To be honest, I wasn't 100% confident about ordering from tbdress, but I took the risk. I am so glad that I did, the dress is perfect in every way! I ordered it in hunter green and it is simply stunning! Perfect for my year 12 formal! I had doubts about the dress as some of my friends have had bad experiences ordering dresses online. But after my experience with tbdress I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know! Affordable, gorgeous dresses which are shipped quickly, who could ask for more!
The most important thing about ordering this dress from tbdress is the fact that it was well designed. It met all the standards that would have called for a higher price than the site asked. My evening party went well.
My Experience was fairly well, as I ordered my prom and graduation dress through this websites I can definitely recommended. However, once, a dress came dirty ( there was a black stain on the back of the dress). Nevertheless, I guess that was like a one in a million case because all of my other experiences have been worthy of five stars
I purchased my dress, thinking I'd get what they have on the site... nope... it was bad. The bottom skirt was horrible, it looked like a halloween dress... seriously, go to a serious store, don't stress yourself and waste your time with tbdresss! You will regret it... never again will I shop there.
You will order things on their website and they will charge your card, but suddenly when it comes time to fill the order it will suddenly be out of stock and you will never receive it or get a refund. I have gotten stuff from them a few years ago and didn't have this problem, but now they are total frauds.
This company is complete crap. I am a very tolerant patient person but my experience with this company has been a nightmare! I order 2 items from them in the fall and was unhappy with the quality and size was wrong when I received them! I contacted them and they said rather than return the items that they would replace them with items I found fore suitable at a discount. I have since then chosen 6 different items and each time am told that they are out of stock~ even though the items are currently for sale on their website. It's complete crap. The quality of the clothing I received was terrible! This company is a total scam!
Based in UK I thought I was dealing with a reputable company./ Ordered Mens shirt and Jackets in size Large. Merchandise came from Chine in Oriental sizes which meant it did not fit me and was poor quality. Tb dress were initially reluctant to offer a refund. After being persistent, got a partial refund. I was not happy. I paid through paypal luckily and got Paypal involved who agreed to act for me and get the FULL REFUND.
Got email saying will offer me a $5.00 coupon as a gesture. This is pathetic and insulting. As this review is gathering momentum, got another email from Tbdress with the same amount of gesture of $5.00. I am not having it from Tbdress.

Interacting with the site was a remarkable experience from onset to purchase. I cannot say enough good things about the level of client service that was provided, no matter what I was asking, or what time of day it was, there was someone to respond to my every questions, always in a clear and comprehensive way. They truly helped me and partner alleviate any trepidation of purchasing a dress onlone.
I purchased a wedding dress from this website and it took 6 weeks to receive my wedding dress. My dress did nit look like the dress that was advertised on their website. The quality of my dress was very poor. I reached out by email and Facebook messenger stating I would like to return my wedding dress the same day it was delivered and they only going to refund me 50 percent of my money, plus I have to pay $50 to ship the dress back to the manufacturer. Therefore, I will receive less than 50 percent as a refund
My best friend getting married soon so I discover TBDress website, I was afraid to order online in special if I am going for a wedding you cant take a risk. So I decided to giving a try, I order an amazing A-line lace red evening dress, the quality of dress is impressive and as well the material is a very good quality. Dress arrived after 20 days with a nice packaging. I was surprise the color looking exactly like in the pictures and the details of appliques just beautiful. I would recommend this website with my heart.
That's their first lie. I ordered a wedding dress online, took 3 weeks to receive. Zipper was not down the back, it was in the armpit. Couldn't physically put the dress on due to recent shoulder surgery. Never even tried it on. Tried to return it but after 5 back/forth messages with their customer service, they said they'd refund 10%. Buyer beware!
Highly Recommended. I have recently purchased a Diamond Ring from tbdress.com and from start to finish the service was outstanding. My ring was made to order and was delivered sooner than expected. Value for money is exceptional and any time I purchase jewellery in the future, I will be sure to go no-where else.
I purchased a lovely retro leopard dress for a special event. I really like the dress! It was very comfortable. Looks just like the photos. The fabric is a light weight satin so suitable for "special occasions". My biggest complaint is the fabric snags easily.
The delivery time is a bit lengthy but arrived earlier than the ETA. Definitely using this site again!
The dress that was purchased by my wife had poor fabrication along the seams and the cups were misaligned. Return process was horrible; took so much time that Paypal return period expired! Customer Service responses took days. Had to send to China instead of the US location from where it was shipped and TBDress did not reimburse the entire price of the dress!

I want to know how the sizes are from the tbdress.com. If I normally wear a size 12 what size would I order? I am just assuming that because of its origin, makes would be a lot smaller... is this correct? Any help would be appreciated as I have my first order pending payment.

This company doesn't stand by the product and quality they sell! Its a scam! The dress smells horrific (has nothing to do with shipping because I received another dress that didn't smell), quality of material is terrible, the proportions of the dress are NOT cut to size and it has nothing to do with anything other than a dress that was NOT made properly. Another dress I purchased (same size) fit fine!
I paid over $100 USD for this dress and shame on this company to offering me 30$ USD to keep the garbage they sent me or to return it for a refund of 60$ USD and its going to cost me more than that to ship it back so they can scam someone else! Lets not forget the other option they offered me of 50 % percent off another purchase or reorder another size. What part of you selling very low quality apparel doesn't the company understand. None of this is acceptable
They do NOT honor their own return policy. I complied perfectly with the return policy and spent a lot of money to return the item, expecting a refund which they refused. Also, when ordering multiple items, the colors and even patterns do not always match. The quality is usually shoddy. This is an unethical company with horrible business practices and terrible treatment of their customers.
