM TBDRESS!
I bought an item for my wedding and received nothing. No email confirmation or tracking number. They sure did take my money. I've tried to contact them and am getting no response.

Quality sucks! Apparel looks nothing like the photos and the materials used on all the products I purchased from a jacket(felt!) to sweatshirts(see-through!) horrible! Total junk!

I bought 3 dresses at the same time I just got 1 after 9 days and the material it's so ugly it's come with pearl and looks so ratchit!. Guess what! I trow away?. And then I'm still waiting for the other 2 dresses;(;(;(;(. This place it's terrible!
Another think I bought another item 2 weeks ago but I paid a fast delivery from 3-5 days delivery and I'm still waiting for that! Its been 2 weeks... and its suppost to be a jean jacket like its looks beautiful in the picture I'm just waiting for that how looks! Probably it's gonna looks terrible as the dress I just trow away!

If I could give no stars, I would! I ordered two items. 3 weeks after ordering I received an email stating they shipped. FROM CHINA. I kept checking my mail, the package never came. I emailed their customer service and they replied quickly stating it was delivered and to check with my neighbors. Obviously I did but no one saw it. I emailed back and explained this and never heard back. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
When I made my order/purchase my product from TBdress on line I was a bit skeptical and afraid wondering if what i really ordered for will be sent to me, But i am glad to say that i am really impressed because the gown look perfect no any adjustment or amendment or anything so ever.
I hope everyone reads my review, to be warned about this website. It is the worst place to buy from! I haven't received my package, I ordered it 1-28-20 and it is 2-21-20. I looked to see where it is and it says that my package is still processing! I have sent several messages and nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!
