Horrible! I ordered two dresses for military balls and they are crap. One of the dresses arrived with a hole in it, snags in the fabric, and jewels hanging off of it. They offered me ten dollars for compensation and are now no longer corresponding with me anymore. I have since turned the situation over to my bank to handle for receiving defective merchandise. Oh and by the way if you submit a negative review about an item they will not post it! They only post those reviews who give them positive feedback to make it look like their items are great!

I placed a order on March 16 to have it in time for our Pastors Anniversary. I paid extra for speedy delivery. It's now 3 weeks later and no merchandise have arrived. They have given me 2 coupon discount on a new order that I will not place. I haven't received the first one yet. They are supposed to refunding $7.00 for shipping, But only after they have shipped merchandise. So, of course item hasn't been shipped. This has been the worst online shopping experience ever. I will never order from them again and I will not recommend anyone else.

I should have checked out this site before ordering. Lesson learned! I ordered some really cute pink boots. They arrived and were indeed cute. Just one problem. They are not intended for we women in the U.S.! They were so narrow and tiny that my 12-year old granddaughter wouldn't even be able to get them on. They are obviously made for those tiny little Asian gals. I kid you not! The total width of the toe box on these boots was only 3" wide! Return process is bizarre with them wanting you to send them $10 to be able to get return info. You cannot call them as there is only an email address for communicating with them. Their responses are in broken English. I'm stuck with them and have no use for them!. Again, lesson learned about these over seas scammers.

Let me begin by saying, I intensely dislike dresses. I will even venture to say I loathe dresses. I like skirts, shorts, jeans and slacks fine, but dresses can sleep with the fishes. There is only one thing I dislike more than dresses themselves and that's shopping for them. Occasionally in my slacks-and-skirts-only existence, I find myself faced with an invitation to a function in which slacks or skirts are not appropriate; enter the Kentucky Derby. Ordered a wedding dress (custom made). Time for making the dress well within the suggested timeframe, shipping slow but due to this shipper does not have contracts with every country. Shipping (express) I therefor say could be improved (one could use DHL for the same price and everyone would have it within 3 days) Dress exactly as pictures, good quality, made exactly to the specifications, maybe for any customer ask for their bra size. To make it to perfection we'll need to take it in 1-2 cm on two places. Communication was great, in time and in a professional manner. Take notice of Chinese timezone and if you do not get a response on email, your email was probably caught in their spam (use a gmail address!). All in all, nothing to be negative about. Happy customer, would recommend TB Dress without a second thought.

Ordered a dress to Canada. Omg! Color doesn't match, the picture shows one fabric ( looks like satin) but comes completely different fabric and texture, sewed so poorly I can't even wear it at home - my dog will laugh at me. Spent $55 cad, when I texted them I want to return the dress they told me "sending us dress doesn't make sense for you, you will need to spend your own money for shipment and we will only refund you $20.". What? $20 if I go to the post office to spend another $15 to return that hideous dress? Omg guys! If the dress looks horrible you can't do anything about it. You can't send it back. Be careful. They don't refund. Look at the pics and have a good laugh. 1st pic expectations and 2nd is reality. I can inky wash the floor with this "dress look like" purchase. What a scam. Save your money.

Thank you so much. My order arrived safely and soundly. Took a little bit longer than anticipated to arrive but it was worth the wait. In the future, I will just have to give a good allowance of time when placing an order to avoid disappointment.

The tracking system doesn't appear to work but customer service are quick to respond to emails.

I am very happy with the quality and style of the clothes I ordered.

One of the buttons on the jacket was quite loose but I can easily sew it on properly. Considering the fantastic range to choose from, this is a very small inconvenience really.

I'm really hesitant over buying dresses online but with time constraints, i was into it. Very thing is the sizing! Coz it's easier to take your pick based on style and color, but not a big deal at all if it comes a little not alike as in pictured. But you must never go wrong with the size! Swear, i'm always a size 4 but when i looked at their chart, it falls to a different size. Well, they provide more than enough info for each dress (as posted on their site). But you may want to take a step up and get in touch with their customer service people if you want more details, especially the availability. I did that! My transaction with this company ran smooth and im satisfied with the item i paid for.

Not only did the clothing come about a month after I ordered them, they all came in horrible shape. Seems our Miss matched. Sizing is awful quality is terrible and absolute joke of a company to deal with. They made me pay to ship back there awful crappy quality p o s clothing. Offered me $18 for my $100 order to keep all of this crap. Never ever ever again I will stop ordering from China all together now because all you get is this absolutely crappy clothing With no quality assurance and no quality control obviously.
