I've ordered from this site 2 times and was very pleased each time. I think the best thing about TBdress is that they offer really cute clothes at affordable prices. The quality isn't all that great for some shirts but for under 10 dollars, it's way more than a bargain. I love this site and I think it's perfect for college women who want to dress stylish for less. I actually prefer online shopping because I find much cuter clothes and I don't have to deal with snotty employees (not that I ever have). But to summarize: cute clothes, cheap prices. I think for us women that's a perfect combination.

Don't buy from this site! Or if you do, keep a close eye on the date and open a case with PayPal if needed. The items I ordered took over a month to arrive. When I received the coat I ordered, it was not like the picture used to sell it. It's all poofy, too much fabric used in the front, and not enough in the lining which makes it poof out. Looks stupid!
I messaged them, emailed, opened a dispute and attempted to chat all on the day I received it. Got no response. I messaged again later, and received a message for photos, which I had sent I'm my email, because they will not attach on their internal email system.
Now I'm told I've waited too long to get my refund.
NO WAY! I emailed and opened dispute sent pics all the day of it arriving.

As I said, keep a close eye on the date, and if you don't hear back from them, and even if you do, go through PayPal. Your possibly more likely to get service.
Good prices, but bad products and bad service.

I ordered this dress about 2 months ago and I still haven't got it yet I contacted the company 4 times now and still haven't gotten it. The reply is 17 - 22 days to ship out. But it's been almost 2 months and it's not shipped out yet. And then they tell me if I want expedited shipping I should go to there tbdress.com and order straight from them. Which I did and if I spent over $300 on my next order to expedite the shipping. Why would i make A order if i never got the first. I'm not stupid. Its been 2 months more than 17 to 22 days and its still not even shipped out yet. I won't arrive in time for me, for what i need it for. This is ridiculous and a customer service sucks. Don't order from them I believe it's a scam.

Don't ever deal with this company... they are scam. Ordered an item from them mid January and they said will email me the confirmation of shipment but I never received it. When I asked them, they said it's still not shipped because it didn't pass thewquality control and they need to 'redo the item. Until now, there is still no news about my item. It's like I just gave them money for nothing. So, if you don't want to waste your money... don't ever ever order from this company. Please so they stop doing this and stealing money from people... Ordered 3 formal dresses for my daughter's wedding. I followed the merchant's recommendation to ensure I had the right measurements and then ordered one size larger to ensure they fit. When received, all were too small and the colors are nothing like those shown online. After trying on once, I contacted Tbdress to return them all. Two days later I receive an email telling me they will not give me the return address (China) until I accept a 40% refund. That's $255 I loose for dresses they can resell (even though they will tell you they can't resell). I have this purchase disputed - still waiting. DON'T BUY FROM CHINA!

I ordered from tb dress 3 months ago and am still waiting for my shipment. I have yet to speak with anyone live. Someone named Heidi is answering my emails with very poor, poor customer service. I do not recommend this site at all. It has a been a nightmare. I want my money back and havent received it either. This website does not care about their customers. Its a wonder why their still in service. They have no good customer service. I want my money back..

This dress fit perfectly.The material is very comfortable also. I have a wish list of many other items I would like to order now that I see the inexpensive price had nothing to do with the quality of the clothes.

TBDress.com has become my go to place for beautiful and affordable dresses! I recently ordered three vintage style dresses for my trip this summer and they're perfect! I can't wait to show them off! Easy online ordering and on time speedy shipping. I will be coming back for more!

I've bought about 3 parcels with about 2/3 items each order and must admit that I'm impressed, takes a few weeks for delivery but apart from that and the fact the sizes are deceiving, about a 10 being the largest! I've never had a problem, really bummed the website isn't up and running as was going to order again for me and a friend, I'm surprised so many people have been disappointed when I've not had any issues, but in my personal experience it's not been a scam!

I'm really not sure where these positive reviews are coming from. I assume the company pays people for those. This company uses photos from other manufacturers and ships you a cheap knockoff. My dress arrived with a hole in the waistline and a completely lopsided neckline, in addition to it NOT being the dress I ordered. When I contacted them for a refund, they told me the issues with my dress were "very normal" and even "famous brands" have these issues. Don't waste your money on this gross scam company.
