Will not be ordering anything from Target online again! First, I ordered a package containing a vinyl record and the box was in shambles, plus the record was literally split down the middle. Then, I submitted for a replacement and they sent a CD and the system updated the order for that. Called to say I got the wrong item, and even though I submitted photos, they said their system shows a CD and not the original vinyl I purchased --- EVEN THOUGH I HAVE PHOTO PROOF AND SUBMITTED THAT WITH THE REPLACEMENT REQUEST! So then, I get refunded for the price of the CD which is less than the price of the vinyl. Granted, I bought it with a buy 2 get 1 free special but I would never have bought a cd because of the low value so I lost in my savings that I would've gotten with the Vinyl record. Then they had the audacity to ask if I wanted to purchase the vinyl record from them and I said no way, I'm already out my expected savings and it's only going to show up damaged anyways. I will never purchase from Target.com again and I certainly wouldn't recommend anybody purchasing anything fragile as it won't be packaged properly and be sent broken, and avoid the nightmare of trying to explain to the help center because they won't take hard evidence over their system's and warehouse faults.
Was directed to target to purchase. They are not transparent. They said in stock and when I went to click on by now it would not allow me. It said check back on November 10. Stayed up till midnight to check back. Set in stock again when I went to click on by now, it would not allow me once again. The next day it says out of stock. Tried to call customer service. The call went overseas to another country, and the person knew nothing of what I was talking about. I am so sad and discouraged. I would never recommend shopping at target to anyone!

So, I went to the Target website on behalf of my dad, who likes a brand of men's shirts they carry. I typed the brand name into the search box, and there were zero results. I was confused, but then I just typed in "shirts", and again, there were zero results. No matter what I typed in, there were no results. So, I contacted Target through their online chat function. I immediately explained the issue to the man in the chat, and after several minutes of silence, his response was something like, "I'm sorry you're having a hard time using Target's search function. Can you please tell me your whole name and email address?" And I was like, "It's a website problem!" He asked if I was using the app or a browser, and I explained that I was using the browser at my home box computer. He asked me to try a different browser, so I switched over to Microsoft Edge, which I never use (I guess it came with my computer?), and the same problem occurred. Then he asked me to clear my cookies and browsing history, and I left the conversation. Because whatever's wrong with their website, it's not my fault. Good grief.
Do not order online from them they are deceptive. They say they have two day shipping, that has never rang true. They use this lousy shipping company and the orders turn into being a week to 10 days or more. I will never order from target again or go into their stores. As soon as the package does arrive I will be returning it.
I just recently purchased my 2nd tube of lume cream deodorant and noticed that the tube is smaller that my initial purchased. The price is still the same but the size went from 3.0 to 2.2 net wt. Shame on you.

Went to Target this evening to purchase some jeans for my kid for school. As I found my way to the clearance section of the men's section on the clearance rack were stacks of black jeans without the piece of price tag attached to the jeans to compare the original price to the clearance price. But what there was, were 2 sticker price tags on them with the same price as the "original price" as the clearance price. So anyone that buys them will still pay full price when they're thinking they're getting a clearance low price item! Did they correct it after being made aware NO!

Target.com sent the wrong item. So I went to the chat on the website and the person lied to me and told me they couldn't send a replacement, and told me to call a phone number for that. When I called, it was a CALL CENTER and the person there tried to SCAM me out of ALL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION AND CREDIT CARD NUMBER! I hung up, went back to chat, and the person I got the second time processed a replacement ( so obviously the first one lied) but was not helpful at all when I tried to report the scam. Didn't even want to hear about it. Then the replacement order came and guess what. WRONG ITEM THE SECOND TIME TOO! And again, the person said they couldn't process a replacement. I have tried to report this scam, made 4 phone calls, and NO one wanted even to take a report on it. So, obviously Target is working alongside SCAM ARTISTS and deliberately sending people to them, probably getting a hefty kickback every time they succeed in SCAMMING someone out of their information and card number, so they can steal their identity and money! This is disgusting. You are taking your chances if you order from this company. AVOID IT!
I bought and ordered for pick up at a location closest to me. Found out that it was of stock. Sent it to another Target almost 20 miles away. Was out of stock there. Then just ordered it on Amazon same day delivery. If you don't have an item why say it's in stock. Fix your inventory numbers. And show what you actually have in stock in store. Very upsetting that they couldn't of figured this out by keeping a better count on what's in stock or not available per store.
Ordered an Apple watch from Target.com. It clearly was stolen from the package which was opened and retaped. Target will not refund the missing item - so I am out $800 and have no watch. And I used my RedCard so I have no buyer's protection.

I ordered an Apple HomePod mini at Target online. Received it today. The item was used. No cellophane wrapping, or tape seals as customary on Apple products. It's obvious someone returned this item previously, and then Target in turn resold it to me. Now I have to go through the headache of going to the store and wasting time returning the item, which is what I bought the item online to begin with. Tried calling customer service. Spoke to a kid who sounded like he was still in high school, and he was unable to coherently assist me with the problem. When it comes to items like this, go to Best Buy or someone who specializes in products such as this. Never again...

I ordered a PS4 online and got a toolbox instead then after talking to customer service and them telling me t can't be shipped back go to target. Mind you I live in the FL keys there is no Target for 2 hes. So I drive all they way there and what do they say at Target. We can't help you. I have not had problem buying in the Target store.BUT ONLINE ***DON"T buy. I bought three ONLINE orders from Target - three of the items I bought online from TARGET were sent by *OTHER" COMPANIES and were defective and Target said - "even though the merchandise was defective they would NOT issue a refund because Target had no control what the vendors on the TARGET web site send out and cannot issue a refund even though the merchandise was DEFECTIVE.

Answer: Looks like Target has sent a lot of ringers here to up their ratings in the last few months. Nice try guys but your whole shopping experience is still subpar. To answer this question, IT DEPENDS on where you live and what you order. If you're right next to their warehouse, SURPRISE, it's there in a day and you think they are fantastic. If you live far away, the item is no longer in stock or they are slow to fill it, it could take six weeks. It did for us on a couple of occasions, SO it's the luck of the draw and certainly NOT better than Amazon.

Answer: I was unable to purchase a prepaid phone card with my gift card. This fact was not disclosed in the product description so I found out at the checkout when it was too late. Now am stuck with the useless gift card. I am very disappointed in Target shopping and will never buy anything from them ever again. I do not recommend Target shopping to anyone.
