It was pretty nice, shipping is always affordable, so the waiting time of up to a month was acceptable. If I wanted expedited shipping, they always have that option at checkout，and customer support was very prompt and friendly. Pretty good, I recommend it.
I recently placed an order on-line with TBdress. When paying for purchases there was an extra charge for post and package which I was not aware of. Reluctantly I paid this charge. To add insult to injury when the delivery driver arrived there was a further charge of €16.48. Could you please tell me why I had to pay twice to have my purchases delivered?
My products was easy to order. I did not provide enough or left out some information and I was contacted right away.my oder was complete same day and got my products in a few days with regular standard mailing option. It was fast.
TBdress has amazing online prices for wedding and evening dresses. The layout is simple but effective and the order process is short. I received my order 3 days after placing and was very happy as the items were better than they looked online.
Material with this level of shining is very hard to find and that too with good quality. But when I bought them I had to believe that in today’s fashion world there are things which are worth it. Thanks very much to tbdress.
I have a teenager whose taste and style change daily so I hate the thought of spending a lot of money for something that she may not to decide to wear after it arrives. I love tbdress.com I have bought 2 dress from them. First dress was my engagement dress, back in Nov. 09 the dress came on time and the staff was very helpful!. I am normally a size 4 but they explained me how the dress fit so they suggested to order a size bigger!, guess what!? They were right they saved me time and money going back and forth changing size and wasting time. My second dress was by Faviana 6240 in creamy/white. I LOVE IT! I wore it on New years eve and everyone complimented me. Many thought I had the dress maid... it fit so perfect with NO ALTERATION. I am definitely recommend tbdress! 5 ***** for customer service, delivery was free and on time as promise, not to mention the gift. 8) it works! This add a size cups do make a miracle.(a life saver). And last, I saw the dress first at one of the stores not far from my job, it was about 15% saving with tbdress.! VERY HAPPY! "

I placed an order with Tb dress back in February 2020 before the corona virus. Here it is may 9th 2020. I spent almost $200 with this company I keep sending emails after emails at first they were blaming the shipment do to the virus. Then they said they didn't have the material for my items that I ordered then they said not enough staff to make my items. Then they stated that my items have shipped that was a month ago and now all I'm asking for is for them to send me a refund and now they want respond. Very bad business stop using this pandemic to keep people's money, this is not the time to be taking from people nor is anytime. People buy through these companies putting their hard earned money in the hands of Supposedly being a well Establishment. But seems they are out to take as well. Refund my money and you will never get my business again I don't even want the clothing I can go else where.
Would not recommend buying from this site again.
I ordered some earrings; the advertisement/description said all 4 pairs would come as part of the deal price. But not only did I receive my items late, I only got one pair of those earrings.
I also ordered a handbag which is meant to be white and RED but it turned out to be cream and pink. The handbag is also a different shape and has much smaller straps than shown in the images.
Definitely got a heck of a load of false advertisement!
Overall, waste of time and MONEY spent on this silly site. Wouldn't recommend it.
I have been looking for a site to get some cute, girly office/school dresses and I stumbled upon Tbdress. There was a wide variety and I like their ability to let me choose by color. Everything is reasonably priced, and shipping was fast.
You will not get your items within the time frame you paid for. And they won't notify you that your order is out of stock until a month later when you inquire. Pay attention to the bad reviews and don't believe the hype. They are SCAMMERS!
Came across this website in search of a dress for the Marine Corps Ball. It has such a huge selection in just about every color. It is hard for me to narrow it down to just one. Havent had any problem and the prices are reasonable.
The best thing for Tbdress where they never lacks is their quality of the product and delivery time. I do have app too in my phone and I usually purchase for me, family and friends from them. I always get the product within deadline.

I just received my dress that I ordered, I was worrying that the size will be small, but fits perfectly I'm so happy and can't wait to wear it. My wedding dress arrived earlier than expected. It is beautifully made, feels lovely and I know I will look like a princess on my special day. TQ so much for such a beautiful piece. Although their website looked pretty shady, I took a chance and I ordered a shirt from TBdress anyway. One month after I purchased the item they finally got back to one of my emails asking about the shipment and provided me a FAKE tracking number. It turned out the item was never shipped and they do not refund people. It's a HUGE scam, they are thieves just like many other Chinese originated websites. Don't waste your money on these scumbags!
