I was always nervous to shop from any online shopping store. Then my colleagues told me to browse through tbdress.com and asked me to check out the variety of dresses. When I checked the dresses available in different categories I was completely stunned. First I was feeling hesitated to shop from this web site. But after going through payment policies and other terms I felt secured. I must tell everyone reading this review that this site has got mind blowing dresses and that too in different ranges. Only with single click I bought the dress and whenever I wear this dress I received lot of greetings.
Realized after the fact that this company is based in China and what you order will ship from China and take a month or two to get there. Have yet to receive my order and since it will arrive to late to give as a present I am going to have to write it off. After reading the reviews here I realized, too late for me, that the reviews on their site are fake.
I had ordered a gown and paid the extra for custom measurements. I was originally relieved when my dress arrived then i tried it on. It was about 8" too long and 2' to tight. After finding out that altering it would cost more than the dress because of the work involved and the fact that the dress is so tight, i can't sit down, I asked them to return the dress so i could get a new one that fits. After a few emails, refusal to do a refund or an exchange and a 30% offer on a second dress, they are no longer responding to me. I am changing my review. I am filing a dispute with paypal
I was a bit tense cause i thought they could do a mistake and bring an oversized or undersized dress and this was made worse when i got to read some reviews about tbdress since i had placed the order before reading them. But all this turned out to be unnecessarr worries as my dress arrived in a very perfect condition and in time!
The site got me my first order in a timely manner. The dress I got was beautifully made and the quality was amazing. However, that dress was to small, so I ordered a replacement. That was April 7th 2022, and I haven't received a dress or update for some time now. I was told they would rush ship it and it still hasn't even left the facility yet. At this point I really just want my money back.
I brought two jackets and neither one fits me. There was no return label or address included with the package. Like the site suggested I contacted customer service, however I have never heard back. I messaged them on Facebook and they responded but never provided return address. I wish I would have read the reviews before!

I’ve ordered several items from tbdress and all have been of respectable quality. Shipping has been surprisingly quick for this distance and usually at no cost. Low prices and free shipping with good quality and excellent selection of goods. What more could one ask for. Only one item was lost and they reshipped at no extra charge. Excellent customer service with frequent communication on any issues, a great organization.
Absolutely loved these pants. Wonderful, soft, high wasted, comfortable and very form fitting. As a working out legging junkie I totally love these. Black dress is pretty too. These are exactly what i was looking for. I have had a hardtime finding the material that is somewhat thicker and tighter, but not too thick and tight and also high rise. These are perfect. Color block Round neck i bought.
I ordered my flower girl dresses from tbdress over two weeks ago. I finally got them in today. They are beautiful but such a headache to get them delivered. Apparently all their dresses are made to order which is not listed on their site. Might order from them again if I'm not in a time crunch
I ordered a white dress last minute. First I thought it would not coming looking like the picture specially since it is white but then when I got it I was surprised that it did worth what I paid for and can't complain. It also came within a week of my order so that was awesome!

I am a little disappointed with TB Dress. I ordered two bridal gowns on Jan 25th, and I have yet to receive them. I emailed customer service one week ago, but they didn't reply back. I am very concerned, and need to know the details of my order.

I was looking for cheap vintage dresses and i kept on having no such luck. Everything was expensive and didn't have my size. Then i found this wonderful shop and i absolutly fell in love. When adding to cart they let you pic a size and shows you all the measurements in both cm and inches. The only thing i will say bad is that the shipping was $11 i could of bought another dress for that price.
My items took almost a month to reach me and when it did it didn't look like the item I purchased. It fits very poorly and looks so cheap. Their site is filled with cheap Chinease knock offs. There customer service stinks and it costs as much as the item to ship back to China. Stay clear these people are crooks.

I found my dream wedding dress and loved it! They altered the dress for me and it fit perfectly. I suggest ordering your wedding dress from here. They are really professional, patient and helpful. It was a great experience. I will order more things from TB Dress in the future.
I plan to wear this to my son's wedding and outdoor reception next spring. It has all the features that I love in a comfortable AND attractive dress: wrap style, loose yet flattering skirt, soft ruffles and 3/4 sleeves. I do hope the material has a bit of stretch to it.
This is the first time I will be ordering from TB dresses. I am so please with your selection and sizes. It is hard to find beautiful things in plus sizes, but you guys have out did yourself. I know everyone I know will hear from me about your wonderful dresses.
My wife ordered 2 dresses from them. Sized to the instructions they provided. When they were received ( in a plastic bag for shipping) They had a musty smell. They also didn't fit even close to the sizes provided. Returning them cost a fortune, They responding stating that the return amount would be less, 4 days later they emailed the return amount would be $30 less than the first email. 2 days later they changed the return amount down another $2
Still fighting with them. And have not seen a refund. Stay away this is a total scam business.
It was pretty easy to bounce ideas off of the designers to come up with a really unique shoe. I had a particular design in mind that I had searched but not found. With just a single picture to the customer service agent, she sent me a link to the shoe and i begun my checkout process. The shoe is with me and its quality predicts it will last for ages.
They're searching process is very simple. They have the best selection of dresses from elegant to funky and even the vintage inspired dresses which are the ones that I love. Their maxi dresses are beautiful, too!
